If you’re looking for a place who’ll ask you what you want, this is the spot for you. My son and I went with general cold/flu like symptoms that were persistent. They asked what tests I wanted. I suggested the flu and strep since we’d tested negative for covid. They checked him out but didn’t even look into my ears, nose or throat… just not thrilled with how they operate.

Well the care by the staff, was amazing there was one physician assistant on duty the entire day. I waited 4 hours to get an x-ray and to have an orthopedic injury evaluated. Its amazing that they would be willing to risk and exceptional review by overburdening their staff with such short staffing. I used to be a joint commission surveyor, so Im very good at evaluating quality. Again the physician assistant was amazing as were the x-ray tech and the medical staff, but that quality will go down just because of pure exhaustion.

Both of my visits here were filled with positive interactions and professionalism. I knew I was safe and would be taken care of. Thanks to the staff

Ive been wasting my time going to urgent care centers farther away from my house. This one--which opened after I had moved into this area--is excellent. The desk staff are very pleasant and efficient and the care providers are great. This will definitely be my go-to clinic from now on whenever I cant see my own doctors.

Excellent, professional, and caring service. Medical staff sees you in a timely fashion and will hear your medical concerns. You arent a number to them. I enjoy coming here when I am not well or my kids arent feeling good

Staff very pleasant considering the 3-4 hour wait time. They dont have a call system so you are forced to wait inside. Staff strongly encouraged walk-ins to schedule appt for days away or go to ER. There is absolutely no convenience in coming to an urgent care if the wait is as long as the ER. Too understaffed to meet the needs at this location. They are not even able to answer phone calls due to busy waiting rooms.

This was my first visit at UM Urgent Care and didnt check-in ahead, which I will probably do the next time I need urgent care. I had to register and was offered the choice of going home and a call would be placed to me when it was my turn to be served; thereby, not having to wait there. However, by the time I finished registration, there was no need to leave! It was my turn after waiting a few minutes. The staff was very friendly, timely and efficient! Since most of my doctors practice at UMSJMC, I will be returning to UM URGENT CARE when needed.

The University of Maryland Urgent Care Center- Belvedere was very responsive and friendly. We arrived half an hour before it closed and the people there received us graciously. They were very compassionate in stitching up my finger. Brian was very friendly and accommodating to help calm me down, and Amberly was quick and professional, and nice too, despite their working after closing time. The paperwork was easy to fill out. They were godsends!! The urgent center has beautifully decorated walls with calming music in the background, which eases the anxiety of any patients who walk in for care. This Center seems to deliver a new patient-care in a very patient-friendly and professional way, which should be regarded as a model for other patient care centers. I highly recommend it!!!! Thank you so very much Amberly and Brian for your outstanding patient care! I am so grateful to you both for being so kind and compassionate to give me the care that I needed at the critical time.

Ive been here since,12:11 today, when I first walked in the receptionist gave me bad attitude.She took my Id and insurance card scanned it and bluntly gave me forms and said go outside and fill these out. I left and came back at one 1:15. Maureen is the name of receptionist she has no business working at front desk with such an negative attitude.I have been a patient here Ive 3 years and have never been so insulted.

Everyone was very nice and friendly. I didn’t have a long wait. The nurse practitioner gave me just the right treatment and good follow up advice! Would definitely recommend to others.

At the time of writing this, I’ve been waiting for 3 hours for a rapid Covid test, and a strep throat test in a room that is apparently meant to hold Covid testing. I received a swab after the doctor was 30 minutes late, then the entire staff has disappeared for the rest of the time I’ve been here.

Unfortunately I had a very poor experience. I waited 3 hours for COVID testing and they had clearly forgotten I was waiting in an exam room. The physician apologized, but then my PCR results never came back in LabCorp and I was not able to call in because they never answer the phone and the voicemail is full. I will never use this facility again.

I was agitated because of the stress of getting the covid test done and the results in time for surgery Wednesday. The staff was very calming and I appreciate their concern and attempts to make me comfortable. I took their suggestion of doing the rapid test and the other listed on the order. The waiting room was not full therefore I did not have to wait long. The experience was good.

I had a great experience for my first time coming here, and as someone with a lot of anxiety about going to see doctors! Even though I came in about 20 minutes after the time I registered for online, they saw me within 15 minutes of checking me in with their front desk. Everyone was extremely kind and patient with me (I had sprained my ankle and was limping around lol), and they were able to do x-rays quickly for me. I also appreciated that the atmosphere was calm, quiet, and clean, which helped a lot with my anxiety. Id highly recommend this facility if its a close drive for you!

My mother and myself had such a pleasant experience here. They were quick to get to me , we were in and out within 2.5 hours which is amazing. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. The medical assistant was overheated since he had to wear personal protection equipment. Really just a great overall experience. I was well taken care of and communication about follow up care and next steps were clear.Great Job !

The in person aspect was perfectly fine, great actually considering we needed to come almost at closing time, I really appreciate that part... its everything that came after that brought this from a 4 or 5 star review down to a 2. Try to call them, please dear reader, try... do try to actually talk to somebody... Ohhh oops nobody picks up for a minute but it doesnt just make you wait, noooo it just sends you to a full voicemail box and politely hangs up on you.They also failed to put a ID sticker on my daughters covid test which finally got rejected 5 days later by labcorp. So the phone calls to determine what was going on with the test were more than justified to try to figure out whats going on... Im just taking a stab in the dark and saying were not getting refunded for the test cost...

I had to bring my boyfriend in for a foot injury this weekend and the staff was very nice and treated him well. I had to wait in the car due to COVID safety precautions, which I totally understood, and I was glad I brought a book. But my boyfriend said he received excellent care and they were very attentive. I know urgent cares sometimes get a bad rap, but I would recommend this one.

I went to this location on Tuesday to get tested for covid after exposure and my results were sent to Lapcorp. On Thursday I received my results and to my dismay the results stated that my results could not be analyzed because of insufficient specimen I needed these results to go back to work and to wait 2 days for the results not to be accurate is unacceptable. Then when I call the front desk staff they stated that I needed to come back and be retested and that all it is just a simple swab well clearly it is not just a simple swab if they didn’t get it right the first time so now I have to wait more additional days to be cleared back to work.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful when I busted my knee open. Very happy with my experience.

Went in for a spider bite that was infected and spreading throughout my arm. Worked with a Nurse Practitioner named Christian. Smart and nice gentleman who listened to my symptoms and helped get a reasonable prognosis for me. Experience in the practice was great, but that’s not what really impressed me. Christian called to check in on me a few days later. I’ve never had that experience with an urgent care style practice... He wanted to ensure the medication he prescribed for me was working and that my infection was under control. Christian showed that he genuinely cared for my well-being and exemplified everything a great medical professional should.I will be reaching out to the clinic in order to get his contact, for when he has his own practice. Thank you, Christian!!

The absolute most rude woman working at the front desk. Refused to listen to anything I had to say. What is the point of being in the healthcare profession just to be rude to people? Probably best to seek medical attention from people who can show the minimal amount of compassion when dealing with your well-being.

Very friendly clean, great care given by a loving staff

I went here after the x-ray machine at another choice one urgent care was broken. The woman at the front desk seem to find it funny that I was frustrated and told me that I would have to wait again for an x-ray machine after I had been told that I would not have to wait at this location because I had already waited four hours. Instead of taking the initiative and attempting to help me she laughed in my face and as she is in a position of power I personally felt offended by the lack of regard and compassion that I experienced. If you or your family is injured I would consider going somewhere else because of the lack of empathy shown here.I would like to say that the x-ray technician who eventually did my x-ray after all was very nice.

This was my first time visiting this Urgent Care as well as the reasons for my visit being the first time was for the Covid-19 screening. I went today with my teenager and the experience was extremely comfortable for us both.My main concern was from most of the alleged hype as it pertains to the nostril swab.Michelle explained to us the procedure, it did not hurt, there was no pain.Even the doctor followed up and explained to us both the procedure as well as the turnaround time for results.The location was extremely clean and very open spaced. They had sanitary stations throughout the front room area.I would recommend this urgent care particularly if you desire to have a Covid-19 swab screening.I hands down would recommend them.Kudos to a very professional and well-organized staff and building ☮️🌍🌎🌄

The wait was a little longer than I expected with an 8:15 am appointment for asymptomatic covid swab. However, the staff is so nice and pleasant that it made up for the wait. They are always very nice.

I scheduled my pre-op testing appointment with them for June 3rd. I went to the appointment and have everything done. Tell me why today June 8th, I had to go inside to get my results because none of testing my sent over to my doctors office. My surgery was scheduled for June 10th. Hence the word was because the lost the covid test that they did and now all of a sudden the hospital will not take a rapid test result for my surgery. I waited months to get June 10th surgery date for a mass on my ovary that has been causing me serve pain to be removed. Thanks to place I now have to wait even longer. Nobody would answer the phone today either and I was given a message that they were busy. Get there and its not busy at all and the staff just there doing absolutely nothing.

Came to get my back checked out a few months ago. Service was adequate but they seem to have lost my medical records which I ABSOLUTELY NEED and am at a standstill in receiving care because of their mistake.

My daughter got X-ray 4 days ago. We have called several times and left messages and no follow-up.

The person at the reception was very friendly, but the medical service is terrible, I was treated by a blonde lady, She is not a doctor, she checked my ear in less than 1 minute, she did not stop to tell me what was in my ear or what She was watching, she wrote on amoxylin paper, I asked her for an explanation and she didnt get $ 150 for absolutely nothing, thank you, horrible!

The staff was really nice I didnt like the fact that the biohazard box had a lot of needles with blood in it open from previous patients I think that that should be cleaned at all times other than that the service was great

I wasnt feeling well a few days before thanksgiving and a friend recommended I try this location for a Covid test. I went in on Monday evening about an hour before closing and had a fantastic experience. The staff were all wearing appropriate PPE and were very cautious about safety protocols in the waiting room. After a very brief wait in my car (I was told it would be about an hour, but it was five minutes!), I immediately came back in to get a test from a kind staff member. I had results less than 72 hours later, on Thanksgiving morning! It was the smoothest, least stressful covid testing process Ive had so far and I cant recommend them highly enough. I received notifications on my phone and easily logged in to see my results.

How unprofessional can you get?! In a time of heightened precautions, ChoiceOne didnt think they should call to let me know my COVID test had been part of an invalid batch and therefore disqualified. Eight days had past waiting for the results of my test they said would take 3-5 days to receive with no contact from ChoiceOne. On day 6 I spoke to their lab and was told that my results werent back yet. I called five times on day 7 only to receive their voicemail that seems to conveniently always be full. Day 8 I stopped back to the Towson location to be told Oh, you must of been part of that batch that was - how should I say it...found to be invalid. Complete BS ChoiceOne. Youve lost my future business and gained a bad referral for life.

My husband did a COVID test two weeks ago and was told at the time that someone would call him in 7-10 days with the results. (First, whats the point of a COVID test that takes 7-10 days!) No one called him. Today he called and was told they had no record of the results and that he had to create a portal.We did tests earlier at CVS and got the results in 3 days.He didnt have to pay Urgent Care (nor CVS) but whos reimbursing them for this shoddy service?!

It was a pleasant visit. I went for a Covid 19 test, they honored my appointment time, the staff was professional and pleasant. I would go back again and I would say it’s a good neighborhood alternative to my primary care provider downtown.

In the time of heighten covid cases and covid testing, staff wasnt wearing masks. In addition staff was rude, unprofessional, and made my wife cry. They didnt take her seriously and made her feel like she was crazy, so much so that she ended up leaving without any treatment. Ive been to other ChoiceOne Urgent Care that Ive liked, but will not be going back here again.

Made an appointment early on for travel vaccination. Consultation was already finished but waited over 1.5 hrs just for a SHOT! It was ridiculous. I came early to my appointment and still waited! They stated that if youMake an appointment it reserves your time but I still WAITED! Worst customer service ever! Do not come here for something as travel vaccinations... you will wait....

Im sorry but this clinic was extremely unprofessional. When i got my covid test they said it would take 3-5 days for me to get the results. And my sister and I both got tested on the same day. She got her covid test back the very next day. At first I thought it was a little strange that I didn’t get my covid test back at the same time as my sister did but i assumed that it wasnt unheard of so I called them again on Monday, and they still didn’t have my results. So i decided to call the myquest people and the lady that I spoke with said that she had my results and that she would send then to me in a couple minutes. I never got them. There was such a miscommunication between myquest and choice one urgent care that i became very irritated. I kept calling choice one and myquest and finally on Wednesday when i called myquest, the lady told me that they sent in 2 tests under my sisters name and one was unlabeled. I couldnt believe that after all that time of my not being able to go to work and school my test wasnt even being looked over. And I couldn’t believe that I had to hear this from myquest and not my own clinic! I went over to that clinic 3 times on Wednesday (which was the 5th day)and the lady at the desk seemed to not even care that I had been waiting for my results for a week.After being fed up with this unprofessionalism, my mom and I finally on the 6th day went to the clinic AGAIN and the guy at the counter told us that I could take a rapid test at another clinic not to far from where we were. I took the rapid and got my results. That was almost a week ago, And I STILL have not gotten my first covid test back. The clinic hasnt even called me. This was just unacceptable, and considering that we are amidst a pandemic i was very shocked at how this clinic handled my covid test. I will not be returning there.

The beautifulest facility was very neat and clean. The staff was extremely Pleasant and courteous. The Atmosphere (by of the music playing) was very comforting .The wait time was not bad. The location was extremely close to home and the parking availability was very good. It was my first time there but I will visit again as needed. I was recommended to use the facility by Mrs Rosemarie Carreras, a neighbor.

This place was awesome. I needed a well visit. I was in and out quickly. Check in was super easy. My provider Melanie was great explained everything to me. The R.T./Front desk -Crystal was great very friendly and welcoming. My medical assistant Amber was super nice and took all my vitals and medications with easy. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone that is sick or has kids. I noticed while i was there that they are great with kids as well.

Very professional, but got Covid test done 12 days ago and still no results. If theyre that overwhelmed, they shouldnt be doing test until they catch up. My wife and daughter got there results in 2 days from a CVS. Our lovely health care system at work!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I had my blood drawn twice. 1st by the nurse assistant and she literally PUSHED THE NEEDLE THROUGH MY VEIN, which caused unstoppable bleeding. Then the Nurse Practitioner came in and he literally kept sliding the needle in and out of my vein, causing EXTREME PAIN. AND I HAVE HUGE, STRONG VEINS!!!WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. They were too busy rushing so they could go home than making sure I had quality care and was properly taken care of.

They made being sick comfortable. I entered a clean facility with professional staff. I was taken care of expeditiously and with care. I chose ChoiceOne for their reviews and was not disappointed. I will absolutely return if necessary and I recommend this location to anyone in need of Urgent Care.

I had a good experience here. The staff was friendly and made me and my service dog feel welcome and comfortable. They were kind and compassionate. I will come again to this location as I have some health goals and would appreciate their help in achieving them.UPDATE: I just closed a follow-up phone call they made to check on me, something that did not happen when I DID have a primary care doc. Apparently they dont take blood here since that wasnt done and the recommended follow-up is to go to ER to see if I have an allergic reaction to something or if it is measles🤔

To start the establishment was very nice clean and accommodating. The staff was very polite and speedy. However, I am rather upset, I went there with hearing loss because of compacted ear wax. They cleaned my ears and I told them my hearing was no different. They told me follow up with my primary care and they will refer me to a ent specialist because my ears are clean and my ear drums look great. My primary care checked me over and said my ears are completely blocked and there is no possible way they saw my ear drums. I had $100 copay (which isnt their fault) but basically I got robbed for $100. Wish I had a better experience again the establishment itself is very nice and it is 5 minutes from home but Id rather donate my money to the needy next time.

The service was great. Appointments were available within 15 minutes. And I was seen within 10 minutes of my arrival.I did not feel rushed. They took the time to understand my pre existing medical conditions. They were thorough in finding out what brought me the urgent care.And they were swift with in addressing my condition.The visit was less than an hour. I have found a great place provide urgent care. I hope that I don’t have to visit them again but if there is a need I will not hesitate to use their services again.

Everyone I have encountered at ChoiceOne in Belvedere Square has been courteous, efficient, personable, and kind. They always have appointments available on short notice as well, which has been so helpful to me when Ive been ill. Ive never had a bad experience there, unlike other local urgent care centers.

With having 4 children, this feels like my home away from home. The staff are extremely professional and pleasant. I never have to wait longer than 10 minutes before Im called to the back. The facility is always clean and has a fresh smell. No matter where I live in the city Choice One in Towson will be my go to for outstanding care.

Went to ChoiceOne on a Saturday, was pleasantly surprised to find a pretty empty waiting room. The nurse at the front desk was extremely kind, efficient, and personable. I was in and out of the office within 35 minutes. When leaving, a different nurse explained my paperwork and advised I would be receiving a follow up call in a few days to see how I was feeling. Sure enough, I received that call within 3 days. I would recommend going here!

Weve gone to Choice One multiple times for my daughter and husband. Every single experience has been made vastly easier as a result of the great staff here. They are friendly, helpful, and prompt. Theyve even helped us check the wait at other locations so that we could decide whether to stay or head over to the other spot! Having a sick baby is stressful and the staff here have really helped to alleviate that stress every time weve gone! Weve had the pleasure of working with Krystle, Amber and Dr. Uche.

Great place! We were in and out. My daughter had a fever of 103.1 everyone was so nice and attentive! They offered coffee, water and tea got her Motrin right after noticing she had such a high fever. Amber, Trish and C. Uche were amazing. I highly recommend!

Came in 4 weeks ago they make you put a card on file or they won’t see you then was tested for the flu ended up randomly get charged $125 to my bank account with no warning then there saying I still have to pay a co pay.. do not recommend choice one at all

Making an appointment online was great. When I came in the were prepared for me, they were quick. Very friendly and professional. And since its right in my neighborhood, it was no problem getting there or parking.

I came in for asthma and they told me I have Covid symptoms and I would have to wait outside . And didn’t say nothing else about the wait for what’s next , very unprofessional, I also scheduled an appointment online and they claimed they didn’t see it

Place is very clean. Staff was very friendly and they were able to diagnose problem quickly. Taking off one star because it was pretty empty at 7pm and I felt like I had to wait a little longer than I would have expected. It took about an hour for me to get seen.

This new Urgent Care is fantastic. Welcome to the community! Went there on Saturday with my family for the grand opening and it was really beautiful with such nice staff. They even had the best Santa there for the kids and my son cant stop talking about it. All of his friends are jealous and hope Santa will be back this weekend???

Usually it’s a decent experience however came in with my daughter in clear pain.... was no triage.... Jennifer Campos proceeded in not even acknowledging my daughters pain... granted I get she is just the person to check people in..... not scrub wearing warranted but clearly not everyone is meant to be a nurse.....all the while my daughter is sitting here in TEARS.... needless to say headed to the ER

This was my first time at this Urgent Care location and I was happily surprised. Not that others have Poot service but this one went above and beyond to help me with my pre-op checkup and offered my toddler some crayons and drawing materials to keep him occupied. I would happily go there again if necessary but I will refer people there either way.

I appreciated the prompt attention, clean environment, and relaxing atmosphere. I did not know there were urgent care centers affiliated with hospitals and that a primary care physician would refer to. But this is one such.

I went in for a sinus infection. I was seeing right away was evaluated was finished with the exam and evaluation within 1 hour. I was extremely satisfied with the professional care. The thorough evaluation, and the amount of time it took from start to finish. They called to follow up after a couple days.

I do not know why they refer to themselves as “UGENT CARE”....that is not how I experienced it. I walked in, and they informed me they were not taking walk in patients today. Why do they call it Urgent Care? All I needed was an antibiotic, which I got a physician to prescribe for me a half hour after I left Urgent Care. I was very disappointed and will never return again.

I am so glad that University of Maryland now have their own Urgent Care. My experience was great. The staff was very attentive and the facilities are beautiful. I was waited on as soon as I walked in. I will continue to visit this Urgent Care.
