One receptionist is rude, blame others for her actions. Shes the one making the office look bad, they need to get rid of her. Considering that my chiropractor, other doctor offices, my own insurance will tell you that theyre really beyond rude. Other staff is is nice, respectable. Doctors cant say anything bad about them. They were nice, professional.I would say my favorite Dr. was , is Dr.Tischner till she moved to different office.I feel she was the only one that got stuff done correctly, fast, multitask.This an okay office. Waiting is the plus.In & out less than an hour. Clean office. Staff is a problem. A building is a building ,but a worker that runs a building will ruin it. If they dont take care of it respectively.My experience was not the greatest of ease.Constantly fighting with receptionist about doctor must be on card or automatically the appointment is cancelled. Which still they bill my insurance, get their money. So I dont know what the problem is. Im glad Im not going there anymore. One less problem, headaches.

Excellent physician. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does and cares about his patients. There are very few doctors that Ive ever trusted or felt comfortable with and Dr. Cook is by far the best one!

Dr Cook changes my dads medication but doesnt bother to determine what the issues are and he did not order necessary test for my grandmother after she fell and she was on blood thinners. MY grandmother refused to go to the ER but agreed to see her PCP he did nothing but look at the bruise forming around her eye and send her home. she died 5 days later from a brain bleed.

I would never take my dog to her she stopped my meds because I got a little smart with her receptionist I almost died in hospital for 8 days shes a quack dont know. How shes in practice

Great physician my wife and I have had Dr.Cook as our family Doctor for over a decade we love his honesty his bedside manors are truly the best and true to his character his office staff is very caring with the professionalism to match.
