I’ve been going here for almost 3 years. I loved it! Staff is super friendly even through covid super accommodating and I love the fact they offer LATER appts it was the best :)They transitioned to a different dentist and it was like NOTHING changed! Thank you guys!😁😁😁

Dr. Dickens is an above average and highly skilled professional who develops a close relationship with every patient. His office uses the latest technologies and his staff is courteous and helpful. My family is fortunate to have him as our dental health provider.

Dr. Dickens has a great way of getting you numb so you feel any pain and he always makes you feel welcomed and relaxed.

Dr. Dickens and his staff are wonderful. Everyone is friendly and helpful. He has been my dentist for years and I’m always satisfied with the level of service and professionalism. Even my husband who is definitely scared of dentists has been treated here successfully (and in the nick of time). Don’t forget about your kids. My eight-year-old daughter has been seeing him since she was six. She calls him Dr. silly. Her experience here has been so good she enjoys going to the dentist! I’m hoping this will stay this way the rest of her life!

I have been seeing Dr. Dickens for well over 10 years. Over the years I have used other dentists, Dr. Dickens stands out as the best dentist I have ever been to. It is not just Dr. Dickens that makes it such a great experience. Stacy at the front office always has a bright and welcoming smile. Anita, the hygienist, is the most thorough hygienist I have ever been to. Overall it is a team effort that makes Dr. Dickens the best dentist and best kept secret in Bakersfield dentistry.

I called Dr. Dickens office to begin a new patient process. Everyone I spoke to made me comfortable and went out of their way to make this process easy. The day of the appointment, I met Dr . Dickens and he was very kind and engaging. I was introduced to the hygienist, Patricia. She was very sweet and kind. The X-rays and cleaning process were very easy and pain free. Dr. Dickens office has state of the art equipment and and a very engaging office staff. Im glad I chose Dr. Dickens as my new dentist. If you are looking for a dentist and want to feel you are important as a patient, I recommend you give his office a call.

My visit yesterday with Dr.Dickens was as usual very pleasant and painless. Dr Dickens always explaines everything clearly,which gives me a great feeling of good care and comfort.
