I brought my son here for his first dental visit! He immediately felt safe and content. He loved all the toys in the front and the walkway to the back! The dental assistants Jessica and Jose were so sweet with him. Can’t wait to bring him back again!!

Great place! They need another front desk girl to help out the great one they have. Everyone was so nice and explained everything to me and my son before doing it. The cute design and characters everywhere made it an inviting place for my 5 year old. Dr Han was nice and gentle with my son. He knows kids and knows how to explain things to them to keep them calm. They even gave my son stickers and cool Paw Patrol balloon when we left.

My nephew ( 5 years old) was sedated and THEN they said they couldn’t do the procedure because insurance didn’t cover and the sedation would be out of pocket. Why would they sedate him FIRST then charge?! The appointment prior they said it would all be covered, LIES LIES LIES! This business is a scam and will be reported to the Dental Association and the better business bureau!

We have had a wonderful experience here at the Kids Dental Park. The staff seem to love their jobs and children which, surprisingly has been hard to find at pediatric offices. I have a dental background and a high standard for the care I expect in an office. I appreciated that Dr. Han reviewed the x rays with me and discussed the treatment plan for my son without knowing my background. He was not rushed and was very thorough. When looking for a dentist to take my kids to, Im not worried about things like the volume on a TV or toys in the waiting room, but how good the actual care is and how honest the dentist is. My son loved everything about the visit even though he was coming in for an extensive procedure from the fun things in the waiting room, to the TVs on each exam room chair, to the lego set toy he chose after his procedure. This place is fantastic for kids. Highly recommend.

Do not come here if you have the option to take your kids elsewhere. Front staff does not have any customer service skills, especially the young girl with fake long eyelashes and long pointy nails. She is extremely rude and will make you wish you took your kids to a better dental office.

Kids Park Dental,If that was the case why did you not finish the procedure THEN charge. You charged and denied the procedure AFTER sedating a 5 year old. I am taking legal action because this was negligent ! I am not spreading false accusations, you were in the wrong! If your policy is as you say you would have sedated him, done the procedure, THEN charged me out of pocket. As stated, I am taking action.

My 14month old woke up with an abscess one morning, I called everywhere but no availability with other dental pediatrics. Luckily this one was able to work my baby in same day. I liked that I was the only person in lobby, especially with covid around, while I waited with my child. They checked us in, was seen by dentist and checked out within 30mins or so, which was great! I had to pay out of pocket of $59 due out of network insurance.

They have always been great with my twins. They allow me to go in the back with them and I know some dentist do not allow that so I appreciate it. The staff is friendly and caring.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! The manager Aiden literally hung up the phone as I was trying to schedule an appointment. She is extremely rude and refused to transfer my call to anyone superior! She got upset because I asked if my private insurance was in network. Do not bother!!

This place gets 3 stars because the dr was great however the staff,front two office ladies, were the most rude and unprofessional I have ever saw. Very childish and loud. Actually best word to describe them was very ghetto felt like I was on Jerry Springer show all because I turned the tv volume down. I was never told of a minimum volume level until after the 2nd time I turned it down. I was tring to have a conversation with my wife and the level was at 40. The was no one else in the waiting room. There was no signs posting the mandatory volume level and nor was there any communication. She just rudely turned it back up on my twice in the middle of my wife and I conversation. Not only was I yelled at by both ladies when I said I wanted to talk to the dr after he was done with my daughter there respond was I am lucky to be there and they would stop the service on my daughter immediately. I must say they are very lucky they did not do that I was ready to call my lawyer and sue them for unnecessary pain and suffering and medical malpractice. The Dr was awesome and so was his dental assistant, very said those two ladies are representing him and his practice.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this place! Very friendly staff and doctor is great in explaining things to parents. He communicates great and always makes sure our questions are answered. Ive had other experiences where I feel the dentist just wants more money for extra services not needed, but Dr. Han is far from that! Also my kids have anxiety when it comes to dentist visits, but the staff here is very friendly and patient! They talk to my kids and explain everything they are doing, which make my kids feel less anxious. Fun and colorful all around, they get to choose a movie to watch while they are getting their teeth checked, of course lots of stickers and chest prizes (which all kids LOVE!) I also like that is never over crowded, they go straight in. We have gone to other kid friendly dentist and had bad experiences. Kids Dental Park is great! Highly recommend this place!!

My daughter has been coming with Dr. Han since she was 7 yrs old, she’s 15 years now. She won’t go anywhere else. I love Dr. Hans new office its kid friendly and super cute! I have always known Dr. Han to be professional and extremely patient with kids. He will take his time to explain everything and make you feel comfortable. His work his fantastic! I will continue to recommend his place always!!

This is the first time I have written a Google review for anyone but it is deserving. I had nothing but great experiences while going to see Dr. Han His team was great and he did a great job explaining everything that he was doing to my son . He kept my son calm during all of his appointments and answered all of my questions. After seeing many different dentists I can say that Dr. Han and his team are the best I have seen and I will continue to take my son there and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Do not make an appointment and take your children to this dentist!! One star is too much but, as everyone says, it’s the lowest rating you can give. First off, if you do go for a cleaning make sure to bring your hand sanitizer and wipes. The toys and games for the kids to play with and even the furniture you sit on is absolutely filthy. You can see the dirt and germs it’s that bad. If you do make an appointment, make sure you arrive on time or they will try to turn you away based on their 15 minute late policy. The cleanings take 30 min so they will schedule as late as 4:30pm (they close at 5pm, not 5:30pm as google states) for one child. If you have two the latest they will schedule is 4pm. Makes sense right? Well if you are unable to get there before 4:15pm they will turn both children away because they schedule them both at 4pm instead of one at 4pm and the other at 4:30pm. It’s their policy and they are unable to work with you. We also tried calling for 20 minutes as we rushed to the office and they turned their phone on to the lunch time answering machine so we could not get through and let them know we were running late. Then at 4:16pm they finally answered and turned us away due to their 15 minute policy. Both children turned away even with 44 minutes left until closing. Then since we missed our appointments they want to charge us $40 per kid for missing. Sounds to me like they wanted to get out of there so they turned off their phone and would not alter their policy to take one child. As I said, do not take your kid here! There are plenty of dentist offices in town and it’s not surprising this one can schedule you as soon as Next week.

One star is not even earned the doctor is so unprofessional he told me my child would be drunk and that made me feel very uncomfortable. he should really learn how to talk to parents no parent wants to hear that. also the guy working looks very intimidating i would rather take my kid elsewhere due to the fact the doctor is very very unprofessional.

After seeing such great review I was excited to try this dentist for my 2.5 & 3.5 year old, but left very disappointed. My kids have been to another dentist every 6 months since they were 1 and we have never had fear or tears, but they are no longer accepting our insurance, this was a different experience. The place is VERY dirty. The office was definitely full of great toys, but I cringed as my kids played with them. The floor looks like it hasn’t been mopped in months. As we walked back to the X-ray room the dental assistant just started whipping out the machine and expecting a 2 & 3 year old to be okay with have the vest covering them and didn’t slow down to explain anything. Freaked my kids out immediately. Then we bribed them with stickers to go into the exam room where the dentist walked in and just started moving the exam chair all around, pulling out all the tool, couldn’t get one to work, shining the light in their face without any eye covers and expecting the kids to know when to spit into the sucking tool. It seemed like my 2 & 3 year old were being treated more like adults, than children. Needless to say, we will not be returning.

The staff and Dentists here are Amazing!! They always take great care of my son . Very thorough explaining procedure and extremely gentle. I wouldn’t think of taking my son anywhere else.

After a few weeks of searching for an dentist for my kids, Im so glad I called kids dental park. At first I was nervous but as soon as we walked in the back I was calm it was so relaxing. The staff was so friendly and nice. Its a great place to take the kids. My kids loved going to dentist they cant wait to go back in February. My son loves it here. The atmosphere is relaxed & kid friendly. The staff are great with kids. They are very nice & patient in explaining everything they do so as not to frighten my son. It was even thru their staff Angie that i found out my kids had pediatric dental coverage with my health insurance. Dr. Han is thorough in his examination & straightforward at explaining what needs to be done. Definitely recommending this clinic to family & friends! 😃

The staff are so kind and gentle. The atmosphere is amazing. Every child will enjoy their dental visit in this office. The lobby has all kinds of activities for the children and even the hallway and exam rooms are very vibrant and exciting. Even though I have moved to another part of town I still make the drive. I refuse to take my daughter anywhere else.

Best dental office Ive ever been too.. My daughter was calm and comfortable.. The staff worked as a team to get the x-rays done.. The Doctor included me in the exam and showed me what he found.. Most importantly the Doctor did not recommend any unnecessary dental procedures! As Ive seen to many times.. I wish I would of known of this dental office when my older kids were little.. AWESOME job Kids Dental Park.. I would recommend everyone take your children here... Absolutely five stars...

My kids love this place. They like the 3D TV and arcade game. The dental work is awesome. Wait time is not long (my kids want it to be longer). Very kid friendly. Place is great!

Great Friendly Staff! I was abke to be by his side the Dr took his time to make sure my 6 yr old son was comfortable explaining as he went along with the dental procedure. Love this places dental assistants,front desk, dentist, everyone extremely nice. The place is extremely kid friendly my daughter gets so excited to go to the dentist. She even got a balloon one time along with her toy chest picks, too the brush baggy and stickers for encouragement to do a good job. They even went as far as waving a fee due to the fact they didnt see it on my insurance when I was There so no surprise bill. Have gone twice and nothing but a great experience. My kids actually love going to the dentist now!!! Dr. Han is so patient with the kids and I, and there is tons of games and activities to keep them entertained until its their turn, and the girls are so friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this office to anyone with children!!!

After searching for a dentist for my daughters we found Kids dental park I love them. Friendly/caring staff. They let me be present in every part of her treatments and keep me well informed as to what they are doing.

This place is AMAZING! It truly does live up to its name, kids dental park. From the moment I stepped in I was amazed of how they turned it into a super fun place for the children. My kids were amazed of how awesome the environment was, not only the environment but the service as well. Very friendly staff a good Dr. Who takes his time to really look and explained things to me. Highly recommend this place for all parents who have kids, you can actually fill up paperwork while your babies are entertained by all the fun stuff in there for them! Definetly going back there 😀

The place is nice and the staff was friendly. I dont recommend coming here however because the prices are very high. We decided at our appointment to only have part of our childs teeth worked on and save the rest of the work for a later date, however shortly into the appointment we asked to have the work finished completely as planned, and the doctor said it was too late we have to schedule another appointment, which meant paying another $200 for sedation. But the work and time was already planned so it technically wasnt too late, I feel like this was said because he wasnt happy with us making the recommendation in the first place to only have part of the work done because they seemed upset after that. Also there were a few teeth the doctor said he will work on and for some reason I find out later he didnt do all of the work we talked about in the beginning, and I now need to see what we were actually charged for. I felt after we didnt go along with the doctors plan we got treated differently. I feel like we were lied to and also ripped off. We went to another place and the work wasnt the same as what this doctor suggested, and the prices were a lot cheaper, for instance we paid $100 instead of $200 out of pocket for the sedation cost. Also the sedation from here had my daughter hallucinating and completely out of it, which was terrifying, and at the new place she was still her same self just a little out of it and she could still walk and talk unlike at this place. The facility was nice but i would never go here nor recommend it to anyone ever again.

Dr. Han is amazing with my kids. The entire staff is amazing. So kind and patient. I would recommend Kids Dental Park to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist.

Love this place so much! Was so nervous to take my son to a dentist and I couldnt have been happier with the staff and office. My son looks forward to going every time we have too and has had a ton of cavities filled and still loves it there! The staff is so friendly and thorough even during the procedures! When my son and I waked into the office I immediately noticed how clean all the toys and play areas were. My son was completely entertained the whole time I filled out paper work (it was our first visit). The staff and I mean every person in that building was so nice and welcoming. Being my only child and his first time being to a dentist period I was very overwhelmed but once I talked to the staff I felt very calm. The Doctor was very pleasant also. Our experience there was a great one and we will be returning!

I love Dr Han! Im usually so nervous at the dentist but since I started coming here, Im no longer nervous! They have great games and fun in their waiting rooms, cool fatheads and cartoons in rooms, also prizes when Im done! The BEST dentist in town!!!

Girls in the office were amazing and so nice! Called around to find out who had the best deal for cash patients for xrays. Paid up front for exam cleaning and fluoride no biggie. Was going to get 1 filling done (was quoted for 2 but could only afford 1) went up front to pay and the $125 for the filling came to $188. When I immediately questioned it the girls said let me go get dr. The dr came up to explain that there is an up charge for cash patients. He said thats what the insurance companys have him charge because almost all of what he deals with are insurances. Absolutely lost all credibility with me. Will not be back nor recommend ever. The girls I wish worked for me they were so nice!

By far the best dentist in bakersfield. The staff and dentist are all very kind and outgoing. I would not take my children any where else.

My son sustained a mouth injury. Took him to urgent care who then recommended i take my son to a dentist to see if his teeth could be saved. I had new insurance that his primary dentist did not take. In a panic i called around and found Kids Dental Park. Gracie assisted me over the phone, verified my insurance and got me in at 6pm for my son to be seen. The ladies were amazing and gentle with my son, and the doctor reassured me his teeth and gums would heal and he would be fine. Quick and courteous staff. My son wasnt afraid one bit! Will be returning future appts. Thank you!

Long wait times, staff is not that knowledgeable, dentist is super rude to staff, I guess because they dont know how to do their jobs well. Maybe they are in training, who knows. Definitely cute for kids, but no thank you. Taking my kid somewhere else.

As a mother with a child with autism I can attest to how amazing this place is! My son dosent even mind going! Dental visits have been the stuff of nightmares for him until kids dental park and thier great dentist and staff. Would recommend them to anyone.

Amazing staff genuinely kind and so patient with my boys. They made it a pleasant experience for them. In no way did they make them feel scared or traumatized.

We had our very first appointment with my son today. I was very nervous since this was his first dental exam but I couldnt of been happier. Right when you walk it it is clear that this place is for children. It is decorated from floor to ceiling in kid friendly decor that even U loved. My son instantly made himself comfortable with the video games in the waiting room. During his exam and xrays they took the time to show him what all the equipment was used for. I was very impressed with this and I think it made him a lot more comfortable. There was a tv in each of the themed rooms and they let my son pick out something on Netflix. There was no screaming and very few years shed much to my great surprise. I am so thankful that his first experience with the dentist was a positive one. Their hours are also very flexible and their staff was very friendly. Im very glad we chose this place and we will be back in 6 months for his check up.

Great customer service and kid friendly environment.

They put caps in my sons teeth lips and gums were extremely bruised they said it would be fine that they will heal over time we made it extremely clear we lived in Vegas they said nothing to worry about no re check necessary for the bruising and out of no where after the surgery my sons two front teeth became black we call them as soon as I got back home since I work on the road they offer no help I offered to send a pic they said dont send it they ask if I have insurance or if I could pay out of pocket if I didnt because its been a bit since the surgery I have never been so mad they pinch a nerve and kill his two front teeth and they are after my insurance or money I would never wish this upon my worst enemy kids and the two front teeth had no work on them at all
