The pharmacist well lets say lacks compassion and some common sense.I would avoid this place to find an experienced pharmacist who will treat their customers with a little more respect and understanding than she does. Everyone has a bad day no reason kick them to the curb when they are having one. 2 stars because her assistant was nice.

They are rude, they do not listen. Trying to tell you a prescription that medicare pays for will be $116 when they have always paid for it. And was hateful and refused to let me speak with the pharmacist. Would not recommend them.

They are always helpful. They have the best prices by far on all my diabetic supplies.

Its very convenient to me as its close and people are very helpful. There is not much rush so get things done in time.

I have had to wait days to get my medicine because they always run out!

Wont come back here! They said itll be 20 minutes, I come back 30 minites later, still not done. Please come back in 10 minutes Now here I sit in a line with 6 people in it (because theres only ONE person at pick up, in sever pain sue to surgery. Im literally 10 minutes away from it being an hr since they got the scripts. They have no sense of urgency, or customer service. Wont be having prescriptions sent here ever again!!

Wal-mart pharmacy is the absolute worst. I meant to have my doctor switch to CVS and he sent it to Walmart again. This is the last time because yet again I am disappointed by the lack of customer service.I called the pharmacy at 9:30 and asked when it would be ready. They said 1-2 hours in which I replied that I am out of town and would prefer to pick it up another day. The tech then replied that she can make sure it’s done in a half hour. So, I went and shopped and went up to the pharmacy at 10:30 to be safe. They said it would be 10:45 until it is done. I browsed some more and went up again at which point they said they now have to run it through my insurance (which was done at the last visit). It is 11:05 and I am still waiting. A total of an hour and a half. It will likely be a total of two hours before I get out of here.Why did the tech not take my card when I got there the first time???? They could have been running my insurance while I waited on the meds.Walmart, please do better and start streamlining things for the customer as it’s obvious to this customer that you don’t care two cents for my time.

The first day they where out of my daughters RX had to come back. Also Slow to get help at the registers.

Used them since the store opened. Never any issues

Wish Wal-Mart was clear with their employees about their cash back policy.
