I had my second appointment here this week. My first appointment back in October was just for a cleaning. I knew then that I would be very pleased with this dental office. Everyone from that first visit was amazing. I cant remember which hygienist I saw, but she was great! Dr. Deidra saw me that day, and she was equally awesome. This week I had a 2 hour visit for a couple of procedures. I saw Dr. James and Samantha. Dr. James explained everything he would be doing and the different noises I might here, etc. He was always asking how I was doing throughout the procedures, assuring I was okay. Samantha applied lip balm to my dry lips periodically, and took care of me as well. They both eased my nerves. This place, from office staff to docs, is top notch! Im extremely pleased with this business!

Truly a gem of a place. Theyve been around for a while, but somehow my family (whos been here since 1997) has only recently discovered McLane Family Dental. My seven year old needed some cavities filled and some sealant work. Hes perhaps in the minority, as he LOVES going to the dentist. We were looking for a new dentist because our previous dentist retired. So weve been to a few other places before we found McLane. What stood out to me immediately is the patience and friendliness EVERYONE showed towards my seven year old and how engaged everyone was with him. Instead of talking past him with the other adults in the room, they talked directly to him! Dr. Deidra McLane treated my seven year old and she explained what she was doing through the whole process. I am so grateful we found McLane. I love that the whole family can be treated in one place!

Its like dealing with a family business because it is a family business. The people are awesome - very friendly and helpful about everything. Incredible attention to detail with respect to COIVD, keeping their staff and patients safe.Dr. James and Dr. Diedre are down to earth, super knowledgeable and super friendly. For my regular visits I see Cassondra and she is the best.

I had some dental services performed here in January 2020, pre-covid pandemic. My insurance company ended up denying reimbursement to McLane Family Dental, despite their best efforts, leaving me with a balance. Even during these unpredictable times, McLane Family Dental did an amazing thing and forgave my balance., explaining to me that my insurances lack of payment was not my fault. I have always received great care here and they cont to impress me with their kindness and professional behavior. I 100% recommend McLane Family dental, and plan to return to them for my future dental work.

Wonderful! The entire staff and both Dr. Diedra and Dr. James are superb. I was most impressed and appreciative of their spending the time to really listen to my concerns and answering all questions as well as suggesting options that were truly logical...met my pocketbook needs. ..but most importantly were in MY best interest. ..not theirs.

Consistently amazed at how well-run this practice is. Out of consideration for their clients, they actually manage appointments on a realistic schedule so you dont have to sit and wait for ages. I have complete confidence in their knowledge and skill. They show much patience explaining everything. They have excellent chair-side manner, making you feel comfortable and as at-ease as possible. Even the front desk are friendly and buttoned-up. Never a problem with billing either! My wife and my mother also see the Drs here now, and they are as thrilled as I am with this find.

Absolutely awesome folks; very kind and patient. Attentive to needs and very accommodating. They work with you to fit your comfort levels. I greatly appreciated this environment because of that.

My new favorite place to go (I know, crazy right?) Because the staff is so friendly and the doctors are even nicer. They have tvs so you can watch while getting worked on. Its not easy to get a new patient appt because they are always booked! But worth the wait. Cant wait to back in July!

I personally did not have a good experience here. Everyone was very friendly and professional, but I was constantly being sold expensive dental work. I got a second opinion and consistent with my previous dentist (prior to mclane) I didnt need any of the work they were insisting I have done. I was told they would not be able to serve me as a client if I didnt have all the recommended work done. In addition the work mclane quoted me was DOUBLE the price of other dentists. I didnt think any of this was right.

Everyone was very friendly and thorough and they spend time putting patients at ease with each procedure. It was refreshing to meet a dentist who didnt try to upsell InvisAlign which has happened to me at the prior three practices Ive visited. Highly recommended.
