Wonderful staff and service. Very clean, organized, and professional salon. Highly recommended place in the city. Been going there since 2018 and theyve done tremendous job on every visit. LOVE YOU GUYS!

I give you 1 star because I cant give you zero stars. They do a terrible job. I do not recommend that people who go to that business write down their cell phone number because this person calls you to harass you because they did not like your review. AND I WILL REPORT YOUR BUSINESS !!!!! And if I am a verified customer because I can put the screenshot with your number that you called me to harass me because you did not like my review you only want 5 stars but you do not deserve them.

Touched money because they don’t except card and went back to threading without sanitizing. While threading I saw that three people get their eyebrows fixed because the same employee did all of their eyebrows.

Their products were not clean. My head was so itchy and got dandruff. I went to the doctor to see what was wrong and they said I got an infection from unclean products. I do not recommend coming here.

Absolutely love this salon. Need to try. Very affordable and you can get wax or thread and hair cut and color and eyebrows tinted and henna. Great hours as well.

My experience at Roselay was 10/10! The environment was very clean & the appointments are very well organized. I have gone to multiple salons to get my eyebrows threaded here in Bakersfield but this salon by far is the best one I have ever been to. Guri did my eyebrows and she was so friendly and made me feel comfortable the entire time. She left my eyebrows looking so good! I will definitely be coming back here in the future!

Since moving to Bakersfield from the Bay Area, I experienced several salons regarding eye brow waxing. For almost 2 years now, I’ve been coming to Roselay for my brow waxing, I LOVE Guri, the very first visit with her, she knew & understood how ai wanted y eye brows to look. She nails!!! It every time. This is a very nice, clean, salon, I really like Guri, she is no pressure soft spoken woman, with the right amount of conversation & she knows exactly what I like👍🏽

WARNING! DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR DONE HERE!!!went in to get my hair bleached and dyed. Ended up getting burned from bleach and my hair ripped out. My hair is twice at thin and feels like straw. I am very unhappy and i dont recommend getting your hair done there. If anyone wants to see ill send them pictures of my hair before and after as proof. Im heart broken. It took my 21 years to grow out this hair and its destroyed.

I love the girls who do the eyebrow threading. They are always so nice and welcoming and do such a great job! I have gone twice for haircuts and BOTH hairstylists are rude and do a terrible job. So I dont recommend getting your hair done here. 😬

I had an 11:30 appointment with Guri and she was absolutely wonderful! Very soft spoken and did my messy bushy eyebrows JUSTICE!! I absolutely love her!! Will totally be coming back and recommending to friends and family! Thank you Guri !! :))

Started doing threading maybe 3 months ago every two weeks or so and it’s been a GREAT experience! Shelly has been doing mine and she knows what I like and does it perfect the first time Everytime!!! Go check her out she’s AWESOME!!!

They did a very good job of waxing and threading my eyebrows very gentle no redness afterwards. will be making this my port of call once a month. Pleasant surroundings and friendly staff😊👍🏻

This was the place I chose for my first threading/waxing and they were extremely comforting, professional, and guided me through the whole process and why certain things were necessary. Im very glad I came here and everyone else should come here as well.

Beware! DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR DONE HERE! had a horrible experience with this girl named ALEJANDRA. She was suppose to retouch on my balayage, instead she gave me big fat uneven stricks. When I asked her to please fix it. She got upset and said I didn’t know about Balayage. In middle of her washing my hair. They had no running water! And she ended up semi washing my hair cold water that was left in the piping. Management Went to buy water from Albertsons. For her to finish but she said it was fine. Had to come home and wash my hair out. It was itching so bad! Alejandra is very rude, and has horrible customer service. If you value your hair please, go somewhere else.

I went in for a trim. My hair was straight when I walked.She wet my hair trimmed and thats it. Stated it was an extra $10 for straight it when it was straight in the begging! I will never come here again
