It was all fine before the pandemic, but they straight up stop accepting calls and always closed when I visit them, so my braces been unattended too for almost a year now.. no way to contact them. Wouldnt recommend anymore.

I was very pleased from the beginning. The staff so kind helpful & so respectful & understanding. The Dentist oh my goodness the best. Very informative kind & understanding, he just wants the best for his patients..... I thank God for directing me here....This place deserves a great big trophy for all the goodness that they do for the patients...THE BEST DENTIST IN BAKERSFIELD!!!!!

I took my son today for his 6 month check up. The receptionists was really nice she received us with a smile. We felt welcome . She even help out my son be brave and not feel scared. Thanks for that. The dentists did a good job with my son clean up. For sure will be back again in 6 months.

The entire staff made me feel as though I was the #1 client. Such great care, dedication and focus on being sure I was comfortable was such a priority. Then, when it came time for the dentist to drill out and prep my molar for a cap he made me feel very relaxed with his smile, genuine and friendly greeting and the incredible skill he showed in making it as quick and comfortable for me as possible. His sense of humor was refreshing too. The dental assistant working with him seemed to be like his own hands. The two were so well orchestrated in making, what I always used to fear - the dentist, the experience feel as it should, like one of healing. Thank-you to a fantastic team at the Town & Country Dedicated Dental office here in Bakersfield.

The most friendly staff ever!! Dr Ha and his team are great, Lisa is very kind and warm. The Hygienist Gill is very knowledgeable and takes his time cleaning! I love it!!Thank you guys!!

Doctor Ha and Frank were exceptional and very accommodating while I explained my money pit of a mouth and all of my dental woes, and the girls are reception were very kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

They refused to do a basic cleaning after I told them i would get the deep cleaning done somewhere else if I needed work I would go to my regular dentist. This place is just trying to pressure you into deep cleaning and rip you off shady business

I am a chicken when it comes to dental work and due to various issues with my mouth, it can take longer to do simple procedures. The staff in this office is Amazing! Very kind and patient, even with a difficult client like me.

I wish I could give a NO star review! My mother was seen at this office yesterday, she is on chemotherapy and was treated horribly by the dental assistant and dentist. Absolutely disgusting for a medical professional to treat patients the way she was treated. Rude and completely unprofessional!

This dental office has really rude receptionist. So unprofessional for this dental office. I been waiting for my son s ortho appointment for 7 months that they were supposed to schedule, and when i call to see whats going on they say they will call to schedule with attitudes. Well its been 7 months and nothing. Horrible service I highly. Dont recommend this dental office. Plus the dental hygienist gets really mad when you refuse dental work she says you need when in fact the doctor told you, you were ok. This dental office just wants to make money from you.

Havent been to the dentist in 9 years, finally scheduled an appt here because my wife had a good experience. My appointment was at 9:00 am, so I showed up at 8:40, filled out my paperwork and waited until 9:30. I asked what was going on and was told they were short-staffed. So, I decided to leave without seeing anyone. Coming out from Shafter wasted 2 hours of my day and I didnt see a dentist anyway. Being short-staffed happens, but maybe you should ask your patients to reschedule or at least warn your patients that there will be a long wait.

Work on my teeth was good but price was expensive make matters worse charged me 200 over after i paid my bill of, they said they fixed my autopayment plan forcing me to cancel my credit card. Horrible customer service

Every appt I have, it seems that I have to wait over an hour! I cant wait for my son to finish with his braces plan, they are good on what they doing they need to bring at least one more Dr to help out on both sides

Filling fell out after 2 days. They said it’s probably due to “further degradation”. Give me a break. Then they change a 330 appointment via email at last minute to 3pm but DONT CALL to tell you. And guess what they say - sorry you’re late. Awful receptionist. So unfriendly.

I brought my fiancé here today to have his wisdom teeth extracted. I want to start by saying his appointment was for 10 am, he didnt get called from the waiting room until over an hour after his appointment time. Where he waited another hour in the back. While waiting a dental assistant came out and said the dr. recommends he get all four wisdom teeth out (we had originally been told they would only remove 2). After discussing only going through this once we decided removing all 4 at once would be easier as to avoid recovery twice. While sitting waiting for the procedure to start, I received a text from my fiancé (the patient) that the patient rooms were infested with ants. I was so confused and couldnt believe that this was a possibility in a healthcare environment, I assumed he was hallucinating from the sedation. Until he sent me a video of an ant crawling all over the equipment that goes in patients mouths. Finally once he was waking up we went in and were told he only had two teeth removed, (apparently dr. Changed her mind) but the dental assistant wasnt sure. Another dental assistant came in and told us he had all four removed. Come to find out he only had two removed but there is a serious problem with communication in this office. One dental assistant we had was a super nice man. However the rest of the staff didnt not give the impression they are fully aware of what is going on. For the amount of money spent I think this absolutely unacceptable.

Horrible! Plus it has a funky smell in the whole office and made me feel sick to my stomach. Rude assistants, Dr wont rx pain pills for some one having to wait days for a root canal and the office has to send you out to even get one. Awful I will not be coming back, almost as bad as the office on rosedale and Calloway (rosedale family dentistry). Very disappointed
