Came in for a deep tissue massage. Heather was amazing, very polite and gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I already booked my next appointment and can’t wait to try other services. The spa itself is cute, clean and located on a quiet area with plenty of parking too.

A Premier Massage & Day Spa is a wonderful place to go for a massage. Its very clean and a nice quiet place to relax. The staff is efficient and friendly. My massage therapist is Mandy. She is by far the best therapist I have ever had. She is so sweet and always addresses all of my needs. I always feel better after I see her. Premieres fees are average and worth every penny. I would highly recommend going there. You are in for a relaxing enjoyable experience.

I did a haircut and balayage highlights at the Premier Salon and I was very happy with the results! Katy is the hair designer who was very very sweet and friendly and patiently did the entire service. We also had fun conversations so never felt bored during the whole three hour long process :) The only reason I am knocking the fifth star off is I had imagined a different look for my hair when I took the consultation. I was coloring my hair for the first time so was totally dependent on what the stylist suggests. With the hair color I chose I expected a deeper red shade (as per the sample shown) however on the overall hair it looked a shade lighter which made me think maybe I should have chosen the brightest red sample. I guess its just a matter of perspective because I kept insisting on having a subtle balayage hence Katy suggested the lighter one. Also I wanted some grey hair coverage which looked all good when I left the salon but after reaching home I did notice few grey hair as is. The pricing is slightly on the higher side... Overall it was a great experience and I dont have any major complaints except that it could have been a tad bit better per my expectations :) so just thought of being honest in my review! But I will definitely revisit this salon because of the good vibes I got :) thanks Katy for her amazing service!

I like coming here! I went here for lashes last year but had to stop for personal reasons. They were always welcoming and every staff member I run into is so nice and know how to strike up a conversation. I recently got my hair cut x Katy and she did great! I actually cancelled my appointment that I had somewhere else just to come here. I was scared (just as you normally are before a hair change) but really, Katy was amazing. My hair is so great and she truly listened to what I wanted. This is the first time Ive gone to see a hair stylist and feel listened to what I want. Her professional advice is also great. Coming here for my hair needs from now on!! I recommend their other services as well. Great atmosphere.

When I saw that Amanda was looking for a model for an e-file pedicure I jumped at the chance. Im so glad I did. Its a new service and what a great experience it was! My feet have never felt softer. The entire thing was waterless and it was finished with a nail color of my choice. A light and dust extractor was used. This device sucked up all the dead skin, which made it feel super cleanly. This service may be pricier than your average pedicure, but definitely worth it, especially if your feet are as dry as mine! Its also beneficial for those who have corns or callouses. Overall, Im so grateful I was able to experience this and look forward to booking another in the future!

My brow specialist was Ilana a magician with the brows. My brows were previously massacred by someone at another facility but Ilana has me looking like a human again. Premier is clean, serene even in the waiting room is relaxing. I only encountered other guests in the checkout area. The table I laided on for my brow service was even heated. I originally scheduled for 2 services but 1 was unnecessary and Ilana informed me after my brow inspection and I saved money

Super clean space with amazing and attentive staff. Everyone has always been super kind and friendly. I felt super safe with their new health and safety guidelines being implemented (especially because I have an autoimmune disease). I had a hair appointment with Katy and cannot put into words how happy I was with my overall experience. She is hands down the best hairdresser Ive ever had. I wont trust anyone else to cut my hair.

If you want a date night. This is the place. Or if you are in desperate need of a treat yourself day you have to go here. I felt taken care of and not rushed at all. They literally have a full service salon too!!!! Do yourself a favor and at least go once!

This Spa is nothing short of amazing. The staff is friendly and the Spa is spotless. I have been going to the spa for a few years now for my mani and pedi and Adriana always does such an amazing job. She always helps me pick out a color and or design when I cant decide. She is amazing! The spa offers all kinds of services from massages, eyebrow threading, hair color, cuts and makeup. This is definitely your one stop shop for amazing service.

Ive been getting regular facials here for quite some time. While using the Eminence brand products in between facials, I have never had such smooth, glowing, soft skin! I absolutley love this spa and will continue to support them through the pandemic! This business has been the cleanest, and safest I have seen in terms of following protocol through the COVID19 pandemic and even beyond! The use of masks, temperature readings, and extra measures being taken assure the most safety possible for not only clients but the staff also! Thank you and keep it up!!!

Ilana is the most amazing esthetician I have ever seen. Her facials are out of this world, she really goes above and beyond to make sure you are as comfortable and relaxed as possible. The products they use are such high quality my skin always feels like a million bucks when I leave and into the next days. If you’re looking for eyebrow waxing or threading or body waxing, ilana is also your girl! She has a good eye to help shape your eyebrows to best enhance your looks!! And when it comes to body waxing ilana is not awkward or uncomfortable at all, it feels like you’re just in a room with your best friend. I can’t say enough nice things about this place and specifically ilana! The facility itself is so cute and welcoming but also super clean!! It’s my favorite spa and ilana is my favorite esthetician. I have been seeing her since I was about 13 or 14 and now I’m 21, so her services are always consistently amazing!

This is the only place I trust for my nails. The first time I went, I noticed something very strange (strange to me at the time), they pulled the clippers and other nail utensils out of a sealed plastic bag. When I asked them about it, they proudly showed me that they use a medical autoclave to completely sterilize between clients. We got into a deep discussion about things I had seen at facilities I went to previously and why this spa does it this way instead.I never realized the level of sterilization that SHOULD be happening, that was not at other facilities. Now I feel I am lucky I never got a fungus from another place.A spa that is this focused on the health and wellness of their clients has certainly won over my business. I now also go here for hair, facials, eyebrow threading and spray tans. All of the technicians I have had have been awesome in every way and the environment is so peaceful.

I came for a haircut with Katy, and was really impressed. I used to go to discount hair places regularly, and thought that all were about the same. Boy was I really, really wrong. After my haircut, I got a great number of compliments, making me realize that people really hated my hair before.Next I tried a massage with Maria, and was amazed. I have had massages at discount places as well and have not realized how unimpressed I was with the services, until I saw what I was missing. Apparently, It is possible to get pain relief without having to endure excruciating pain during a massage.Very impressive atmosphere and a great staff. I plan to come back often.

The staff were very professional and treated me with respect Ive rarely seen at the other salons and spas Ive been to. The massage therapist was thorough when going over the intake form. She listened and it was the best massage I have ever received. Top notch. Willing to recommend any and everyone to the location.

This place is amazing! I love coming here to pamper myself and the staff is always friendly and respectful! There is no high pressure sales pitch to purchase products here either which I have experienced at other salons. The massage I have had here is far superior to other big name massage chains. Its convenient to be able to do everything I need to at one place as they offer an unlimitless selection of services. This is by far the most relaxing place I have ever been.

Although I loved the person taking care of my hair, management clearly has 2 sets of “rules”. EVERY time I’ve been there, there has been a well behaved child under 10 in the inner waiting room. Waiting while the sibling is getting nails done or hair cut. I asked the mothers the last 2 times(making conversation) if the little girl waiting was going to also have a service and each time was told no.So today, when I went to have an hour long cut/color with my 10 year old grandson, I was turned away. I was told, children ONLY if THEY are receiving services!Interesting how they discriminate who can have a well behaved child wait and who can’t.

I am extremely happy with this place. Their customer service is above and beyond and has amazingly organized internal communications. As a surprise to my girlfriend, I purchased a gift certificate to be given to her after her next scheduled massage (right around Xmas). After discussion with their front desk staff, I realized that my girlfriend had the incorrect date scheduled. Their staff, to keep my surprise, called her that day for the reminder, which was above and beyond, but then, 3 weeks later and without a reminder from me, they remembered to deliver the gift card wishing her a merry christmas upon delivery! She was super choked up and would not have been as impacting without their help. In regard to the actual massage, therapists are polite, forthcoming, professional and really good. The place is very welcoming for massages. I highly recommend this place.

I love A Premier! I have had everything from massages to spray tans to facials and have been exceptionally happy with every treatment. The staff are all amazing and the spa is so beautiful. You feel serene the moment you walk through the door. I visit most often for eyebrow threading with Ilana (who is the master of eyebrows) but I recommend A Premier to anyone looking for a wonderful service.

If I could give this place 6 stars, I would!! My husband surprised me with a spa day package for my birthday. When I arrived I was checked in and taken back to the lounge area. We walked down a hallway where I saw one of the massage rooms, and it looked heavenly! They offered some snacks (I had almonds and a handful of trail mix) and cucumber or lemon water. Yum! My massage was absolutely incredible. I am very particular about how I like my massages, and I was not disappointed. I felt like my facial included so many products and on top of that, it came with another hand and foot massage! I was truly in heaven. I also got a manicure and I loved my nails. I can usually spot a few things I dont like after I get home and look at them up close but I didnt find any problems.After all my services I was interested in looking at their Eminence products because I have heard good things about that skin care line. The staff was very polite and knowledgeable and helped me pick out a few things. I already booked my next appointment!

Fantastic massages and facials. And reasonably priced to boot! Definitely get a massage here guys and ladies. Get a full hour of total relaxation from massage therapists who really know their craft. We only go here.

A much needed massage was necessary after an arduous road trip. Katherine took the time to focus on the shoulder that was causing the issues and really helped alleviate the pain. I wished I lived here! Next time Im visiting family Ill make sure to also visit Katherine.

Ive occasionally come here for years, and last year the week before my wedding I went for a great massage session. It was the most relaxing part of the day before my wedding. I wish I could recall my MTs name. She was sweet, great listener, and great. Im so glad I blocked some me time that week so I wasnt super stressed.

Loved this place. Really nice ambience, clean and the technicians are quite experienced. Have to try other services, but massages are the best when compared to other places I have been to. Slightly pricey, but you get what you pay for.

I love this place. Eyebrow threading service is usually what I go for. It’s clean and relaxing. They moved closer to my home which is awesome. Close to the mall, and very easy to park/get to.

Just dont you dare have a life and life happen on an appointment day because if you dont cancel with 24hr notice they will hold you over the coals and cook your ass raw! Had gone there for quite some time, but the owner is rude so I started searching for new spas. I have received nasty messages from her & realized this is NOT how you treat your customers, especially who are paying a lot of money!! I quit going awhile ago and have found other places in the area that do the same or better work for cheaper! Also- I had another woman wax me one time (my girl was all booked) and this girl had no idea what she was doing! She put the wax on me multiple times and still could not get hair to come off so I sat through painful tweezing... something I could have done myself without breaking the bank.

Maria is the best! I always feel better after I see her!

I could not make my appointment the day of because something came up short notice, so I wasnt able to call them to let them know. Two days later, I find that theyve charged my account a no-show fee. They failed to make it clear when I booked my appointment that they had a policy that charged you a ridiculous 50% of whatever service you were coming in for if you didnt give a FULL 24-HOUR NOTICE. Thats a terrible way to treat your customers. Youre not a doctors office, and youre in the business of customer service. I dont plan on ever going back, which is unfortunate, because I know someone who had a great experience and presume I would have become a repeat customer.

ILana was my wedding fairy godmother. To start, she did our facials for the week of our wedding. It was the perfect way to relax and our skin was glowing! My makeup glided on my face perfectly the week after the facial and felt so fresh. iLana also did our eyebrows for our wedding-my husband & I got numerous compliments about how cleaned up yet natural they looked. iLana also did my spray tan for the wedding. Brides-this spray tan IS THE BEST. It is not streaky or orange AT ALL. It gives you a perfect, even tan so that you feel confident for your big day. iLana & Aubrey also both did the makeup for the bridal party. They did a phenomenal job and everyone looked beautiful. Highly recommend for all of these services!! Thank you iLana for ensuring that I was looking and feeling my best for the most important day of my life.

I love this place. Best eyebrow threading of my Life. Ill elaborate since there obviously are reasons other people posted their comments. I needed a place to get my eyebrows threaded since im new (2 weeks) to the area. So I called this morning to check if they were available for walk ins, llana was polite and suggested that I make an appointment for today. So I did. She took my information, and let me know how to arrive there (which was very important since Im from California!). It was easy to find with the direction she gave me. It is a smaller place, but it wasnt uncomfortable. After filling out a form, she took me back to the room and took care of my eyebrows. She did a great job and I have no complaints. Thank you llana for your help. If you need a good threading-come see her.
