OMG. These women are amazing. I called at 7pm at night and Cris answered the phone. My 5 year old has lice! I blurted. Cris was calm, she talked me through what to do, what not to do, what to worry about, and what to not worry about. She scheduled someone to be at my house the next morning. Mona showed up at 9am and was warm and incredibly knowledgeable. She checked my 3 year old, and myself. Luckily there was nothing on the 3 year old, she treated me, and then spent 90 minutes removing every nit and bug from my 5 year olds head. While she worked, she showed me how to do the follow up checks and treatment. She showed me what they look like at different phases. She was even able to estimate how long my 5 year old had it. (over 2 weeks before we suspected anything!) She reinforced what Cris told me the night before about what to wash, what not to wash, etc. I was bought the comb, the treatment, the deterrent shampoo conditioner and wash right there on the spot. Frankly, I would have spent almost any amount of money to have someone fix this for me. But they seemed reasonable. $125 show up fee + $100/hour billed by the quarter hour. All the product was about another $100. My kids were back at school by the afternoon.Seriously, dont be a hero. Call and youll feel so much better.

On top of it, she educated everyone on how common lice is (it really does happen!) and how the right tools combined with frequent combing can keep a family lice free. We had an amazing experience with Lice Happens from start to finish. I called the company and spoke with Carol. She was so empathetic and sensitive! My anxiety was put at ease right away. I could not believe that they were able to send Jennifer to our home just a few hours after I placed the call. Jennifer was absolutely lovely - she was so calm and so reassuring! Jennifer not only got rid of our nits, but also told us how to follow-up on our own to ensure that we dont have to deal with this again. This company is a dream for busy families!!! Cristen R. was wonderful. She was able to come to my house within an hour of calling Lice Happens and efficiently and thoroughly examined every member of the family. She took time to educate us and made sure we felt completely confident in how to continue proper maintenance to ensure 100% success.

I was scared and nervous and sent an email contact the night I found evidence of lice. I was devastated. Nancy called me and I picked up the phone - at 12:15 am. She talked to me and calmed my fears. Very transparent and so helpful. She answered all of my questions. The specialist arrived at our home the next morning. (On a weekend!) I am so happy we have had this done. Finding lice is a parents worst nightmare. There was no judgement, just help for me and my children. I am so relieved. Not only has everyone been treated, we have a treatment plan going forward. Money well spent. The product is free of pesticides. So I also feel good about putting this on even my babys head.

I found lice in my daughters hair and completely freaked out! I used the over counter stuff and it was still there. A friend of mine recommend Lice Happens!! And what a life save... Mrs. Jennifer came out to my home the same day, within the hour really, and screened everyone at home and treated my daughter. She was so professional, and calming. The best phone call I’ve ever made. Cristen came in and not only cleared all the nits but my mind as well. She educated us on how to comb through everyone’s hair properly, next steps, repelling and was just wonderful with our young sons. This is my first experience with lice...ever. I appreciate the fast crisis-like response. Im still very nervous about this issue, but I feel empowered with the education I received. I feel like Ill know how to proceed from here to keep the lice away and be able to treat if this were to happen again.

Our daughter acquired lice during summer camp. Unfortunately, we discovered them late on Sunday during Labor Day weekend. Lice Happens arrived first thing on Monday morning just in time for her to start school on Tuesday.

I have had lice 2 times. The first time I had lice I was in the 5th grade and I knew the girl next to me had it so I asked the teacher to move and she wouldnt let me. So I got it, carried it for about 8 months. Lice is almost impossible to get rid of the first thing we tried was rid, that was just a waste of money, then the doctor prescribed me some and we used that for about 7 months, that didnt work, then we went back to the doctors and they gave us very expensive medicine that they was not supposed to be used on children. So we used it and while my mom was doing my hair I was unable to breathe, it was suffocating me. Then that I was to the point that I was going to shave my head but then my mom got online and found lice happens and that solved everything. The second time I told my mom I think I have it again and she said well okay looks like I am going online to get some medicine came in 5 days later (it was a holiday weekend) and now Im lice free again!
