Very busy office, but the clerical and medical staff were great, and got a lot of patientsseen and treated efficiently. The doctor I saw was very knowledgeable and professional, helping me understand my individua situation. All in all, I feel were blessed to have a quality vision specialist office available to us here. Thank you!

I have been a patient here for about 7 years. At each visit I receive an injection in my eye for macular degeneration. During this time I have seen several doctors and they have all been very professional. However several years ago I began seeing Dr.See and he has made the experience easy to tolerate. He is very gentle and also explains exactly what he is doing. The staff are all friendly & professional. I have had to wait sometimes but the excellent care is more than worth the wait!

Arrived early to fill out paperwork had time to complete. Assistant called me in to room and went over my paperwork and asked me a few questions. Then went to another room to wait to be called in for photos being taken In both eyes. Then back to waiting to be called in to have a procedure done called angiography where they inject a dye in your vein. Then take more photos of your eyes. Then you transfer to another room to meet doctor who goes over photos and explains what he sees. Dr. Castellarin did a good job explaining his diagnosis and treatment recommended. I will return in a year to be re-evaluate condition. I was pleased with his explanation of the parts of our eye and what problem areas can arise.

From check in to check out its Professional but Family too. Im blessed to be going there.

The doctors here are very professional. I personally have had to come because of a situation I had with one of my eyes. They not only help me and got me the best care but everybody always in the waiting room are praising these doctors. I ended up having a scare and call the office at 2 in the morning from the emergency room and they answered quickly and got me taken care of better than any General Hospital could have done.

All the staff was very kind and excellent doctor.

This was my first visit for a surgical consultation. The staff here are friendly, professional, and courteous. I cant honestly say Im looking forward to having surgery as much as I am to having it over with. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes in the waiting room, which is pretty rare for a doctors office. Ive been impressed with the staff and their responsiveness. Everyone is personable and friendly. They are obviously careful who they have work there. Besides all that, the doctor spends a good amount of time looking at my retina issues, then is really good to explain my situation in a way I understand. These people do an exceptional job and are good at what they do.

I go every six-seven weeks for the past three years for eye injections for my AMD. Everyone is friendly and professional.

As usual my experience was great. I was nervous at first because I have only been to the market during covid19.The staff and Dr. See made me calm and comfortable.

This was a very nice visit, last year took forever. The visit on 8/8/19 was very streamlined without feeling like I was being run through like a herd of cattle. I didnt wait anywhere for more than about 5min. The entire staff both front and back were very efficient and polite each introducing themselves and asking how I was doing. Had my appointment with Dr. Steinle. He was very professional and courteous. He answered all my questions concerning my condition. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Im one that doesnt like to arrive on time but not seen for an hour. I will walk out! I arrived on time and was seen at my appointment time! Love it. I would recommend Dr Steinle without hesitation.

California Retina Consultants is a well-oiled machine. The staff is very efficient, kind, and knowledgeable. I had my history taken, eyes dilated, measurements taken of my retina and optic nerve, photographs of my retina, met with Dr. Castellarin, and had laser treatment for my retina hole all in about an hour and a half. Dr. Cassellarin explained everything thoroughly and shared all of the photographs with me, so I knew what to expect. I am so grateful that I found such an expert doctor who is also caring and compassionate.

I was having trouble seeing out of my eye so I saw my Ophthalmologist and he quickly sent me to CRC where they were ready for my visit.Dr.See was very kind and knowledgeable. My retinal detachment will be surgically repaired this coming Monday. Fast work and so friendly.

California Retina takes good care of their patients. They know their stuff and I feel extremely safe knowing my eyes are in good care. As a diabetic there are things that will just happen to the eyes but these people know how to treat it and save you from losing your vision.

Had a 10 am appointment, arrived at 9:45 am, spent 2+ hours in the waiting room. Every patient ahead of me and every patient behind me were called in and left. Absolutely the worst service and some changes needed. Im heading over to Bakersfield Eye Institute. Good-bye.

I found the staff to be warm and kind. However, several ppl in the waiting areas , including myself, we quite cold. I believe it would behove you to have blankets for your staff.

Got a text stating to show up at 7:50 for a 8:05 appt. But was not taken in till around 8:25 or so. Then told my appt was at 8:35 instead. I hate confusing BS like that. I showed up early, 7:30 or so to be ready and had to wait forever.
