I was referred to this office by my insurance company. Being totally and completely honest, I haven’t even been seen in this office yet and I already do not like it. The office staff are very rude, no one seems to communicate with one another and they are miserable and seem to hate their jobs. I’ve been calling for over a week trying to schedule my first appointment and every time I’ve called, I’ve spoke to someone different and every single one of them has told me something different. When I finally got my first appointment scheduled I am asked “well if your stomach is that bad, why have you waited so long?” Not to mention the first appointment “available” is not for a month. Only time will tell. They definitely have not made the best first impression. I may end up going to urgent care or the emergency room before this appointment

If a doctor says “you should be dead” and laughs with his staff while doing an endoscopy because he thinks you are still out of it.. he shouldn’t be a doctor and you should find a new one!!!

I have MS & The doctor was very dismissive of my symptoms and I had to advocate for myself, the staff was very rude. I had a Indoscopy set up for a month in advance and I had an ulcer and they canceled it very unprofessional. I would never advise anyone to go to that office find another doctor!!!

I arrived for my initial appointment 15 minutes early and found the waiting room overfilled with patients, standing room only, with others waiting outside in the hallway and one family around the corner. I had to go down the hall to find a place to sit to fill out my paperwork. When I returned to the office to give them my paperwork, I asked if Id be able to be seen at my appointment time, (4:15pm) and was told no, it would be at least an 60 to 90 minutes before Id be seen. There was no place to even wait, so I told them Id reschedule. I dont plan to return to this doctor due to the fact that I observed they dont handle patients well at all... there were at least 30 people waiting to be seen by this one doctor. It was disheartening and I am disappointed to have been referred to this doctor for care.

I had to advocate for my mother to have a colonoscopy to investigate why she had been sick for 3 1/2 months. This doctor was dismissive and wanted to continue to give her medications that were not working.The waiting room should’ve been an indication of substandard care. Overstuffed sardine can.

Dr. Krishnan has been great. Hes kind helpful and listens and is very patient. After we talk, he asks if I have any other questions or concerns. 5 stars from me.

My husband and i had been a patiënt of Dr. Krishan since 2005 and we have been very happy . Hè is very professional, very family oriënted and catered to our Medical needs. Yes hè has lots of patients that means hè is a great doctor! Hè is worth waiting for! Thank you Dr. Krishan!!

I was with the Dr.about 5 min. Each time I went. His English is bad, I misunderstood something he said and he got rude. Twice hes done that. Shows no care. I will changing Dr. After todays visit. I do not recommend this Dr. At all.

My experience with the wait room is that it is fairly small, but I am willing to wait a bit for a doctor that can save my life and I always look them up when i saw the reviews I was a bit scared, but when I met him he was nice and professional he took his time didnt rush and asked me if I had any questions and wanted to know about my pains then he scheduled me for a colonoscopy right away which I appreciated because Id rather find something out sooner then keep scheduling appts and finding out too late and he was nice the day of my colonoscopy and I have no pain from it just been doing what he said to do and he sent something he found to get biopsied just in case, so to me I feel fortunate to have found a doctor like him! No one has been rude either, none of his staff in the office.

He is probably the worst doctor I have had the misfortune to visit. I went with my 86 year old mother to visit Dr. Krishan for a consultation because a PET scan had shown a mass in her colon. We waited an hour past our appt. time in a small, overcrowded waiting room. When we finally met Dr. Krishan, he clearly had no idea who my mother was, why she was her and had not even read her chart nor viewed her PET scan. He asked my mother what she was there for. Of course, my mother, knew very little other than she had been sent to him for a consultation because of the PET scan results. Isnt it the doctors job in a consultation to have the information about the patients care and potential treatment? I was appalled and my elderly mother, terrified.

So far staff is rude. Had me on hold for 9 mins so I hung up. I got through quickly the second time I called. But staff is just rude. Twice Ive had to ask questions to know what was going to be done or what I have to do for my procedure. Instead of being explained to.

I would give negative points if I could!!! I had to have an emergency ECRP in the hospital with this dr. He never came to explain the procedure. So therefore I was given false information from nurses (which it wasnt their job to know the specifics). He didnt even wear scrubs during the procedure. He wore jeans and a shirt. he walked in. Said nothing to me and started the procedure. They gave me calming medicine and sprayed my throats twice with numbing spray and immediately started. Didnt even give the medicine time to take effect. I threw up during the entire procedure... they refused to stop and kept pushing my head back down on the table and telling me to hold still. They held my head down while I was choking on my own vomit the entire time! Completely unprofessional and disgusting by all of them!!!!!! I cannot believe they are allowed to perform this procedure like this! I HAVE NEVER left a review for anything in my life. But I sure did make an account to leave a review to warn anyone to NEVER see this man!

Extremely long wait time for an office visit! I’m sorry, but I found it very hard to understand the Dr. I had to ask nurse to help me understand what the Dr was saying to me.

Dr. Krishan was supportive and so helpful with my digestive troubles. Definitely worth it to talk to him if you have heartburn and pain in your bowel area. He really listens

Dr. Krishan took his time to answer ever question I had. Wait time was about an hour but thats because the office was busy. Really recommend him.

Heaven forbid you want a gastroenterologist who will speak to you after an exam. Im shocked at his lack of professionalism. If he was referred to you by your primary, tell them to find someone else. I took the time to find his listing and write this warning because I would have appreciated it.

Had me waiting for well over a month for an auth for an ultrasound. Even after my primary faxes them and told them no auth was necessary because of my insurance. Nurses are incompetent and unorganized. I was waiting in pain for over a month for a simple ultrasound. When I finally just called kern radiology they said my request had been sitting there for weeks waiting for me to make an appointment. These people are incompetent and the dr was rude and condescending. I will be finding another GI dr

This doctor performed an endoscopy for my dad. He arrived at the hospital 30 minutes after the scheduled procedure. Began almost an hour after it was scheduled. Was supposed to come talk to me after the procedure, but decided to start a procedure on another patient. Two hours later he finally comes to tell what he found with my dad, only he gives me the wrong information. He mixed up the patients! After I pointed out his mistake no apology or anything. Worse part he that he couldnt give me any details about what he found in the procedure, he just reitterated what I already knew.

He said he did an EndoscopyI was not fully sedated i could feel everything I tried to let them know but ignored me. He injured my esophagus and couldn’t eat I went back to see him he said nothing was wrong it was all in my head! I couldn’t eat for months i lost so much weight 60lbs in 3 months it was a horrible nightmare. I could not eat or sleep!Later I had another Dr. Do an Endoscopy and found many issue like collapsed esophagus. Now I suffer from PTSD and anxiety have nightmares of that incident.

Worst doctor ever!!!!! Dont ever go with this rude man!!!!! He doesnt help at all. I went in for a check up and he had the nerve to ask why was I there for. He did an Endoscopy and found nothing and said I was okay, but I still feel horrible. AVOID THIS DOCTOR.

Im Sorry for you if you ever saw this doctor-- Absolutely without question the rudest thing ive ever encountered in health care my entire life.Rude, Obnoxious, short tempered and to top it off horrible breath. Poor excuse for a health care - ANYTHING. AVOID AT ALL COSTS-

They are not professional or organized at all ... they have a big pile of refilll request that are just sitting there ! They always have new employees so there is always mistakes being made ! His wife treats all employees as if they were slaves ! She yells at employees in front of other people isn’t respectful at all . She should talk to employees in private rather than let everyone know your business ! They overbook and the wait time is about 2 hours ! Just horrible ! They do not clean the rooms properly ! So many negative things to say about this office ! That’s only half !
