Gel manicure chipped after 2.5 days. I think it was OLD POLISH and BROKEN LED LAMP.I had a groupon so I came here for a gel manicure. I was told to select my color, and there was no color wheel. So I had to just start opening polishes to see the colors. I noticed MANY of the gel polishes were very gooey and goopy, and they seemed very old. So I selected the best appearing polish based on texture, but apparently the polish was still old?? The LED light was half broken, only the right side worked and all the bulbs on left side were broken. So when curing the polish, I had to put my hands only on the right side. Even then, I thought the light still had issues because during the manicure, some nails weren’t curing properly, and the manicurist had to redo a few of them. Also, the cleanliness was so-so. When she pulled out the nail trimmers etc, I didn’t think they were sanitized. Giving them benefit of doubt, maybe they were sanitized prior to my arrival? But I really doubt it bc they didn’t look so clean.The only positive is the staff was polite, but this doesn’t make up for a bad manicure that I now need to correct myself.UPDATE: I am unsure how to reply to your comment, but your response is super UNPROFESSIONAL and honestly infuriating to me. You should 100% refund my money or offer me a free gel manicure since it lasted 2.5 days! And because your LED light is BROKEN! I left you two voicemails today as you are closed today.As you said yourself, it should last 3 weeks. When I do my gel manicure at home, or other salons, they last about 3 weeks. This lasted 2.5 days!! Also, in regard to sanitizing, there was something orange on the clippers and the girl used a tissue to wipe it off. I didn’t see her unwrap the clippers from any sort of sanitizing machine. So I believe they weren’t sanitized.

Went to have a eyelashes done for the first time was not explain how the process goes, for a shop like that paid more than what I should have end up paying went to a real eyelash studio company and had my lashes done over for just about the same price what I paid there very very dissatisfied with their services there end up having to go back the next day to have her fix them right or what she can do because she didnt even do it right after that second time her excuse was short staff.

I am honestly surprised that no one has written a review for this place yet. Touch n Glow is awesome. Today was my first time going. I took my aunt to get her hair dyed by her favorite stylist, Emily. I decided while I was there that I would get my bangs cut as well!Unfortunately, Emily was on the floor by herself which lead to us waiting awhile for it to be our turn. When the other stylist arrived, she took me back to cut my bangs. I have to say that she did a fantastic job. It is VERY RARE that a stylist can cut my bangs perfect, but she did it! I love them. She was also super friendly and easy to talk to. I wish I had gotten her name.Emily also did a wonderful job on my aunts hair. She talked with us the whole time and was super nice. If given the opportunity, I would definitely return to this salon. They have excellent stylists and great prices.

Came for gel manicure and regular pedicure with my daughter. The ladies were very helpful and kind. They did a good job. I think I will be back. Its better to make an appointment. Katrina did an awesome job on my daughters nails!

Katrina did a wonderful job on my hair. Color came out amazing! Shes very sweet & wants to make sure you are happy with your results. Ill definitely be back. Sherry did a great job on my eyebrows too.

The owner is very very rude I came in to get my nails done before my wedding and had made an appointment three weeks prior. She told me that I would have to wait because she was the only person working that day. I waited for awhile while she gave a haircut then tending to three girls that were walk ins for eyebrow threading and still had not come to do my nails. After an hour and a half of pretty much being ignored I left to which she replied if I left without getting my services she would charge me a fee because I had made an appointment and didnt cancel on time. Seriously do not waste your money her please go ANYWHERE else I am AMAZED this place has any good reviews.

Love love love, the salon. It’s very clean, and everyone is very sweet. My nails and lashes look great. I highly recommend this salon to everyone.

I loved my long layer haircut and the hair treatment she suggested. She really listened to how I wanted my haircut and how long I wanted my hair to be. The hair treatment was amazing I came in with really dry and brittle hair from being a blonde and over processing my hair. My hair is now shiny and feels so smooth with a nice hair cut💕 even my husband noticed right away how healthy my hair looked.Thank you Sherri I will for sure come back

Got my eyelashes done for graduation and Im obsessed. Theyre so beautiful and I get complemented on them often. Everyone is welcoming and sweet. Thede are the people you want to be around when youre trying to treat yourself and relax!

I forgot to review this place, I got my hair done almost a year ago and they had ruined it completely. They refused to refund me so I went home with blotchy brown/blonde/grey patches. They “fixed” it by bringing down my dark roots but failed to blend them so I had one straight line around my head that went from black “grey” but it was more like the color you get when you clean all your paint brushes in the same water. I had an event the next day that I had to cancell and I just ended up fixing my own hair at home.They do good brows though they just cannot be trusted with hair.

Katrina is so professional and knowlageable about hair and nails. She does whats best for you and makes sure you leave her chair happy she does such a great job so Ladies if you want healthy hair still after coloring it this is the place to go ask for her you will not be disappointed Everyone is so kind and place is very clean.. This is my first time that I went because my usual salon closed out of nowhere , so I looked for one close by and I went there . My frist time going and I was satisfied not even satisfied it was outstanding how she left my eyebrows and it was good customer service . Definitely going again and recommend going !

I got my nails done here. The manicure looked horrible, it was splotchy and the woman had missed parts of my nails! Not only that, it was jagged at the end and I had to take a nail file to it immediately after receiving it. My cuticles (which are the reason I go to get my nails done) were barely cut, so much so a friend asked me about them. The manicure chipped within the first ten minutes of having it, while I was driving, and the rest literally peeled off within the same day. Would not recommend

Got a regular mani and after 12 hours I had three chips in the paint. By day 3 the paint was almost gone on two of my fingers and this is just from regular washing my hands and not cleaning anything. Also think the equipment was not properly sanitized. Didnt see the lady wash the foot bath after I was done then someone else used it. Also didnt see her pulling out clippers from the alcohol tubs they soak them in.

Dont get your nails done here.I had a groupon as a gift so Im so glad I didnt have to pay for my nails. I got a gel manicure and it looked terrible. Polish on my fingers and bubbles under the polish on my nails. I made an appointment but they acted clueless when I got there and contiued to ask me who I was scheduled with, even though I kept saying you didnt give me a name when I called! My toes turned out okay but it may be because I cant see them up close lol.
