When it came time to pick my lenses and frames, the associate Angela was amazing. She made sure i had all the information needed to make my decisions. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

I just want to say thank you to all the girls in the office on 05/27/2021! I went in so sad because I was having a hard time at two other offices and let me tell you the girls at the Ming location are AMAZING!!!! I left with a pair of glasses and a pair of sunglasses! I want them all to know that I appreciate them all!

I have gone back twice to get my contacts. Both times I tried to tell the doctor it’s not working and I still can’t see. I’m very disappointed and now I have chosen to spend more money at another doctor to get my contacts. This was the worst experience I ever had.

Went in for some adjustments after my glasses got bent. Angela was patient, took her time and got them adjusted better than new! Thanks!

I am super impressed with this establishment. I have normally bought my glasses from a smaller independent practice and to my surprise got way better service here at Lens Crafters! The associates treated me with great hospitality from the moment I walked in the door. I couldn’t believe all of the choices I had and got my glasses the very next day! So I went to this lens crafter to do an eye appointment and purchase lenses and let me tell you they have the best customer service hands down! As soon as you walk in you are treated and either helped or sat down right away . They were so helpful on my whole process and I I left very satisfied. So I purchased my lenses and they had them 2 days later ! But then on MY part they were a little too strong and they rescheduled me the very next day for a eye exam and gave me my new lenses which I received literally the next day ! Help new customers by explaining the process of what you are testing, not in regards of the basic eye exam. I have never been to a Lens Crafters before, so the multiple exams were new to me. I was unsure of what to do until I kept asking what I was required to do for each test.The employees overall friendly, curteous and knowledgeable.

What a great experience! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I walked right in, found a pair of clubmasters on sale, and got my completed pair of glasses in less than an hour. Alexis and Amalia (sorry if I misspelled your name but your sherpa jacket you had on was cool btw!) were amazing! 10/10 recommend coming here as everyone is the salt of the earth!

Last year I went to Stanton Optical 4 year now Ive been wearing glasses and were not proper they were way too strong and you guys fix them I got the right prescription now and I love my Prada glasses!

Couple hours ago by accident I got few drops of strong penetrating oil in my one eye.Flushed eye for 15+ minutes per aerosol can instructions. Then said to see doctor. Lenscrafters Ming Avenue fit me into their schedule, gave me full eye exam and the price was very reasonable. Heading home now and back to work using just a little more caution. Thanks to all of you I have a bit more peace of mind. The 15 minutes eye flush was important.

I am in disbelief by the way they treat their costumers they are rude and liars. Over the phone they had told me that my insurance would cover my contacts and then after i went in and did the exam they said that it wasnt covered, i am so frustrated with them.

Ive never needed glasses before so I wasnt sure what to expect with the process of buying eyewear. The staff and doctor were friendly and answered all of my questions. Stephanie and Jenn were incredibly helpful and helped me select frames. Im usually indecisive but they helped me shop around for about 45 min and were so patient with me! Stephanie even brought me several options to try on and gave me her opinion on how each one looked on me. Im so pleased with my visit. I honestly feel that the staff had my best interest in mind and tried their best to make my experience an enjoyable one.

Irrelevant. This company is so overpriced, the employees are basically sitting on their thumbs doing nothing. The Eyemart center down the street is half the price and happy to provide the service we need, though I had to sign in because they were really busy....I went to Lenscrafters first, then I got my lenses in an hour for half the price right down the street.

Today I received my first pair of glasses. I was very pleased with the friendly staff and Doctor. I highly recommend Lenscrafters.

HORRIBLE service! These people checked over my paperwork to verify that my insurance would pay for my contact and glasses exam. After having the clear and ALREADY being seen by the doctor THEN they turn around and say Oh...sorry... there was a mistake... your not covered here by your insurance. I ended up having to pay out of pocket around $219 dollars!!! I was soooo pissed! And that doesnt even include my husbands cost! Oh then.... after I was TOLD I have my prescriptions... come to find out you HAVE to come back to have your eyes checked so they can finalize everything... of course I get sick during the fall... and end up coming back a little later... NOPE they want another $50! I still have not been able to get my contacts or sunglasses! Im taking my business where this place is such a RIP OFF!!!

System down, we already charged you, but did not print - need to charge you again and then return the money later or cancel the purchase. After an hour - who wants to start again somewhere else? The store manager (a blonde woman of 40 years old) did not want to help my boyfriend and I, because we came in about 10 mins to close. (But just needed the frame fixed)Then we asked for assitance she was very rude in both manner of speaking and glaring at us. I then tried to apologize for the inconvience and she flat out IGNORED me whilst staring at the computer even though I was right in front her. It was belittling , childish and uncalled for .

Overpriced! Discounts are a joke because they pack on the extras. They take longer than the 1 hour promised to make the lenses. What they dont tell you is that you have to wait an hour to get helped. The sticker shock is real.
