The best dental office I’ve ever been to. Staff is extremely kind and professional. Doctors and hygienist are super thorough and thoughtful. Wonderful experience, I can’t say that enough.

I called this morning as a first time patient to get an appointment and they were able to see me within the hour. I have to say that I have never ever received the level of care from either a doctor or a dentist’s office that I had with Dr. Greene and Candice today. Even though they were very busy, they were not rushing and they made sure that I was as comfortable as possible the entire time. I will continue to come back to this office even if it means driving a long way.

Every time I went there they tried to push unnecessary services on me like they’re selling me a used car. Refused to even do a basic cleaning because “it was a liability” for them unless I got the $1000 laser cleaning, unbelievable. Don’t go here unless you like dental offices that operate like car dealerships.

They were able to get me within a couple hours from when I called. The staff who treated me friendly and answered all my questions. Lastly the dentist does a good job at giving the shot so that you barely feel it.

I am impressed with the quality of the care they give, the courteous staff and the advanced equipment used. I feel this gives an advantage over all other dentists I have ever seen I the past. In the past I have had problems with a small filling staying in. Every time it fell out a bigger hole had to be drilled. When I came to Gateway dental, right away the x-ray showed this tooth as a problem. This tooth looked like a bag of rocks stacked and holes in between not sealed. Gateway Dental cleaned it out, created a crown that day in the office and I was finished in under 2 hours. There was no temporary cap for me to come back.. I walked out complete. They make everything you need right there. Their expertise is outstanding and I trust them. I will never go anywhere else.

I was in absolute pain and could not get into any dentist office I called gateway dental and although they said that they were booked they still find a way to slide me in and I must say that I was very very pleased with the service from the staff and from doctor lillian wang.who was very professional kind and courteous and did a great job with dealing with my root canal I could not have asked for more than what I had received I definitely would refer this dental office to everyone one that I come across

Had a wonderful experience! I can have anxiety when going to a new dentist office. The Gateway Dental Group were so friendly and put me at ease right away. Their actually the only office that I’ve ever gone to that the dentist took me back first before I even got my xrays done so that she could introduce herself. The office was clean, and I was in and out in an hour for my X-rays, cleaning and everything. Super efficient! Will definitely be coming back.

Me and my kids have been coming here for over 10 years. Dr Reid and his team are great! Everyone is friendly and patient, which is important with kids. Rather you are looking for a dentist or hygienist for yourself or for your whole family, this is definitely the place.

I have always been a coward when going to the dentist. I have even seen signs that say “we cater to cowards” but nothing was done for me. I came here and I loved how I was received and the treatment I was given. They treat you like family. I told them about my fears and they took care of it. I love them can wait for my next clean. She walked me through everything with care & concern, made sure I could afford all of the necessary treatment I needed on an emergency basis and put my mind at ease from the get go. Dr. Reid and Candace took away all of my fears of dentists - Candace was BEYOND friendly, respectful and just a joy! Dr. Reid made sure there was NEVER pain experienced at any time. Dr. Melde and Julee took care of my difficult root canal and made the experience SO MUCH easier than expected - pure professionalism. Thank you Dr. Melde for being a perfectionist. Jocelyn was sweet as can be - I just LOVE Gateway Dental!

I was thankful to get an appointment the next day but disappointed in the efforts to help me understand what was happening. I went in for a cracked filling and was told I would need an onlay which was going to be very expensive and i wasn’t able to pay over 700 dollars the same day. I wasn’t given a payment plan option and neither was my husband when he went in and his was over 1000 dollars. I asked them to just do the filling in that tooth but the tooth that was causing all the pain , the tooth that I went in there for was never touched. They ended up doing a filling behind the tooth that was bothering me. I called to tell them they did the wrong tooth after trying to eat on that side and finding out my pain was still there and all the girl had to say was “ well that’s the tooth you signed off on” as if someone who doesn’t work in dentistry would know what number tooth it was . Let me just say I would have never signed the pad that you can’t even see your signature on if I had known they were planning on doing the wrong tooth. I was not given the option of a crown when I went for the exam but when I asked the girl why they couldn’t have just filled it she said an onlay was the only option or a crown which she stated was more expensive- it was not more expensive I was able to go somewhere else and get 2 crowns done for less than the price of 1 onlay ! Everyone was friendly there and I was able to get an appointment the next day but I wouldn’t recommend this place for the sole purpose of what happened. I appreciate the time the dentist took out of his day to see me for a quick filling which would have needed to be replaced EVENTUALLY but I am still very upset that the only option I was given was something unaffordable when there was another option available. If you do decide to visit this place don’t make the same mistake as me and not ask more questions.

Great experience! I had broken my tooth at lunch and was in great pain. I needed to see a dentist immediately! I actually went to my dentist first, but was told she couldnt see me till Monday! Ridiculous! My husband found Gateway Dental Group through a Google search and boy am I happy he did. I visited the office as a walk-in patient and cannot speak highly enough of my experience. The staff was amazing. They got me in quickly to see the dentist because they knew I was in pain. Dr. Reid thoroughly explained all my options and I didnt feel pressured at all. I eneded up deciding that a bridge would be the best option for my situation. Dr. Reid was great, I didnt even feel the novocain shots! I would recommend Gateway Dental Group to anyone looking for a great dental experience.

My experience here has been nothing but great. Every one is so nice and attentive to your dental needs at Gateway Dental. The Dentist is very easy to talk with, and doesnt make you feel bad, or awkward about what you have going on in your mouth. The staff is so nice and they do a wonderful job at explaining things thoroughly. I just got all 4 of my wisdom teeth surgically removed yesterday. I was very nervous but it all went so smooth and so quickly that I really had nothing to worry about. I recommend this dental office to all my friends and family. They have been good to me. My boyfriend will be calling them soon for his dental needs.

Extremely pleased with my experience I have a major phobia of going to the dentist I always have to force myself to go. The staff is so friendly warm and welcoming theyre quick and efficient. All the staff knows what theyre doing the dental hygienist is gentle but fast. I would never hesitate to go tongue location they changed my entire view of dentist work. Highly recommend this office!!!

I called Gateway Dental On May 23 to make an appt. to get my inlay fixed that broke the previous day. The soonest time they had was May 28th at 9am. Went there,got x-rays,talked to one of the dentists,went over my insurance,and was then told I would have to reschedule due to they overbooked the amount of people they put on the schedule and because I had to leave for work at 11 the dentist would not have time to get this done. So now I have to make another appt. with my busy work schedule and wont get this done for another week or two. This was very poor planning by management and scheduling,so I am done being a patient here. Stay away from this place.

I have been going to this same dentist over 8yrs and have had a great experience getting my teeth fixed. There very attentive and pay close attention to detail, also been helpful in making it financially possible. Thanks Again!🙌

My experience with Gateway Dental has been great. I have been coming to this office since 2013. I have had all of my hygiene done here, invisalign and teeth whitening..ect I have enjoyed my visits and the staff so much I have referred my sister and my fiancé. They are both now patients and have nothing but good things to say about the place. They’re very accommodating to my schedule and I love that you can get everything you need done in the same office. Thank you Dr Reid and staff for always taking good care of us!

Went in for a cleaning and regular exam. When I told them I didn’t want another “upgraded” cleaning, the Benefits coordinator grabbed my bag off the wall and said okay so I see we are done here follow me to the front. Didn’t even do my cleaning. Not going back. They’re just sales people. Extremely rude.

Dr. Reid and his deep cleaning hygienist did an amazing job on my teeth. I just went in for a regular cleaning however it turned out that I actually needed a deep cleaning, and inlay put on one of my teeth and a small cavity filled.I could tell by their technology that I definitely needed the deep clean! They have these amazing cameras that take actual up close pictures of your teeth! Kind of amazing but kind of scary to have seen what my wisdom teeth that I have needed to removed for some time. I will definitely go with them after I have my treatment paid off that I received yesterday.Speaking of payments the finance lady was extremely professional and kind. I put a good amount down and was able to receive the treatment that I needed!Amazing from walking through the door to the second I left!Oh and did I mention they also have an onsite oral dr that can do anything! They print your tooth right off the computer!

Great job dr. Hamataj was great reccomend coming here had wisdom and Moller extraction pulled out with bone fragment cor better recovery...

My dad was going to put my dental work on his care credit credit card and he needed to be there to sign, however he couldn’t make my schedule appointment to sign the papers work so I had to call to reschedule the appointment and they wanted to charge me a cancellation fee (that I was never told about) I wasn’t wanting to cancel just wanting to reschedule. The lady I talked to was so freaking rude about it and wanted a deposit to reschedule the appointment. Also they suggested I get my wisdom teeth out on the top and bottom (4 teeth total) When I asked why they said for cleaning purposes. My wisdom teeth are not compacted in and they do not give me any uses or pain. I talked to someone else there about it and they finally told me I didn’t have to get them removed. This place is a scam and will say you need more work then what you honestly need. I will be contacting my insurance to asign me somewhere else. As a side note when someone comes into a business no matter what the business is they are looking for help, not to be ripped off or for rude attitudes!

I went to this clinic because it was at a convenient distance from my home. The clinic was very nicely set up and the staff was very helpful. They helped me in understanding the payment procedure. The dentist was qualified and he relieved my toothache. I will keep coming back to him for my dental problems.

Service good. Office clean. Parking hard to find. Seeing is not always believing... if you can get a second opinion on dental services.

My husband had the worst experience. The dentist refused to answer questions about his teeth. Kept avoiding questions. My husband had a tooth extraction over a week ago and is in worse pain now then before the extraction. He went back to see why hes still enduring so much pain. The dentist tried selling him on a root canal on another tooth and when my husband said to just extract it, the dr. Said oh you can just get a filling!!. What tooth goes from needing a root canal to a filling? Anyways my husband asked for more pain meds and was met with an office lady telling him to go buy ibuprofen. She was rude and condescending. He asked to speak with the dr. The dr came to the waiting room in front of all the other patients and basically called my husband a drug addict. My husband has been taking insane amounts of ibuprofen and its making him sick because the dentist just wont give him a rx to get him by. My husband never complains and is easy going. I have never saw him so upset over an experience before. Never again will he be going here. Horrible!!

Had an appointment that was scheduled 6 months ago - they lost the appointment and the woman at the desk couldnt have cared less. No apology, no lets reschedule - nothing. Just said this has happened to other folks, in fact it happened to another patient the same day as mine. It was oh-well, all the doctors and hygientists are at a conference.

I visited this dental office about 3 years ago. A dentist examined my teeth and told me I needed around $3000 of work. I wasnt convinced all the work was necessary, so I decided to seek a second opinion. I did not want to pay for x-rays again so I asked this office to send me the original x-rays. I asked, I waited, I asked again, I waited longer. Unfortunately, the x-rays were never sent. I ended up moving away from the area and found a new dentist. After an examination from my new dentist I expected the same bad news, $3k of work....but to my surprise, he said that everything was fine. No work needed to be done. I dont remember the dishonest dentists name from Gateway, but I do remember that he had a BYU diploma on the wall. I am new to writing reviews on google or else I would have written this review sooner. It still burns me up inside how dishonest doctors can be, preying on the ignorant. Buyer beware.
