I recommend Candace the Dental Hygienist, she is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, very welcoming and makes you feel comfortable. If there is any concerns or issues, make a sure she will help you solve them or take in consideration your feelings and opinions when dealing with them.. shes the best when handling your teeth.. I trust her with my dental treatments 💯 percent. Thank you Candace for always doing your job and treating us with respect.

Very friendly, kind, and professional staff. Everyone working there was knowledgeable and efficient with my time. Only downside is a few too many messages via text but no big deal. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

I had work done by two hygienist and both are great. I had two wisdom tooth remove, it was painless and doctor kept me in loop as to what he was doing. Everyone in this location is personable. I think is a good place to get your dental work done.

He pulled the wrong dam tooth I never agreed too then I ended up leaving with 2 pulled teeth instead of 1 when all said and done. I go in on an emergency situation and the whole staff knew my grandmother was the one paying for me so we both feel very taken advantage of plus he was way too rough with my face twice by hitting me in another damaged tooth I was not there for with his metal dental tool then denied it, stabbing me in the face with the sewing needle then also denying it and fish hooked my mouth extremely hard not to mention he actually chiseled at my gums and teeth to remove them. Ive never had such a horrible experience in my entire lifeIm on a budget and always am extremely clear when communicating with others and now Im expected to pay $300 more dollars for something I never agreed to/should have to/cant afford/never signed up for I do not recommend this dentist and never will. Oh did I mention he was also pushy with trying to do more work on other teeth I did not want touched????!!!

Great place to get teeth work done. I got 3 crown in the front of my mouth. They came out awesome and look really nice. Dr. Rafik is very knowledgeable and good at what he does and all his staff are friendly and good at what they do also. I definitely recommend checking them out if you need anything done.

I cant remember the name of the Dental Assistant (is that her title? I want to say RN) That helped me earlier this week. I know she was training a new employee. I just want to say her manner and knowledge is very comforting. She is a a gem and I appreciate her. The front office staff are very professional and polite. Now to the doctor. He is a rock star. I have a phobia about dentist. He is a good doctor. I have a root canal scheduled for Monday. Uggghh. I really dont want to go, but knowing he is my Dentist makes me feel better.

Absolutely the best dental practice in my 60 years of life! The dentist, hygienists, dental assistants, and office staff are very kind and courteous. Dr. Rafik has a great sense of humor and while it’s never a really fun thing to go to the dentist, he always makes sure that any procedure is painless as possible. Apollonia Dental is fantastic. Heather the Hygienist was super. She made me feel relaxed and at ease. I had to have a deep cleaning and she explained every procedure she was about to do. Let me start by saying that Dr. Rafik and the whole staff at Apollonia are top notch.I have a fear of being anywhere near a dentist, but Dr. Rafik listened and adapted to me and my concerns.I had a degrading tooth as well as early stages of gingivitis due to the fact that I haven’t been to a dentist since I was a kid.I originally went to gentle dental who refused to understand my fear. I explained that I didn’t want to be sedated during my operation, but for some odd reason, the oral surgeons refused to pull my tooth without putting me to sleep.Finally, after 3 visits to gentle dental and being told they wouldn’t touch my tooth without putting me to sleep, I checked out Apollonia.Immediately, all of my concerns were addressed and Dr. Rafik assured me that the operation could be done without me being put to sleep.During my operation, I felt well cared for and didn’t feel a thing. I’ve been dealing with this tooth issue for years and I’m glad to have walked into Apollonia and to have been taken care of by Dr. Rafik.

I had a very good experience with Dr. Marvizi and the staff at both locations. There are 2 dentist at Apollonia Dental the only one that I can give a positive review on is Dr Marvizi very professional an I was treated with kindness. I am not giving 5 stars because my initial visit with the other Dentist was not the best.

Dr. Rafik was the best. I loved his attitude. I went in as an emergency for a cracked wisdom tooth. They took me in with in hours and the tooth was out within minutes! 100/10 Recommend!! Staff is also super sweet & awesome!

I am always a nervous Nellie when it comes to the dentist but all the staff were very kind and Dr. Rafik was a nice and comforting dentist who explained things to me and extracted a tooth efficiently. For once I’m not (as) apprehensive about going to my next dental appointment. Inside is also very clean and well-kept and they take every safety precaution, which makes me feel better while we’re still navigating the pandemic.

The Staff was very friendly. Ariana at the front desk was very nice and answered all my questions. Dr.Rafiki I believe his name was, was very understanding and explained things to me very clearly. Overall great staff. My only thing was I didn’t care for the set up of the rooms but regardless it was still nice.

I love this office. For years & years Ive had dental issues but never a dr that was willing to work with me & give me the care I need without having to pay an arm & a leg all at once.My first visit here was back in January. I was having extreme tooth pain to the point where I was in tears & this office happens to be located near my work. So I called them up & asked if they could get me in an emergency appointment. They got me in the office as soon as I was off work & right as I got in the chair, Dr.Rafi had me numbed up so I couldnt feel pain anymore.Dr. Rafi & the staff have been so pleasant & accommodating. They make me feel comfortable while Im there, the staff is so down to earth, & Dr. Rafi has a few jokes up his sleeve to keep you smiling. Not to mention hes got great style with his cool day of the dead hat!I highly recommend this Appolonia Dental office. They WILL work with you & they DO care about your health.

Dr. Rafik and his staff are amazing. Out of all of the dentists I’ve ever had, I’ve never trusted any of them like I do him. He does a great job making sure I know exactly what is happening, and he is good with patients who have nerves about the dentist. This a very professional place.

The place seems okay, the ladies are polite and professional. The $69 new patients is not correct, I was charged $79. The special is a basic cleaning not for a deep cleaning, which I need. Seemed like they where all in a hurry. Maybe when I get insurance and it covers the majority of the $1440 I was quoted then I can do another review.

This was the 4th different dentist I went to to get estimates for getting my teeth pulled and either implants, snap in dentures or regular dentures, and I also got two quotes from Mexican dentists. Mexico is about 50% cheaper on the front end but all future maintenance and cleanings needs to be done in Mexico also and so long term it may not save as much as the short term indicates. Apollonia didnt shame me for the condition of my teeth, understood sjogrens and knew that sjogrens was the reason; and told me the steps necessary and how much they cost, leaning towards snap in dentures and understanding how my dental insurance works so that part of the cost rolls into next year when I actually have more coverage. The other dentists werent as clear on cost or procedure and being on terminal hold any time I had to call for an answer was very off-putting. One actually asked if I brush my teeth... which is why someone understanding sjogrens is so important. Apollonia felt more like a team working towards a mutual goal instead of one trying to take as much money from the other as possible. The savings werent off the charts better but better enough I was able to make the decision very shortly after my appointment. The entire experience was more respectful regardless of why all my teeth need to be pulled. I got the first appointment for the next day and then the appointment for the molds of my mouth two days later. The first dentist I saw in January I needed to go back for an appointment with their financial person which wasnt an appointment as much as a sit and wait til the finance person is available. I waited over an hour the first time and was told to maybe come back at 8am the next day... To take thousands of my dollars... Day and night difference in how the offices are run. Which was why making the decision to go with Apollonia very easy because the other ones I saw werent any better, easier, or less expensive than the first, but they were all less respectful than Apollonia.

While no dental work is completely painless, I have had a lot of dental work in the past and my experiences at Appolonia with Dr Rafik have been the least painful and most pleasant experiences I have ever had at the dentists office. Best dental experience! I had a wisdom tooth pulled out by Dr. Rafik. The process was so fast and painless. I was afraid of the process and kept putting it off because of all the horror stories I would hear. Dr. Rafik assured me I was in good hands. I did not swell or had to take any type of meds 🙌🏽. I met with Dr. Joseph Marvizi and his staff. The people there made me feel so comfortable from the time I got there until I left. I had already started my upper clip-on teeth or OverDentures at another dentist. I went to Apollonia Dental Center to finish up my dental implants. Dr. Marvizi was so very helpful and explained the process, what needed to be done and how much it was going to cost me. I was extremely satisfied with the price that I decided to move forward with my treatment. The Staff was very professional as was Dr. Marvizi. I would definitely recommend Apollonia to my friends and family. Just for your knowledge, Apollonia Dental Center does NOT accept HMOs, only PPOs.

First off, let me say I have a fear of dentists and have stayed away unless absolutely necessary for 25 years from a botched wisdom teeth job. I cant cant go in without something to help my anxiety, and I am a get your job done type of gal, and a mother of 4. Made an appointment because of a cracked front tooth. Knowing I needed at least an upper denture job, Dr R. scheduled the surgery, 12 upper teeth to be removed due to neglect, medication I must take. Told him I needed to be sedated for this job. He said we cant because of precautions taken due to covid, but heres what we will do and explained everything. Day of surgery went better than expected. Amazed he could do this work, with me fully conscious. Amazing dentist, amazing staff. He will be my dentist so long as I live around here! At follow up appointment, he anticipated all of the questions that I had. Go to Dr. R if you are in the market for a legit, excellent caring dental and staff.

I just visited this office for the first time and my experience couldnt have been better! All of the office staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable and informative. they took the time to explain everything that was going on; unlike some offices Ive frequented before. Elvira was very courteous and checked up on me multiple times during my visit. You can tell she is very dedicated and genuinely cares. Priscilla was also very efficient every step of the way which made me feel comfortable and at ease. The office and bathroom is clean (which is very important!) and the entire staff really welcomes you in and makes you feel cared for. Ill defiantly be going back and would highly recommend.

My mom recommended this dental office and I’m glad I took her word on it. I made an appointment and they were able to get me in right away. Candace the hygienist and another lady whom I can’t remember her name but they both took care of me in between appointments. They both took time to explain what they were doing and made sure I was aware of everything. You can tell that they truly value their clients and they genuinely want to help. I’ve always had awful experiences at dental offices but I actually felt comfortable each visit I had here. They have girls from their billing department go over payment plans with you after the initial appointment. And they’re also helpful and friendly as well. Eventually I do plan on getting Invisalign done here. It can be a bit pricey because insurance doesn’t cover everything but I do believe it’s well worth it.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUD COMPANY!!! I went in for a basic exam which I was told was completely covered, by my insurance at the time, yet a few weeks later I start being harassed via mail and phone stating I owe a balance. I explained my situation to the gal over the phone and she said it was partially covered and still have a balance. This obviously isnt the first time this has occurred, if you read their REAL negative reviews. At this point, Im having to go out of my way just to file a small claims law suit. Good luck if you bother with these folks!!!
