Dr had horrible bedside manner. Did not listen and was rude. Inferior care, misdiagnosed! More like a low class urgent care than an ER. They should shut these places down. It’s definitely not up to par with an emergency room. If you care about you health and safety go to a hospital ER.

Had my son there and he was totally misdiagnosed. Dr was very condescending. At one point told them I was going to take him to a hospital emergency room and response was “well you can do that but just so you know you will be charged here anyway”. Was sent away with magic mouthwash and lidocaine patch. Ended up at Children’s all night before they could get his muscle spasms under control. He was in severe pain! He was having a serious reaction to some medication he was given the night before. Dr. Rachelle Klammer is the worst!

$485 to check my baby boy’s temperature.$400 for a negative strep throat test for myself.$1,685 for the “use of their facilities”.In sum: I got hit with a bill of over $2,000 for a 15 minute visit. No major procedure took place but a single swab under my tongue and a thermometer in my baby’s little behind to check his temperature. This place is ridiculous and their staff is “okay” at best. It’s a ghost town the moment you walk in, so that should tell you something... Avoid it at all costs unless you want to fund the owners’ luxury car payments :)

I have never had a worse experience in my life...the staff was rude, condescending and quite honestly...lazy. I was in there when it was definitely not busy, I went in by myself and felt totally uncared for! While I was bleeding profusely from my nose and trying to keep it in check...they not only were more interested in getting my insurance information than helping my situation. While I was bleeding and spitting out blood they handed me a cell phone to talk to someone about my current information! Nicholas Dutton Swain, MD had no bedside manner and was one of the worst doctors I have ever had to deal with. I will never go there for anything. If there were a negative star review that is what I would post.

Was in the medical center for less than 10 minutes, and they billed me over 2 thousand dollars! There were 0 tests, obviously no overnight stay... this is completely insane. 2 thousand dollars for BEING IN THE ROOM and for the medical staff to do absolutely nothing otherwise. Totally sickening.

This facility is clean and the people are nice but the prices are insane. Brought my son in for 20 minutes with a swollen eye and was billed $2,500. Worse I had to beg for the antibiotic prescription. Advanced Pediatrics nurse line recommended we go here, I would have been better off going to Parker. Never again, please dont go here unless its a life or death situation it worth traveling a few minutes further to a more reasonable hospital. When hospital ERs are cheaper things are bad.

We had an excellent experience at SaddleRock ER last night. My wife had a bad laceration above her eye after slipping on some ice. The ER staff got her in immediately and she was under the care of a nurse and Dr. Richard Saiz within moments. He ultimately put in four or five stitches. We felt attended to and well taken care of the entire time. We were impressed by the facility itself and by the professionalism and care of the staff.

This is the best ER I have ever been to and I have lived all over the country visiting several ERs and hospitals over the years for various kids illnesses and injuries. My husband and daughter were seen a few months ago for an illness and their care was so outstanding I decided to head there this evening when another daughter of mine accidentally cut herself bad enough to need stitches. We didt have to wait at all, in the waiting area or the room. From the minute we walked in to when we left was about 40 minutes, which is phenomenal for an ER! The doctors and staff are excellent and very kind, especially with kids who are scared. Hopefully we wont need to return but should the unfortunate need arise in the future we will go here.

I had to go here twice in one weekend the people are friendly and understanding. They try to tend to the situation and they had a fantastic phlebotomist on staff on the night of the 15th of October 2017

Dont go to Saddle Rock ER!!!!! In total it cost me over $1,300 after theyd told me yes, we take your insurance, there shouldnt be anything but your copay for charges! This is a private facility so they can charge what ever they want. On top of their bill, I got ADDITIONAL bills from each the doctor and ultrasound tech which was about another $50.No room for negotiation when the surprise bills came and the woman I spoke with was incredibly rude when I pleaded my case. Not worth going to a seeminly nice facility inside with seedy billing practices! Next time Ill go to Parker Adventist Hospital and only have a $150 copay and no other charges. And all this $ was only for a torn calf muscle!

People dont seem to realize that the main reason they get such a huge bill is because, even tho emergency rooms take all insurances, it is up to the insurance company as to whether they consider the visit Emergency or not. If not, then they pay out of network fees and the patient is going to be responsible for a larger portion of the bill. Its because people treat ERs like urgent care or clinics when in reality it is for EMERGENCIES. Hence the name Emergency Room.

I fell and injured my knee, so I drove to the nearest er which was Saddle Rock. I pulled in front and called to ask them to come get me and the first thing they said was, as Im crying from pain, well were gunna need you to move your car. Then when I offer to move it they say no and just stand there seeming more concerned about what to do with my car than with the crying patient in the car. Then when they get me inside the first thing they do is try to straighten my leg, but I am still in a lot of pain and cannot straighten it. They give me a shot of morphine, which does absolutely nothing for the pain, and then tell me I need to straighten it for an x-ray right after the shot, before its even begun to kick in. They continue to pull at my leg and move it while I am telling them to stop because I am in unbearable pain and straightening it is making it worse. Once they straighten my leg enough to their liking, as I am still crying out in pain, they get their X-rays and determine its not broken. The doctor says she believes that is might be a meniscal flap, which is why I cant straighten it, and then continues to try and straighten my leg to put it into a straight knee brace. She thinks she knows why I cant straighten it and she continues to try to straighten it! I had them wrap my knee, which they also did poorly, and left immediately. Will not be going back again. Terrible experience and rude staff without any bedside manner.

My gf was being x-rayed before I had even finished her paperwork. They dont mess around here. Emergency situations treated like an actual emergency. My only reason for not 5 stars is I had to explain away two different times why this incident had to be billed to a third party (She had an accident at a place of business where they were taking responsibility for medical charges) ...so we werent paying anything on the spot....but other than that, everything went wellRachel at front desk was awesome, too.As for the people complaining about cost.Welcome to modern medicine.I had a motorcycle accident three months ago and my medical bills for two broken ribs and some facial damage was $12,700 for just the e.r. visit (not at this place) so when you say you got charged $1300 for examinations for a torn calf muscle, you have to realise, they have to do these tests to determine if its a torn calf or a broken leg.The exams to find torn calf versus broken leg or bone cancer would have been the same. The extra steps for worse things than a torn calf are what makes it even more expensive. But medical school costs $250,000Malpractice insurance can be 6 figures for great doctors and 7 figures for bad ones.An e.r. visit isnt $20Its $20 copay if you have great insurance. If youve got just good insurance, its $150 and if youve got no insurance, its full price.I paid $150 for my e.r. visit and $25 for a follow-up in October when I ran up $32,000 worth of bills.Dont get mad when you get a 4 figure bill from this place.Get mad that the entire medical professional is highly expensive...$1300? $2000? You got off lucky.Ive spent over $750,000 in my life on medical expenses.

Outrageous pricing! This is NOT an urgent care facility; it is an emergency room. As such, they will charge you a MINIMUM of $484, just for walking in the door. I had a cut on my finger - and all they did was wash the wound, tell me you dont need stitches, and put a Band-Aid on my finger. The billing department informed me that that is the minimum price for a visit to their facility. To top it off, the doctors arent employees of the affiliate hospital, so I ALSO owe over $100 (AFTER my insurance paid their portion) to the employer of the doctor who administered my Band-Aid.If you can afford a $500+ Band-Aid, then this is the place for you.
