Blames every issue on everything except himself and instead of trying to solve issues bans you from his office and blocks you like a toxic ex. Wouldnt recommend his services to anyone.

Horrible customer service. Refuse to accommodate. I live 45 min away and they refused to let me bring in my two elderly parents on the same day of my appointment because their “policy “ is that only two family members are allowed to be seen the same day. Mind you I told them we only have one car, I’m driving from 45 min away and making the 45 min drive twice in a week would be very inconvenient and expensive for me. They have lost 3 patients over not caring to accommodate.So in conclusion if you want to be seen at this office and two of your family members have an appointment already. Make sure that when you call..... do not to mention that you are related in any way.

Just had my crown out on today and it was wayyyyy better then my original tooth ever had been ! Their great every time I go! I LOVE dr Martinez ! Have NEVER felt more comfortable

I had a great experience at Dr. Medina’s office today. The staff was very nice, welcoming, and helpful. From helping me to fill up the paper work on the computer, working with my schedule, to explain the cost of the Invisalign for my son. The assistant is very friendly too. Dr. Medina is a great doctor, very professional, and friendly. I’d recommend this office for any one looking for a great doctor.

The office staff in this practice is unprofessional and rude. My insurance provider try to talk to them to clarify a misunderstanding with the type of insurance service/coverage they had with my insurance, and the staff advise my insurance representative that they dont want to talk to her and dont care to clarify anything and disconnected the conversation without advising my insurance representative. Dont recommend a rude and unprofessional place of service. If this is the way they treat the company that is providing/paying/release the money, I dont want to imagine how they treat the patients that are receiving the treatments for that money being released to them.

Dr Ivan Medina is a great dentist he and his staff were really good to me they weren’t like western dental who made me feel uncomfortable I’ve already referred my niece Cristina so any one in Bakersfield area come pay him a visit for your dental needs

DR.MADINA..not only takes excellent care of my teeth...my youngsters son had dental work done and is pleased with the results...has become a member as he was told things he did not know about keeping your teeth up to par and knows to keeping healthy teeth and gums could cause a load of major problems later in life...so he is into his health and it works for him!!!! The experience here will be truly unforgettable!!! The front and back staff were highly professional, friendly, and helpful. The x-Ray assitant, helped me feel comfortable to the max and although she took a while, I know she was doing her job by getting the best x-rays. The oral hygienist is beyond funny and so is the young Dr. Martinez. Both shared past experiences that made laugh and smile from ear to ear. Can’t wait for my next appointment. Hoping is as good as my first visit. If so, i’ll write another review.
