Really nice but I wouldnt recommend gift certificates. I received one in August and my first time able to have time to get a pedicure and manicure and she would only give half price of the value. So only got a pedicure and going elsewhere for a manicure as I feel this is poor service.

I am giving 1 star because I have been trying to call to make an appointment for two full days. I did leave a message the other day. No one seems to ever answer the phone or return a detailed message. They have lost my business before they ever earned it. There are Plenty of other nail salons that would gladly take a new customer. 😉

I havent had such a great nail tech as Kayla. Shes fast but does a wonderful job with my nails. I cant stop bragging about her. My nails last up to 4 weeks when other nail techs I went to, didnt do as good of a job and my nails didnt last past 2 weeks. I can show her pretty much any picture of nail design and she does better work than what I expect. She is the very very best nail tech in the Aurora, Colorado area. I love you Kayla. I dont have just a nail tech, I have a great friend in Kayla. 😘 💖

Kayla is great, she has been doing my nails for years. Im always satisfied with my nails. Shes fast and friendly. I work 7 days a week and its very hard for me to come at a set time. But if I call she makes sure to work with my schedule. I WILL NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE EVER AGAIN! Shes the best!

Kayla did my nails today for the first time. Afterwards she told me that shes normally busy. I totally see why Kayla was great and professional. My nails and toes look awesome! If she can squeeze me in, Ill definitely be a repeat costumer. Its hard to find a decent nail shop, but this place is awesome.

Kayla has won me over. She did my nails perfectly, and was really fast compared to others I have been to. She was able to fit me in on Christmas Eve as well. I definitely recommend this spa.

I’ve been here a few times. Kayla is the manager and the only worker in there. She normally has an attitude but today she took it out on me when I asked for my toes to be fixed. She literally told me no and “nothing is perfect”. I stated that I wasn’t going to accept paying for something that’s not excellent and she starts cussing and snatched my foot trying to fix them. At this point the disrespect has gone to far. She also talks bad about customers when they leave and when they call to leave messages. She has no love or respect for her clients and is not professional at all. I recommend lush nail spa! They took car of me immediately after leaving there and fixed my toes for free!

Kayla is the best! She is always willing to squeeze me in last minute if she can. Shes the only one who Ill let touch my nails. Her shop is always clean.

I came here about 2 weeks ago to have a rebase for gel nails with shellac and a pedicure done. I was very pleased with my pedicure.My gel rebase with shellac color is an entirely different story. I had nails that did not even have gel covering the entire nail nor did I have shellac color covering my nails. I said something and I was told that I would need to come back another day to fix or repair. They were trying to leave to go to a baby shower, I said okay and I understand we all have families. I can come back another day. I tried to go back 2 different times to see about repairs, and I was told they will not make apts I have to just come in. Well my original rebase was done on a Saturday by Monday of the same week my shellac polish color was chipping off. I went to another much more reliable and professional nail shop the following weekend and I was not only explained I was shown the way my shellac polish was chipping and the way my nails had turned yellow in less then a week. ALL was due to using bad or old product and my nails were not done with a gel rebase as requested. They used old acrylic powder. I was in disbelief.I hardly post reviews... THIS NEEDS TO BE POSTED AND SEENI hope people realize that this nail shop location uses old and or bad product on their clientele.

The lady in the 1st chair when you walk on your right she is very rue the fact that I did not do a full set over there she would not do a re bass a wax and a pedicure for me should she literally walked me out. Her lost.
