I havent been to this Dentist in about 6 years, I am not sure why I didnt come back. It is a clean office, the staff is really friendly. I was out in a timely matter. The front desk Maricela was helpful and super sweet. I will be back forsure, overall a great experience.

The front of house was clean and appeared to be following COVID precautions very well. Once in the back I was quite shocked at the lack of cleanliness, two hygienists having a conversation with each about personal problems and cursing several times, the minimal “exam” that was provided (literally used an electric toothbrush to brush my son’s teeth- no flossing or any additional care, I can do that at home), the dentist merely peeked at my son’s teeth for less than 30 seconds and said everything looked fine- he did not look at any individual teeth, dentist never introduced self or attempted to build rapport, the dental chair had old grime on it, on and on. It was an overall cold, unwelcoming, uncomfortable environment and the attention/care was not adequate. Lastly, I explained my son had dental care elsewhere but we switched as they were no longer accepting our insurance, the dentist asked me who we had seen previously and I told him- he then began to scoff at the other dentist for not accepting this type of insurance displaying poor professionalism. Best part of the whole visit was that my son got to take home a toothbrush that he enjoyed playing with for the rest of the day.

I have been bringing my kids here for years the dentist always does a great job my daughter had 4 teeth pulled out last week and by the time he got all of them out I thought he had only just pulled one kind of like a magic trick but really great dentist

My son just got all 4 of his wisdom teeth pulled out! DR. Andrus was so kind and professional with my son. I appreciate his knowledge and patience. Thank you for being the best dentist I have ever known. It is nice to feel that small home town feeling in a big city.

My kids always love going to the dentist because of them! Dr. Bob always is thorough with everything he does and explains it to me in detail. I’m so glad my kids have him for their dentist!

Great place for children! Very kid friendly and the staff is amazing. Took my 2 year old for the first time and he loved it. They made him comfortable and explained things to make it easy to understand. I was also able to meet the owner!

The dental hygienist cleans my kids teeth really carefully. What I preferred is they use fluoride form trays to let the teeth soak longer time in fluoride. Not just brush the fluoride. That is great. The reason I only give four stars is the toy are really dirty. If you bring little baby there, dont let baby touch the toys.

Took my two sons in and was told that they were just fine. I have a two year old and a one year old. I know my two year had a cavity at an earlier doctors appointment but after reading a few of these other reviews Im thinking about going somewhere else. I guess this place is good to get a quick peek but dont expect anything serious as apparently all their patients are fine.

My kids are always happy to visit Dr. Bob. The staff is always friendly and Dr. Bob really helps you understand what and how everything is done, why things happen and preventative care.

My daughter had her first appointment today! Im so happy with the teeth cleaning and she loves the dentist now! Excited to bring her back!

I have been bringing my son here for years. He recently had His first loose tooth, which was bothering him quite a bit. We went in for his regular check up & Dr. Bob gave me the option of removing the tooth. I agreed. He numbed my son and took the tooth out within minutes. No crying, no pain. It was perfect!

Worse place ever. I wish I didnt have to give it a star. I toke my son since he was 1 years old and they always told me he had healthy teeth. I would always ask them about concern I had about my sons teeth and they always told me they were healthy so I decided to take my son to another dentist and my surprise is he has 11 cavity with the back needing crown. Its the worse place ever. I know my siblings wont be taking there kids back there. Please dont take your kids there.

We have been going there for years! So great with my kids, friendly, and fast! The dentist is great, knowledgable and he has always gone above and beyond for my kids. They are way worth my 35 min drive over a place thats 5 min from me.

Assistants talk trash about you in Spanish. They also have the gall to talk nice to you in english and switch to “excessive insulting and swearing mode” in Spanish like I can’t understand them. I’d rather scrap my teeth on trees to clean them instead of going here again. Look somewhere else where people treat you with the dignity and respect every human deserves!

They did a awesome job and I recommend my friends and family 2 go here 4 there babies.

This place is horrid! I wouldnt give it one star if I could.The douch bag dentist was more worried talking about his Columbian wifes parents coming into town than talking to me about my childs teeth.He actually told me I should change the way I raise my son and make sure I brush his teeth until he is 12! Wow and lets not forget to mention I had to take my son back TWICE because he put the wrong size cap on my sons tooth.Yeah real professional. Had to wait almost an hour to be seen and the assistants look at you like your dumb because you cant speak Spanish. You can tell they are all ghetto and the tattoos all over their hands is not a good look in that type of setting.they take as many patients as they can because they get paid by medicaid and the work is horrible and you can tell he just wants a check.Kind of sad this location has been open so long.I would never recommend anyone to this place! Dont take your child here!

Horrible place. Hes not a ped dentist, hes general. GOOGLE his NAME, he doesnt have a good track record. He yelled at me all the way to the front office. I find it funny that he does NOT list his name or have his picture on Giggles web site. I would keep my children faaaarrrr away!!! Unless you want them to leave with a mouth full of caps and give money to a dentist who yells at you when you question the services he is doing on YOUR child.

Too bad I have to give a star at all! When my child needed an extraction, I politely declined to have him gassed and requested to have a local anesthetic, the dentist proceed to tell me in grand volume - in front of my child and three others - how much that would hurt to be given a shot in the gums and it was cruel. His description was brutal and terrified everyone listening. Aghast, I informed him that I have endured many locals at the dentist and still prefer it for my kids. Arguing ensued and we left. Our new dentist, Summer brook, is the place to go.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE! They did unnecessary crowns for MEDICAID MONEY!!! And would not give my printed papers so I DID NOT KNOW WHAT I WAS SIGNING!!!! THEY ARE NOT WORTHY OF ANY PART OF THE STAR!!!!
