Awesome office, care was speedy but thorough and concise. Rooms and waiting area were spotless and sanitized. Customer care was outstanding. Frame choices were amazing. Our doctor was knowledgeable, fast and compassioniate. Very modern equipment and facilities. We left feeling we had received the best care possible. I have four children and would definitely recommend 👌

I love Dr Chevalier! He helped me through some serious side effects from my cancer care. This month was just my annual visit, but he seems very engaged in my overall continuous eye health. Was very good about explaining my scans and what they are looking for and watching.

My appointment started on time and was both thorough and efficient. The staff did a good job of explaining my options without seeming to steer me towards any specific decision. The process was timely, thorough and non stressful.

We went to Dr. Bussey today because my son could potentially have complications with his eyes due to a health condition. He has been to a lot of medical Dr’s lately and was nervous. They took great care of me, got me in fast when I had a serious infection with my eye. I met with Dr Chevalier, he was very concerned, prescribed meds, and wanted to see me back to make sure they were working.Very happy with them.

This office has become a joke, scheduling is nearly impossible. I was a patient for 6 years and now I will be going elsewhere. They only schedule out 6 months in advance, which is extremely inconvenient for a yearly eye exam. I called and made my last appointment in the Summer for the beginning of December, it was rescheduled 4 times due to clerical errors/double bookings before I cancelled the appointment all together.

This was my first time having an eye exam since elementary school. It was a great experience all around. The assistant walked me through all of the exams and made me feel very comfortable. If that wasnt enough, they also have all the latest technology to ensure your eye health. I would highly recommend Bussey Eyecare to anyone.

Great selection of frames to choose from for the fashion conscious, but best of all are the extra eye screening options to help you stay informed about the current state of your eye health. While efficient in their screenings (youll be in and out of there in no time) you never feel rushed. All of your questions about the state of your vision and any early warning signs to be aware of are thoroughly answered. Great staff, great service, great experience!

Was looking for a better alternative for my eye care and I found it. Everything about my first visit was great. Wait time very reasonable, thorough exam, great staff and nice facility. I left feeling that I was in very good care and didnt feel like a number in an assembly line. All around good and I will be going back to Bussey Eyecare in the future.

2018 Update to my previous review. Scheduling for my eye exam was a breeze. The service that I received from the team was truly exceptional.Additionally, the follow up to my fitting for a new frame has been really great. I would highly recommend Bussey Eyecare Center to anyone interested in receiving great eye care and friendly, efficient service.My initial contact with Bussey Eyecare Center was in March, 2017, when I attempted to schedule my initial appointment and intake. My scheduled appointment was in June, 2017. I sort of wondered what the deal was with the scheduling of an appointment. Prior to my initial appointment the staff worked with me in order to make certain that all of the requisite intake documentation had been completed (fortunately for me they grade on a curve!). When I went in for my appointment, I immediately realized why the long wait between contact and office visit. I was met at the front door by very friendly assistants who confirmed and updated all of my insurance and other information. I was taken back and a preliminary exam was conducted and I then met with Dr. Johns. She was exceedingly proficient in her examination of my eyes and inquired about a number of issues that I might have with my sight and in a short amount of time had identified the issues with my previous prescription and had made adequate revisions to my prescription and said she would follow up after my lenses for me glasses arrived.Overall, I was impressed with the efficiency, care, interest and friendliness of the Bussey Eyecare Center. It is, without a doubt, one of the very best optometrists offices in our area.

I needed to find a new Eye Care Provider and will never have to go through that again. I will be a patient at the Bussey Eyecare Center for life. The facility is clean and bright, the staff is pleasant, helpful and truly caring. The battery of eye tests I was given were all new to me and absolutely state of the art. In all my 57 years of wearing glasses and/or contacts never have I been so comfortable and confident that my eye care would from now on be in the very best of hands.

I have been under Dr Busseys care for several years now and am so very impressed and pleased. Every person is polite and genuine. I have always been treated with such focused care. The explanations of all the treatment options available have been thorough and clear. I have never been pressured or made to feel that I had to have a test or make a purchase of glasses. It has even been great to hear them say nothing has changed so unless you have a problem or question you are good to go. I would highly recommend the Bussey Eyecare Center.

I am 70 years old, have been wearing glasses and/or contacts for 61 of those years. From the moment I walked into the Bussey Eyecare Center I knew that Id be a patient there for the rest of my life. The entire staff, without exception, is pleasantly professional and eager to please. In all my years I was never been put through a more thorough battery of eye health exams. The technician explained the how/what/why for each one and was she glad to answer all my questions. Dr. Bussey reviewed the test results with me in an easy conversational way that we easy to follow. The lens prescriptions and glasses I ended up with are not only the best I have ever had but a good value as well. Happy in every way and a great value to boot.

Their professionalism and experience were top notch. I had an issue with glasses I purchased not quite a year ago and they were able to take corrective action. I never give 5 stars to anyone, because there is always a higher level to strive for.

Superior eye exams by very friendly professionals. Very state of the art equipment is used. Exams are always on time as scheduled with no delays.The only improvement that is needed is being open 8-12 on Saturdays for out of town customers.

I cant add much to what has already been said. Dr. Bussey and team are wonderful! I feel like I am visiting friends when I go in - in fact I am! The quality of care I and my family have received have been excellent. We never feel rushed when we have questions or need help with something. It took me 2 months to get 2 pair of glasses in. First they forgot to order my 2nd pair, then the lenses came in but the frames didnt, when the frames came in, the lenses didnt fit, the office manager told me that she would refund me the full price for the second pair. They finally call to tell me my second pair is in, I go to pick them up and they are the same frames I already have. Whoever helped me told me I could just have them. So after 2 months, I FINALLY get the CORRECT 2nd pair in, I thought everything was settled and done, but today I got a bill for $364 for the pair that I was told I could have. Inwill NOT be going back there.
