Called to get information and lady was very sarcastic and kinda rude. She didnt even let me get through my question and tried to answer it without even listening to what I was saying. Glad this showed before I stepped foot in there.

Went here today and literally every interaction with their staff was an interaction with one of the nicest people, not to mention their efficiency. Unfortunately, I have to go to an oral surgeon for my complicated captain hook of a wisdom tooth. I wish I wouldve been lucky enough to have it pulled by them, but my wife referred me because she got her wisdom teeth out there and she highly recommended them. I see why she did, I got lucky enough to get the awesome doctor that she was talking about, Dr. Flaviu

I went to Tower Dental after having not been to the dentist for several years. I have never had cavities, but I was prepared to have a couple. Was told I needed TEN fillings! My sister, who is a dental hygenist across town, insisted I visit her dentist, who told me I actually needed ZERO fillings. When I called Tower to cancel my appointment, the person on the phone was rather abrupt and didnt even ask why. It makes me wonder if anyone else is getting work done that doesnt need it:(

I avoided dentists for 10 years and figured I was in for quite a ride when I finally came back. Got cleaned and an evaluation - ended up needing more than a half dozen fillings, which got done in two sessions with no issues (I didnt even get lectured on my habits, just a gentle reminder that soda isnt the best for my teeth). The office also worked with me on a small insurance issue and there was phenomenal communication overall. Happy to say Ill be going to this dentist regularly, like I should have been all along!

I was TERRIFIED of dental work. I hated the drill, the poking around my teeth, the anesthesia shot, etc... Dr. Oltean changed my phobia. He was gentle, patient with me, and explained the process. The best thing about him, is he is the FASTEST dentist Ive ever been to. I had 3 decay spots on the gum line of my top teeth that I put off fixing for years. Best dental facility ever, I had some work done here to include one time I was in pain with a tooth that needed a root canal and they took care of me that day and scheduled you to more preventive care. Normally I dont give a 5 out of 5, because theres always room for improvement. Well, not this time. This dental office is by far one of the best I have ever been to. Not just because they have modern, up to date equipment, a clean office, or even that they offer complimentary drinks while you wait. Its the one thing most lack in the package. A trained staff, that works fluidly as one. With a camaraderie that is warm and welcoming. Im no masochist, but I do enjoy my visits. Can you say the same about your dentist?

As a parent to five separate patients, I wanted to be in an office where I was consulted on care options and allowed to make decisions without belittling by office staff. I DONT love the dentist office! As a matter of a fact, I try to stay away from them and have had plenty of bad experiences both in my past and 1 for my daughter when she was little, so it seems strange to choose 5 stars and say Loved it but this office and staff do deserve all 5 of them! They go out of their way to work with you, make you feel comfortable, take their time, explain things, and even the doctors simple humor makes us laugh:) We truly enjoy this office- we drive past thousands of dentists to go there and often tease that he is under pressure because he better be good since we drive so far to get there. It is worth our drive.

By far one of the best dental offices I have been to! The staff was so kind and professional. The receptionist Tracy was so bubbly and happy, which was pretty calming for those who might be super nervous. The facility was very clean and cozy. The Hygienist (I apologize for forgetting your name!) Was very kind. She took the xrays, did the cleaning and her exam, while being very gentle and professional. Dr. Oltean was great! He was very honest and respectful about his findings and designed a plan that fit my needs (and was as cost effective as possible.....AWESOME!). A Dental Hygienist is not a Dentist!! I had an issue with a dental hygenist in black scrubs, that did not know the difference and forced wanting to be the Dentist. She said she was the best, her personal opinion! I hope this isnt Best Tower Dental!

Great experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and Dr. Oltean was very professional. I went in for a simple cleaning, but I ended up having to go back for some fillings as well. The entire process was pretty painless and they even made sure that my retainers fit properly afterwards. Highly recommend!

Called and got appointment the next day for a tooth abscess, not too bad there.While sitting in the waiting area with other patients, the receptionist/office manager yells out to me questions regarding my medication allergies. This is a HIPAA violation as it reveals personal health information.Next, I am in the dentist room.. I tell them I am not completely numb, and so they continue with the procedure anyway... It was SO PAINFUL!Due to a recent surgery, I expalined my previous procedure to the dentist and had asked multiple times for my medication to be in liquid form... So the dentist prescribes me the medication I specifically noted I was allergic to (on my paperwork and in the waiting area), this wasnt caught until I was at the pharmacy. Frustrated,I called the Dentist office and explained to them they prescribed me a medication I was allergic to so they called in a new prescription one that the pharmacist said I could crush. Unfortunately due to the taste of this one I could not even swallow it.So I called the Dentist office again explained the situation and gave them my surgeons name and number to see if there was an antibiotic I could take and if I could take non-liquid or if it still needed to be liquid format. I get a call back from a different receptionist who tells me that she talked to my surgeon office. I asked if I they said I could take the pill form, she tells me she assumes I can take the pill form. **side note, if I take pill form before my previous surgery healed... It could give me a perforated stomach and this girl is telling me she assumes I can take it??**So... I proceed to call my surgeon and they tell me under no circumstances am I to take pill form.Back and forth between Dr offices and pharmacy.Then I got a call from the Dentist office again... She tells me that I can get the liquid version of what they had already called in but the pharmacy says I will need to pay out of pocket which is over $100. At this point I say in passing what a mess you guys have made this angered the receptionist /office manager and she tells me that they have not messed up anything. I then asked did they or did they not prescribe me a medication I was allergic to or not gather the correct information from my surgeons office. At this point she tells me that I can deal with my surgeons office instead and I told her I had already spoken to them. She proceeded to tell me that I can work with them on the situation and hung up on me as I asked for her manager (not knowing at the time that she was the office manager). This can be considered patient abandonment/neglect.I called back and request to speak to the office manager and was told I was just speaking to her. So I then asked for the doctor and was willing to hold until he was done with the patient.While I was on hold the office manager did speak with my surgeons office and the pharmacy and managed to get things worked out.Even though it took 5 hours for the outcome and many phone calls to finally get things how they should be, this was a terrible experience with this office.The negligence, the lack of willingness to accept responsibility, the willingness to walk away from a patient that is trying to get things fixed so she can get her medications properly is just appalling. I am seriously contemplating contacting Medical Board in Colorado as well as Dora and the Attorney General.Maybe this was just a one off circumstance.... But it was still a terrible experience.

Dr. Flaviu Oltean is a wonderful dentist! I went in for my first cleaning at Tower and was so happy to find the staff all very welcoming. I loved how thorough they were with my cleaning and honest about the work I needed. I also needed my wisdom teeth extracted which was my first ever procedure for dental work. I am happy to say that Dr. Oltean provided a great experience. They numbed the area, gave me gas, and completely communicated about what I should and shouldnt be experiencing. In less than 40mins, Dr. Oltean had my wisdom teeth (all 3 of them) out! I barely felt anything! He explained after care, and was just as friendly and helpful when I went in again to check the extraction sites.I was so pleased with the experience that my husband even made an appointment at Tower Dental. I highly recommend Tower Dental to all my friends and family.

My wife had a porcelain cap done several years ago. Part of the cap broke and left a large gap between her front two teeth. Tracy was very helpful with getting her in quickly for the initial visit and the visit to repair her teeth. Dr Flaviu Oltean explained what was going on in her mouth and explained why he prioritized the work to be done. Since the our dental plan did not cover everything Tracy was very understanding and set up a reasonable payment plan. Now I can honestly say that there was VERY little pain in the chair and at checkout. I highly recommend this office.

They have THE WAND, Dr Oltean used it on my gums several times and it was pain free FOR REAL!I had one bridge and 7 or 8 fillings made by Dr Oltean and I was amazed by the level of confidence and technical skills he has. He is very laid back, great sense of humor and VERY patient with my whining....Dr Oltean explained everything to the smallest detail and gave me many options before I got to chose the right treatment. Tracy guided me trough the insurance maze until I understood what they cover and what they dont .This office is the place to go if you need a real doctor dentist!Three months ago I regained my smile so I have only one thing to say:Thank you Tower Dental !!!!! EDIT: Update because my last experience changed everything. I went in for a cleaning, my last one because I was moving out of state, and everything went fine initially. Towards the end of my appointment I overheard the new hygienist whispering something about me to the doctor. They were standing less than 10 feet away and they kept looking over at me, and then whispering some more. I thought that was rather rude. After they finished their secret convo they decided that all of a sudden I had a cavity. I was just there for a cleaning no more than 3 weeks before and nothing was found. Everyone in the office knew I was moving, and that that was my last appointment, so I became a bit suspicious that this might be their way of getting more money out of me since I wasnt coming back. In a matter of seconds my dentist appointment went from 160 bucks to 400. Dr. Oltean also wasnt being as friendly and polite as hes been to me all during my other appointments. To end this last appointment, literally during my cavity filling, Dr. Oltean proceeded to have a conversation with his dental assistant which consisted of bashing Americans, including our way of life. Apparently, Dr. Oltean doesnt like certain Freedoms & Rights that we have in this country, and he expressed his disdain for people who exercise those Rights while boasting about his home country Romanias restrictions. I was blown away by the blatant disdain that was displayed for my country, and Americans as a whole. After my mouth was free of dental tools I proceeded to tell him, politely I might add, how untrue his perceptions were, which ended up turning into a bit of an argument. Needless to say, even if I didnt move to another state I would no longer be visiting what I once thought was an amazing dental office. I do miss Tracy.ORIGINAL with some deletion to make room: I have had dental problems for years now. I was finally financially able to get much needed work done so I was searching for a dentist. Not just any dentist but one who actually cared about my teeth, and a dentist who wasnt putting financial gain over everything else. I received a flyer for Tower Dental in the mail, and being new to the Aurora area I decided not to rely on a phone call alone, so I drove down to the dental office to check it out first hand. It is very clean, very comfortable, not too large or small, and the staff is some of the most friendly people I have encountered in any type of medical office. Not only were they very personable but they were willing to take the time to answer all of my questions, and inform me of what they could do for me. I decided to schedule an initial exam after spending some time talking with Tracy, who helped me out tremendously. After my initial exam I decided to go ahead with the major procedures I knew I needed to have done. My doctor was Dr. Flaviu Oltean, and so far he has done four wisdom extractions, and a deep root cleaning on me. I have never been given any type of anesthetic before so I was super nervous, but I have never felt so comfortable in the dentist chair until I came to this place. Dr. Oltean was very gentle, very caring, and he made sure I was doing okay through the entirety of every procedure. I barely felt a thing during any of the procedures. The doctor was so gentle with my wisdom extractions that I barely had any swelling afterwards, unlike some of my friends who looked like chipmunks after their dentists removed their wisdoms. Both dental assistants, who assisted on all of my procedures, are also very friendly, and will help you out whenever, and whatever you need during your procedures/visit. Tracy, who works the front desk, will do the same. She even came back in the room during my procedures to make sure I was doing okay, and to see if I needed anything.They also print out a treatment plan for each and every procedure, so you will know up front what the cost is going to be, so there is no hidden, or surprise fees after you have the procedure(s) done. They also offer a discount on procedures to patients who dont have insurance.

One of the most friendly dentist found, very knowledgable, he spends quality time with you - he doesnt just rush thru treatment and out you go - very affordable. I would recommend him to all my friends. Rare dentist to find -lucky to of found him. I have tried alot of offices this is by far the BEST!!!!!!!!!!!
