Poor patient care. Absolutely no effective communication. Call center is horrible and no one ever answers the phone when you’re eventually directed to the office. Doctors refuse to listen to patients or make necessary accommodations. Lack of innovative methods. Leaves patients feeling overlooked, slighted, unheard and miserable. Do not waste your time, like I wasted years of mine.
I recently had to switch offices for primary care, and I can gladly say that I made a great decision here.I saw Bridgette, the CNP in the office. She was kind, open, thorough, relatable, and just wonderful! Her bedside manner was fantastic, and I really felt like she took the time to listen and carefully assess. The reception staff & MA were also amazing, and it was an overall great experience.I really hope Bridgette stays at this location, as I don’t plan on seeing anybody else for, hopefully, a long time!
