I have an interesting predicament and had been to 3 doctors the day before looking for answers. Did not find any and was out a few hundred dollars. I called right before they were closing and they were able to see me first thing the next morning! I go in for a free consult and they took the coolest scan of my head!! Like impressive equipment and they were so thorough and friendly. He gave me expert advice in the friendliest bed side manner. I left knowing which direction I need to go in now. Thank God for Dr. G. Hes incredibly easy on the eyes too. Two thumbs up.

Integrity is something I look for when doing business with someone and Dr. G and the entire staff at OrthoArts are great! We dealt with Dr. G and Alyssa and the whole experience was amazing. They scanned my daughters mouth, met with both of us and laid out a plan for her treatment. They both were honest about where my daughter was and the treatment and advice they both gave didn’t really benefit them right now but really showed my how honest they are. They have won my business! He put all the options in front of both, me and my daughter, gave us time to think. I love how both Dr. G and Alyssa both interacted with my daughter and not just me. This really helped make her more comfortable in this setting. Also wanted to say when our older kids needed ortho work we went to another office around here and the doctor there didn’t take the time to meet the kids( patients) but instead blew in and out of the room like a tornado, they were not up front about a lot of things and were going to rush through treatment. They were going to offer a discount if the treatment needed to go longer lol. This was not the case at OrthoArts. Dr. G was up front and honest about the entire process. He let us know what the best and worst cases were along with where he thought our kids fell. He has been spot on with our other three. Quality work! Integrity! Friendly! Accommodating! I went to this orthodontist for around ten months. Everything went smoothly until later in the treatment. I was around 23 when I went to this place. I paid about 3000$ in total for my orthodontic care. Later on in the treatment there was a gap created between my lower front teeth that would snag the skin under my tongue when I ate. I didn’t mind because I knew it was part of the process until I went in for my next adjustment and told the guy and he looked me in my face and said that he thinks there’s a surgery to remove the skin from the tongue?? He had this look of disdain on his face when he said it and it all made me feel super disrespected as a paying adult . Of course I didn’t back down and the gap was closed. One of the women there told me he was fighting with his wife the night before, yes, like that’s an excuse for the unprofessionalism. also why do the women in his office know about his personal married life? I feel terrible for his wife having to be married to a man like that. (I did receive a text apologizing for this gap situation from the guy and he took the month of service off my bill, but it was always super awkward with everyone in there after that, I did NOT want to be at this orthodontist anymore but felt locked into my treatment plan) SO LATER ON IN MY TREATMENT. I needed a tooth cleaning + my orthodontist and dentist were across town from each other. So I coordinated my appointments for this to happen. I showed up to my appointment at the orthodontist to take my wires off so my teeth could be cleaned just to find that they scheduled my appointment during the office freaking lunch break. So not only will these guys not respect you but they won’t respect your time. I wound up asking for my retainers before my teeth were ready just because I didn’t want to go into that atmosphere anymore. If you’re just a parent who doesn’t care how your kids are interacted with and you want their teeth done, they’ll get them straight. But if you’re a paying adult that just wants a chill civil and professional orthodontic experience this is NOT the place for you my friend. This place doesn’t have many reviews compared to other orthodontists in Bakersfield and I’m thinking it’s because people were treated similarly to me and they just didn’t know how to put it into words. I waited a long time to post my review because I was upset but man, I appreciate all the reviews when I’m looking for a service good and bad so I know what I’m getting into. Ortho Arts has always been very accommodating to any last minute appointment requests I have made. I feel the staff at this office truly values my time because you’re never stuck sitting in the lobby for very long as compared to other medical offices. You’re called in quickly and Dr. G never makes the appointments feel rushed. He listens to your concerns and genuinely cares to make any visit as pleasant as possible. Not only is he very caring about his work and his patients but his staff seems to always be in a good mood as well and I’ve never had bad service whatsoever. This office is amazing and the quality of care is top notch. I only wish more businesses and staff operated more like Ortho Arts.

My granddaughter has been going OrthoArts for little over a year now. The staff is very professional always have a smile and if I have any questions they answer them. As it turned out my granddaughter doesnt need braces or anything like that. Dr. Gianquinto days answered all of my questions so I could understand. So now my second granddaughter will be seeing him just for a bit just to make sure her teeth are coming right. Dr. Gianquinto hasnt tried to get us to do something she doesnt need. We are extremely happy with him and the service that he provides.

If anybody is looking for an orthodontist I highly recommend Orthoarts. The service is exceptional. It can be difficult taking my 11 year old to his appointments with a 1 and 2 year old. I stay in the car, the orthodontist comes out to the car to give me a quick update (He calls it curbside service), and the front office lady brings me out an appointment card with my usual day and time. They have done amazing things for my sons teeth and are always able to squeeze him in when needed.

Visiting Dr. G is always a pleasant experience. He takes the personal time to explain everything to the parents and the child. They took extra time helping show my daughter how to put in and take out her rubber bands and care for her retainer. We even received a set of molds for her teeth so if we need to order a replacement we can just bring in the mold and order the replacement. She was given a special “tool bad” with everything she will need to care for herself at home and school.

I have just completed my Invisalign treatment and am very happy with the results. All appointments were punctual, all staff members are kind and helpful, and all steps in the teeth-straightening process were always explained. I would highly recommend Dr. G. to anyone considering orthodontics.

Dr. Gianquinto is awesome. He has the best office staff and he explains everything and never leaves you with unanswered questions. His office is super clean and he is awesome with kids. We love him!!!

My daughter was seven minutes late to an appointment and was declined services. She had to leave school (miss classes) and was told she had to reschedule. My daughter was also told that she could not be seen until “her” account was paid. Her account was paid. The receptionist made a mistake. I think that it was very unprofessional that finances would even be brought up to my daughter who is seventeen years old. Very disappointing.

We just started orthodontic treatment for my son. The consultation process was easy and I didn’t feel pressured to start immediately. The staff is fast, friendly, and efficient. The office is very comfortable.

Me children have, what I consider, the absolute best dentist...so I was a little nervous being referred out for orthodontics. Dr. Gianquinto and his staff are AWESOME! I could not have asked for a better experience! His practice is very similar to their dentist (Dr. Sturz, whom they adore) so they love Dr. G and his staff just the same! I cannot say enough good things about them!!!

No waiting, the assistants have great conversation with the kids and Dr. G takes his time to get to know both parent and patient. Office manager has the office running smoothly. Great experience so far :)
