We waited three hours to be told they made an error with scheduling and after taking X-rays would have to schedule an appointment several weeks out to have my six year olds cavities filled. The doctor did not explain what was needed at all or what tooth specifically needed to be filled or is causing the pain. They were incredibly rude and sighed heavily when I asked questions about my child’s teeth and exam. I will never go back. Save yourself the time and headache and DON’T COME HERE. I’m also pretty sure there shouldn’t be vials of epinephrine near the sinks just lying around.

My 2 year old son had a dental emergency and we were referred here by our general dentist who could not treat him. We just showed up without an appointment and was squeezed in right away. Everyone was so nice and friendly. The X-ray tech was very friendly and calming towards my son and we finally got a image taken after many tries at the first office. Everyone here was so kind and reassuring to him he instantly relaxed and let them do everything they needed to do. After our visit I changed all my children over to this office and me and my husband are going next door to their adult office. I appreciate what your office is doing for our kids. Thank you so much for taking care of my baby!!!!

Super fast, easy appointment process online at their website!I was able to make an appointment around my work schedule and right away. My appointment was a fast check in and wait time as well. Everyone in the office was professional and helpful starting with the Receptionist, Dental Assistant, X-Ray Tech, Dentist, and Benefits Coordinator.I recently changed dentists due to health insurance. Since COVID-19, I was very scared to approach going to the dentist again but I knew I couldnt avoid it anymore. Im actually looking forward to going back for my long term treatment!

Took my father there for root canal waited 3 months for this appointment. The lady at front desk says she was reading in chart that he needed approval from cardiologist to have procedure done but its too late to do today. Too late now why couldnt they have said something prior. They had 3 months to tell us and decided to say it day of appt when it is impossible to get. Very poor business practice, very poor customer service. 88 years old he couldnt have been their first patient in this situation. Ridiculous

I can’t imagine anyone giving this business anything less than 5 stars. It was the best experience I’ve had at a any dentist...ever. I’ve had some pretty bad dental experiences in my life. I’m quite literally terrified of dentists. I had a dental emergency yesterday. I’d been in intolerable pain for several days and my daughter called the Dentists of Bakersfield as she goes here and loves them. They were kind, understanding and most of all non judgmental or dismissive. They ensured I felt comfortable and did everything they could to end my misery. I was even able to see the oral surgeon the same day (whom was incredible and very caring).I will never ever go to any other dentist. Even if I move lol. I don’t care. I finally found a great place.Thank you so much for everything y’all.AG

Amazing staff and Doctors! I had wisdom teeth removed today and they were all so welcoming and explained each step of the procedure before they started. I was extremely nervous, but they made me feel at complete ease before they put me under.

I loved the care I received. I was called by name and made to feel very comfortable. I did not experience any pain during or after my procedure. I liked using nitrous gas for comfort. Everyone treated me and my mom fairly. I got to pick a toy out of the toy chest after my treatment and was allowed to decorate a Christmas tree before my treatment which I enjoyed. Thanks Kara! Beware of lack of information and false quotes. Ask lots and lots of questions before wasting your time with them. I made an appointment after making many phone calls to different oral surgeons. This one seemed to have good reviews and gave all the right information over the phone. When I called to check on the documents that I was supposed to receive via email; I found out the oral surgeon was not going to be in the day my father was scheduled. So, I rescheduled for another date. I asked if they wanted me to send them the referral from our dentist. They said no just bring it with us to the appointment. They ask if we had recently taken x-rays and I explained that he had, and they can send them if them need them as well. Upon going into the appointment, the entire story changed. We now had to pay for them to do their own consultation (which was $295 but they discounted it to $95), do their own x-ray’s (they do not except outside x-rays - the secretary said that oral surgeons are picky) and they said the referral was written incorrectly. This was not the first time my father has gone through this procedure, so we are very versed in this process. This company is clearly unexperienced, and they are very much armatures! My father explained to them that we could make a quick phone call and get everything written however they needed it to be written and sent right over. The doctor refused and said no everything must be handwritten. My dad asked if our dentist could hand write it and scan it over or fax the referral, he said no it had to be handwritten and brought in. So, in my opinion this doctor is not accustomed to modern technology and is determined to live in the stone ages. We left and my father was very upset, we will never again try someone new that seems to be a reputable company.

I was experiencing horrible pain in a previously damaged tooth for three days. Due to a holiday I was having a hard time finding a dentist. I am so thankful I called and was able to get a same day appointment. The team made sure I was as comfortable as possible before the procedure I had. The office is nice and the staff are understanding and gentle.

Quality work, great staff and clean environment. You definitely get what you pay for with them! 👍

Amazing Office! Everything is brand new, clean, and so efficient! The staff really care about their patients. Ive been afraid of the dentist years but these guys are slowly making me comfortable. I highly recommend!

They are slow. I never get into the back on time, when my appointment is. I went in for a root canal and the specialist, on 3 separate occasions, turned me away even though I told him I was still in pain. He told me just to be patient. I am paying over $500 for a crown they’ve never put on. Terrible dentist. Go somewhere else, seriously.

Amazing doctors and great staff they put my 10 yr son and I at ease for my sons oral surgery he had ! I would recommend this place to everyone I know and anyone who is nervous about going to the dentist !
