Ive had nothing but a positive experience at Forest Family. The crew at the Anderson Lane location are all extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I received a reply about an insurance question within an hour (from Addie). Its always been easy to make an appointment. Everything moves quickly and efficiently. My doc, Dr. Hemlick, is amazing and has a great sense of humor about my particular needs. I am someone who is pretty nervous walking into the dentist, but I know Im in good hands here! Thanks, yall!

Dr. Disla is truly the best! Patient, answers all your questions thoroughly, knowledgeable, very friendly and upbeat but always a calming presence. The staff here are phenomenal - they always communicate upfront about what they are about to do and ensure you are comfortable and at ease. I’m a nervous patient, and I’d never go anywhere else.

Everything was clean and nice. The person who led me in to the chair and set me up was nice and courteous. The dental hygienist, Marcie, was very nice and professional. I’m no tooth doctor but her cleaning on me felt very thorough. She even took a bit of time to answer my questions and was very complimentary about my teeth. It definitely made my day. The receptionist was also very nice. Been coming here for years and it’s always a great experience.

I came in for emergency assistance 8 days post oral surgery. This whole office of people are absolutely Fantastic! Everyone is warm and welcoming, they are knowledgeable and went out of their way to help me. I will most definitely be a returning patient.

I had previously been to a corporate dentistry chain and was told that I needed both a root canal and braces. They tried so hard to sell these things to me that I decided to go elsewhere. Best dental care Ive ever received! Service is phenomenal. Everyone from the front desk, hygienists, to the doctors are all incredibly nice. You can watch Netflix on the ceiling while you have people prodding the inside of your mouth. Would recommend 👍🏻

Had a great first experience! Everyone was so nice and helpful! I needed to charge my work computer while I was in the office and the front desk let me keep it behind their desk while I was being seen. Dr. Garcia was super nice and thorough. She answered any and all questions, even about simple things I had questions about. So glad I found a dentistry that I feel like one of the family members and not “just another mouth.”

I saw Dr. Jesse McKinney today on a emergency visit because my dental office was unavailable to help me or fit me in. Dr. McKinney was very professional, has great bedside manners and awesome! He answered all my questions, addressed my chief complaint and removed my permanent retainer I had for 18 years that popped loose. He has gained himself a new patient and I will be returning to see Dr. McKinney in September for my teeth cleaning.Keep up the great work!

My family and I have been going to Forest Family Dentistry since 2013. The staff there is welcoming, compassionate, and attentive to our needs. We completely know that as long as we have FFD our teeth are gonna be good to go. Huge shout out to Juliet, and Dr. Bethel during my time with the Invisalign treatment.

A dentist that I knew as a neighbor in my condominium community discovered that the dental treatment plan that I had received as a disabled patient offered to help me out as long as I could get myself to Austin. I made multiple trips and she repaired more than we both expected. She didn’t charge me for her part of the bill. It may have seemed like a little thing to be concerned about but I never thought I would be in this position in my life. Having my dental work completed improved the way I felt about myself. If she didn’t know before, she surely knew when I saw the finished work how important it is to have the work done because I quietly cried.

Since moving to Austin in 2016, I’ve gone to FFD. I’ve had nothing but an awesome experience each time. Friendly, prompt, and flexible—they have always been able to accommodate my needs. I like that they have later appointment times and Saturday appointments available too. Not everyone works a typical M-F, 9-5 so that was important to me.I’ve had a removable retainer break (one that I had moved here with) and they fixed that for me at a reasonable rate and within a quick turn around. I’ve had my permanent retainer repaired by them twice. And my cleanings are thorough, painless, and timely. Any fillings have been efficient and painless (I usually need to be pretty numbed and they’re great at adjusting to make you feel comfortable)I call the Anderson location my main location, but I’ve also visited the Round Rock location too. All in all, I’ve had nothing but great service at Forest Family Dentistry!

I love this office. Everyone is so kind. The appointments are so efficient and they have done a great job keeping staff and clients safe during COVID. The only draw back is that it is so hard to change appointments if you need to reschedule because they are so booked!

Everyone was very kind and patient, it has been about 8-9 years since I went to the dentist, and when I went it was like I had always gone there! A big anxiety for me was being shamed for waiting so long, but they were all just happy I was there! The cleaning was quick and painless and the doctor is so so kind, I definitely will be going again and again for many years to come!

Staff at this location was incredibly nice and patient. The facilities were very modern and clean. Dr. Hartman was super friendly and I really appreciated that she took time to explain and educate me about all the procedures and my treatment plan. I think their Covid safety guidelines were spot on and I felt safe at all times. I’ve been a patient with Forest Family Dentistry for about seven years now, and I always enjoy my experience there! A lot of my fellow dental patients are children, and I can see why they would find the place to be welcoming and reassuring. I love all the forest animal themed dental exam rooms, and overall, the place just gives off a really friendly vibe. Getting exams or work performed by their highly competent dentists or technicians with their sci-fi-like, state of the art equipment, makes me feel like I’m going for a dental visit on Deep Space Nine or something. Those handheld, low radiation x-ray guns are really impressive! As are the television screens on the ceilings over each exam chair where you may watch your favorite TV program while your teeth are being worked on. They also use these screens to show you photos and/or x-rays of your teeth as their condition is explained. A discount dental program is available through Forest Family Dentistry. I highly recommend this practice, and especially for child patients.

I always have the best experience with Dr. Disla and everyone else at the Anderson location. Highly recommended.

TLDR; If youre on the fence trying to choose a new dental office -- this is a sign, pick this place. EVERYONE IS FRIENDLY & AWESOME.------Yall, I didnt go in there with pearly whites. It had been 4yrs since Id gone to the dentist. Im also overweight, and havent had a positive experience in the medical industry in a very long time, so the emotional toll a visit could take was something I was dreading.Dr. Ryan & his assistant (who I am kicking myself for not remembering her name -- guys, she is so nice) never once made me feel unwanted, guilty, uncomfortable, ashamed, or pressured into anything. It was such a relief to go in there and have my concerns addressed in not just a professional manner, but a friendly and welcoming one.I have a snaggle tooth, and all Dr. Ryan asked was Does it bother you? I told him that it didnt, and that was that. No pushing for cosmetic surgery, or questioning my response.No one balked or tried to force me to take the local anesthetic for my procedure (I have a severe phobia of needles). They trusted that I knew more about myself than they did.SO REFRESHING. I love this place.

Ive had different dentists but none ever really had the precision and attention to detail that Forest provides. Ive had several traumatic experiences that just made me avoid the dentist. Besides their state of the art equipment and technology, the dentists here have a manner and tone of voice that puts you at ease. I just had 2 fillings done and barely felt a thing. They were so quick and gentle, that by the time I was asking when they were going to finish the second filling, they told me they had finished both fillings already.

I love this dentist’s office. I’ve had a mouthful of dental work for most of my life, and used to cringe at the idea of keeping my chompers in perfect working order. But this office is full of wonderful, competent, and caring staff that work to ensure you’re as comfortable as possible during uncomfortable treatments. I’ve got clean beautiful teeth and great breath (soooo important) and I owe it all to this team!

I could talk about the absolute top notch professionalism, kindness, environment and use of some very impressive dental technology. Or how Doc Bethell and his assistant worked in a very effective and timely manner. But what I was mostly impressed with was his knowledge. For 30 years none of my dentists were able to pinpoint certain issues with the wear on my teeth. Bethell was able to diagnose the issue on about 3 minutes. Where have you been all of my life, Doc?? I can definitely see why this place is rated 5 stars!! Relaxing atmosphere, updated technology (they 3D scan your teeth!!) really kind and likeable employees, and everyone who works there is good-looking. But that’s just a bonus. The YouTube on the ceiling helped distract and relax me from my cleaning. There are no bright fluorescent lights on the ceiling. Oldies playing gently in the background. This is the only dentistry I’ve been to that has me excited to go back! I totally recommend them.

Love this office. The previous Dentist I had it was so professional , her warmth and kindness really put me at ease. Unfortunately she left the practice to start her own. Was seen by Dr. Wait, same experience: her kindness and warmth immediately put me at ease when she walked in the room. Her laid-back but professional demeanor. You can tell they really care about the patients that walk through the door.Have a procedure coming up not looking forward to, the team including the Doctor made me feel at ease about coming back and having it done, which means a lot being a big chicken when it comes to having dental work done.Love the ambience in the office.
