I go to Veronica for my eyelash extensions, AND I LOVE THEM! She does such an amazing job, and she always listens to what I want. I have also gotten facials with her and she knows so much about skin care she educates me during every visit!

Nicole cancelled my appointment less than 24 hours because she is out of town the morning after New Years Eve. She did not find me a replacement stylist. She would not compensate me for my trouble. Extremely unprofessional, 1/5 stars.

Raquel has been doing an amazing job on my hair for over 5 years - everything from pink highlights to sophisticated length and even a spunky pixie cut. Tara is amazing! I highly recommend her! I told her about a nightmare experience at another salon and she did an amazing job listening to what I wanted.She told me what she would do to achieve what I wanted and correct what other salon did. She told me price up front. She showed me how to blow out my hair. She recommended what type of hair products will help with my hair. She did highlights and they are phenomenal! They are very natural looking. Tara was very honest and up front about everything. You can tell she loves her job and wants her clients happy. I have found my new hair stylist!!

Tara is awesome! She is the first hairstylist that was able to recreate a style that I showed her from a picture and make it look even better than the picture. She even took the time to show me how to style my hair and recommend products that actually help make my hair do what I want it to do. Her prices are really reasonable too and I’m surprised that someone as talented as her is so reasonably priced.

If you want an EXCEPTIONAL haircut ask for, Tara. I was lucky enough to get her and I can’t say enough good things about her. I got my haircut 4 months ago and my hair is still cut with precision. I recommend her to everyone I know. Very sweet, knowledgeable, and kind. Use her!!!

After many years of getting my haircut here by Nicole, I inquired about my skin. They directed me to the esthetician Veronica. She did a great Job recommending skin care products that she carries to help with my skin. (Vital therapy) She also did a really good job with the extractions and overall it was the best facial that I have had. I am now on the monthly skin plan to keep up with my skin.

Bob is the best. My husband, daughter and granddaughters all get cuts and styles with Bob. Weve been seeing him for close to 20 years and have recommended him to others.

Nicole is my Hair stylist. She is fabulous. She is incredible colorist and one of the only people ever that can cut my hair...I have challenging hair..lol. Most importantly..she listens. She knows her profession and she enjoys it. Im a client for life.

DO NOT GO TO ARSELI. SHE STOOD ME UP. I sat at the salon for 15 minutes and someone finally came up to me and told me she was out of town. The woman even mentioned that Arseli had told her about me and my appointment, which means she absolutely knew she was standing me up and didnt care. How people act like this and stay in business Ill never know. On top of that her work was average at best, the only reason I came back a second time is because it was relatively inexpensive.

I have had trouble in the past with hair color turning my roots bright red/orange - in spite of my instructions to hair colorists to be careful about that tendency. Les at Hair and Now listened, and has NEVER given me a bad hair color. My cuts are always to my satisfaction - and thats why I continue to make the 40 mile trek to get my hair done!

I had the same nail tech for 15 yrs & thought I would never find someone again like her...MANY MANY nail salons and technitions later...I was blessed to find LORENA & WOW! She was even better. My nails were out/over grown by 3+ mos & yet, she listened carefully & patiently to exactly how I liked to have my nails look ( ex: When my request became a little more difficult she did not PRETEND to stop understanding the language we had been communicating in easily up to that point )... instead she was fast, accurate, super safe & clean, she made no comments regarding what a mess my nails were, she helped me pick the exact color/shade Id described 😊! Honestly, she shaped my nails better then anyone has & on her 1st attempt.. Im obviously thrilled to have been blessed with finding her & realizing I may be starting to sound to good to be true Ill end my review with adding lastly, she also refused to allow anything take her attention away from my nails while I was in her chair!!!Lorena uses all top of the line products rather than the many less expensive options on the market & somehow has avoided wrapping the extra cost into her services ( although Id have NO problem paying more for the perfection she achieves & the manner in which she delivers it!!! ) P.S. By the way my 1st visit included a Groupon & still was treated as I just described...I will be a life long customer for sure!

Purchased a Groupon for a Brazilian wax in June and called the phone number three times over the last month, leaving voicemails multiple times and sending texts to the waxer. She did not acknowledge or respond to my phone calls or texts until today when she notified me that she has no availability to wax me. Now that I am permanently leaving the state I did not get a chance to spend my Groupon and it is too late for my money to be refunded. A total waste of money; very disappointing customer service.

Called and asked if they could do a mens haircut and they told us they could do it if we were there within 15 minutes. We got there in 5 minutes and stood at the front counter for twenty minutes. The place was full of workers but not one person acknowledged us. Eventually we just left and found a barber close by. Today, I called to make an appointment for myself, and they took my number and name and said someone would call me. No one ever called me. This place has officially lost my business. Worst customer service Ive ever experienced with a salon.

They made me make an appointment, I made it in advance, then on the day of the appointment I lost work due to the appointment in the salon and they canceled it because as they did not give them time to do the whole procedure, I had still made the appointment early because I knew it would take a while
