I booked 2 appointments at 10 in the morning with 2 stylists, in the course of 3 and a half hours 3 different people worked on my daughter, while they had haircuts, and colors going all over the place and just kept changing people. They were late to start and it just kept getting worse, to top it all off I walked out with my whole forehead dyed! A color I didnt want and a mess!

The staff are nice but the hairdresser’s style is just so outdated. I asked for curtain bangs, showed her a picture and let her know that I wanted it much longer than the picture but she ended up cutting regular super short bangs, not what i asked for! The bangs took her less than 30 seconds to cut yet she made me pay $80 which is crazy for bangs? My friends got very outdated haircuts too. Staff are nice but prices are too high and styles are super outdated.

I have been going to paisley for the last 5 years, and they never disappoint! The stylists are very friendly and professional. I wanted to do something new with my hair this time and Lana was amazing and it came out great. I got a haircut and two tone peekaboo dye. She made sure I was comfortable and happy at every step of the process. I love all the stylists here and always leave loving my hair. Would absolutely recommend.

I initially started going to Paisley Salon for my haircuts and styling because it was highly reviewed. After my first visit with T, I was obsessed. The salon is very spacious and clean. I love the calming atmosphere and everyone I’ve encountered is very nice.Today I had my haircut done by Vick and she’s incredible. She even taught me how to get more volume by showing me some blow drying and curling techniques.Also, the owner, Nahid is very sweet and knows how to hire talent. I definitely recommend Paisley Salon especially Vick, T, or Nahid for your haircuts!

I went in to get my hair colored and trimmed and had a terrible experience! Not only did it take almost 6 hours!!! My appointment was at 230 and I left and 8pm!!! This is unacceptable pregnant or not. She did everything I asked her not to do! I wanted my hair trimmed with it already being down to my waist and now its all the way up to my shoulders... I asked for my natural hair not to be dyed which was a good 6 inches from my roots and she dyed it pretty much all the way. I was charged an outrageous amount for everything I didnt ask for and am completely appalled.. I thought I was going to a great quality place and it was traumatizing. I would appreciate my money back or at least half of it so I can go get my hair completely finished by a real professional. Considering I paid $400!!!

Nahid is my stylist and she is great! I showed her photos of what I wanted and she made it happen. She is honest and professional. My 12 year old daughter sees T for her hair and is also very pleased with her hair every time we go. This is a wonderful salon! Do not hesitate to book here.

Nahid did an amazing job cutting and layering my long curly hair. I showed her pictures of exactly what I wanted and it turned out even better than I could imagine. I decided to try Paisley Salon on a whim feeling like I had to make a big change with my hair after 2020. I could not be happier that I did. Lana is a color pro and was able to take my formerly red/dark brown hair to a stunning shade of blonde without damaging my hair at all. We did in in two stages to ensure my hair wouldnt be fried or break easily. She also gave me a stylish new cut and her own undercut inspired me to go for it too. The quality of the work was top tier for a very reasonable price. This will definitely be my new salon. I highly recommend.

I was a client of Naheds years ago, moved away, and came to town for a wedding, ask her to do my hair and makeup. It was like had never been away. She knew exactly what I wanted, I left the salon looking like a million bucks. I have yet to have found another hairstylist like her. I miss her very much, but she always treats me like family. ❤😘

Do not go to this salon. Horrible experience. Owner Nahid over processed and damaged my hair. I asked for a little lighter blonde and she did not consult with me about how much lighter. She was working on 3 people simultaneously, and running back and forth as well as running me back and forth. Also waited 30 minutes before being seen. She knew I was not happy and offered to put low lights in but I no longer trusted her with my hair. I asked for half of my money back. She argued that she did nothing wrong and refused to refund any money. I said my only option was to post an honest review. She said she was tired of people threatening her with bad reviews and wanting their money back and hung up on me. Well that speaks for itself. Must happen a lot.

The owner is wonderful and tries hard to please, but, I was not impressed with one of the other ladies. They were very pricey to me. Im not so sure I will be going here again.

I have been coming here for years even though I get my hair cut rarely, I trust them to do me right. I have 3A curly hair so it is very hard to trust places to treat my curls with respect and cut my hair properly by not giving me a triangle cut. But this place respects the curls, listens and gives me a great cut leaving with bouncy well structured curls. I get my cuts from Tymarnya but my mom gets hers from the owner and she is very talented as well, my mom has very short black hair and I long curly hair and we both leave with a new shape and lovely cut. You can always expect the place to be clean and relaxing from their decorations as well as they have a drink station if you ever get thirsty. I also love being able to schedule my appointments online rather than calling or going in person.

What a lovely place! My hair was uneven and three different colors from trying to manage on my own during lockdown. Nahid was kind, attentive, and made my hair look so beautiful! Perfect, perfect highlights and a nice even cut. Highly recommend!

In what I thought would be a botched attempt to fit in with a social media fad, I came upon Paisley Salon with the idea of a perm in mind. I looked through the stellar reviews of this gorgeous spa and can I just say, had an extremely stellar visit. I have never been this happy with a haircut in my entire life (and I have had A LOT of hair phases). The stylist was extremely thorough in the perming process. She took great care at each step along to ensure the best results. Immediately after perming, she did a 0-2 fade around the whole head. This came out incredibly.The stylists were extremely friendly and fun. They also paid close attention to CDC guidance. I have never handed someone my credit card for them to sanitize then swipe then sanitize again before handing it back. The automatic hand sanitizer dispensers were a nice feature as well. I plan on recommending this salon to all my social media followers as well as friends and family.This salon really has it together.There is no salon I could possibly recommend over this one.

Little disappointed! When making the appointment, I told her if she couldn’t fit me in, it was ok I would just schedule for another day. She said it was fine, that she had time. Well after starting to cut my hair, she leaves me sit for at least 30 minutes while she cuts someone else’s hair. My highlights don’t go to the roots of my hair making it look like my hair has already grown out. She asked me how I part it and proceeded to part it the way she liked instead. She also dried my hair but never curled it or any kind of style because there wasn’t time. On top of all that, she never told me she was going to charge me so much money until she presented me with the bill. I know the pricing on the website says 80 and up but when you plan to charge someone more than double that, don’t you think there should be some communication about that?! Never have I been charged this much money in my life to have my hair done...

I had not been to a professional hair salon in 12 years for a haircut. I had an appointment with Nahid. I wanted a completely new style, I brought in pictures and she nailed it 100% I will be returning. I was so happy, she truly listens and knows how to achieve what you want.

This place is amazing. I had hair dreams but another salon ruined them and she fixed them. Nahid was unbelievable, and made my dreams come true. She was absolutely incredible, knowledgable, and she knew exactly what I wanted in two seconds. Since my hair transformation took many many hours, there were about 7 people who came through the salon with all of the people working there and every single person left happy. But my hair was extremely complicated and Nahid did an incredible job. She did a job that should have taken 3 times and did it the first time. The owner cut my hair. She was very nice and listened to what I said (I think), but I guess I wasn’t clear enough with my description and three sample photos. I left with some really terrible bangs that I had to have corrected elsewhere and way more layers than I anticipated. I am new to the area and booked my appt bc the salon had good reviews which mentioned the owner by name and also had openings on the same day (a Sunday). Maybe I should have thought harder about why there were so many same day openings. Either way, I probably will lot be returning.

While I love dying my hair every couple months, its been 6 years since I last let someone bleach it. I finally took a chance at another bleach session, and Im SO GLAD I came to this salon!! They took such good care of my hair, and made to sure leave it looking amazing while still leaving it healthy. Cant wait to come back and let them keep lightening my hair!!

So I found this salon on here, I saw that it retained almost 5 stars not because there was only a few good reviews that kept it up, but they have tons of reviews and if you check... the low reviews are just sort of ridiculous.Anyway, I called and (crosses my fingers) to see if I could get in and fix my brassy, yellow bleached hair & got in 3 hours later. Nahid took my hair from a damaged, yucky pale brassy yellow & gave me an amazing toned, shadow root, dimensional hair due. I am so happy & I got a ton of products. I spent a lot of money but its worth it. I did an olaplex treatment and just couldnt be happier. THANK YOU.

And my hair dresser, Nahid would always come over to make sure i was okay and comfortable. i asked for a balayage and she gave me EXACTLY what i wanted and more! Nahid the owner did an AMAZING job on my hair. I had blonde balayage with highlights and a cut. She was very attentive to make sure the color of blonde I wanted and frequently kept checking it. When the foil was done processing she immediately took that piece out and let the others continue to finish. When I say my hair is amazing I’m not lying. I am EXTREMELY picky and protective over my hair. I highly recommend her and her salon Paisley. Decor was modern and peaceful. Salon was very clean and she took extra precautions making everything sanitized and keeping 6ft or more spacing from others in salon. The products she used smelled delicious and were vegan. Overall she listened to everything I asked and I got exactly what I wanted and more!

I went in with pink hair and came out with a BEAUTIFUL balayage of chestnut, honey, and copper. The pink was a little tough to get out but it was done with skill and my hair feels so healthy! Also the shampoo suggested to me (ColorProof) not only has conditioner thats smells like sugar cookies, but leaves my hair so soft. Its by far the best salon suggested shampoo I have found, and I have tried many.I recently moved to the area and found this place based on reviews and photos. As we all know, trying to find a good hair stylist is difficult to say the least. I have tried a number of hair salons only to be disappointed until now. I have very fine hair and those of you with the same issue know how difficult it is to find someone who knows how to cut and style this type of hair. I have now been to Paisleys Salon three times and each time I get the excellent service I expect and a great haircut each time. The owner of the company is very involved with her stylists and customers and is always ready to help and answer questions when needed and is very good at what she does. The attitude and atmosphere that she and the other stylists create is warm and relaxed. They do an excellent job and their prices are very reasonable. You guys are my go-to salon. Great job ladies! You are all awesome!

Over charged for color and style nobody noticed my hair had been colored and style not worth 100 dollars

The stylists here were so positive and friendly; I left with an amazing, professional style, an uplifted mood, and a surprising amount of extra free time without feeling rushed. I love my hair style, and the overall experience was awesome! I highly recommend it!

Let me preface this with the fact I was a walk-client wanting to get my hair bleached. That being said, I wasn’t expecting to be given much attention and just being rushed along, BUT I was so wrong! My hair dresser was Lana and she was AMAZING! My hair had been previously bleached in one section and she made sure to give extra care for that area and explain to me why she was doing so. She spent lots of time with me and made me feel like I wasn’t a burden. The area she bleached is fabulous and so soft, there is no damage. She gave me tips for keeping my hair looking really good and how to keep my color (which I’m doing on my own) in longer. My hair is healthy, beautiful and exactly what I envisioned and asked for! I 100% recommend this location, Lana especially, and will be coming back!

I’ve only been to this salon twice the first time I had no issue I liked my hair cut and color but this last time was the deal breaker! I have never ever received such a TERRIBLE hair cut like the one I received there. I asked for a “lob” (long bob) but ended up with a disfigured a-line that cost me $145 with color The hair stylist was nice enough to style my hair which I thought was nice of her because they charge extra for style and is why I didn’t notice the horrific cut because of the way it was curled inward hiding the cut. A few days pass and I had straightened my hair and noticed the monstrosity. Backtracking to before I got the haircut, I had showed her pictures of what I wanted and the hair stylist said she remembered me and the way she had cut my hair before so I put my trust in her and ended up with the pictures that I’ve attached. I also wanted my hair color died pure jet black but the hairstylist insisted that I get blue black and once I said no, she persisted with the suggestion and my hair color ended up looking blue black in the light. Not only was the style and color messed up but the length was also not right. I wanted my hair slightly passed my shoulders and ultimately was left disappointed and embarrassed. When we called the salon, the salon owner was nice and offered to fix it but I couldn’t have “fixed” it without going shorter to above my chin to even out the length something that I never wanted. Mind you, during the cut I had expressed concerns to the length and the stylist claimed to have known what she was doing. Moral of the story and my experience is that if you are looking for a change in hair I wouldn’t recommend paisley hair salon. After seeing these pictures I hope you think twice before stopping in this salon and giving them your money.

I made a reservation at Paisley in anticipation of a big event. It was for a vintage updo, which took a bit to communicate to the stylist. Using a picture I brought with me she was able to accommodate what I needed and I received so many compliments on my hair!All the staff were friendly, polite and took an interest in the event for my son’s school.Unfortunately, my hair was damaged by the blow drying and curling.

I called the morning of and they easily got me in for an appointment that afternoon. They did a great job coloring my hair and trimming it, softening some of the more blunt layering I had in it.

I have been coming here for a few months now and will not go anywhere else. The staff is extremely kind and knows me and the place is clean and inviting. They have a nice coffee beverage maker and always offer a drink.I have worked with a few of the stylists and have been 100% satisfied each time. I feel that everyone here does an incredible job. My last visit was with T for a cut and all over color with highlights. She paid close attention to detail with the highlights and it turned out amazing! I highly recommend T, she is very kind and fun to work with and does an amazing job with razoring and layering.For brow threading, Wasan is the go to here! She has been helping me shape my brows for a more natural full look. This girl knows what she is doing!Overall this place gets 5 stars!!

I’m visiting from California and was recommended this salon. I had such a wonderful experience and the haircut I got was absolutely beautiful. My hair was long and coarse but Nahid trimmed my hair and gave it beautiful layers. She even recommended shampoo and conditioner to help repair my dry hair. I keep getting complements on my hair now. The staff were so friendly and the inside of the salon was so beautiful, I highly recommend this place!

I literally called everywhere to try to takeoff a bad perm it damage my hair so bad This is the only place I was able to take a look at my hair and did a couple test Everything was so professional my hair turned out so beautiful back to life I couldn’t be any more happy with the result I will never ever go with anyone else for my hair! Ive been coming here for a few years now. My mom gets her hair cut and colored here and it always turns out so well. I usually go in just for a cut, but I also have had my hair styled for both Homecoming and a wedding and it was gorgeous both times! Both my mom and I get threaded here, too. They do a fantastic job every time and I always get so many compliments on my hair!

I have medium to long hair. I am a simple wash and go girl (no color, Im ok with my gray hair and low maintenance). I hadnt had my hair trimmed for a while due to COVID-19. I needed about 2 inches trimmed off of my hair. I paid $55 to have my hair trimmed?! WTH!? Not only that, but my appointment was at noon and I didnt even get started on for about 30 minutes passed that scheduled appointment. My appointment was with Nahid, and she pawned me off on someone else, it was obvious to me that she had a better appointment to do with highlights and color. The girl that cut my hair was great, I dont know her name though. But seriously, all that was done was she wet my hair and put some conditioner in it, then trimmed 2 inches off (I dont do layers or anything fancy) and quickly did a blow dry. Then it was Thatll be $55 please. Ill go somewhere else from now on.

My highlights and cut turned out good. I do feel I was over charged. Looking at menu I paid $50.00 more than what they say they are charging when you look online. Just make sure you get price up front. I did feel like they were charging more because I had not been there before.

Paisley Salon is amazing!!! They fit me into their schedule at the last minute and treated me like a queen. I was getting a cut and balayage and have never been so happy with the result. Nahid was my hair stylist and she listened to what I wanted and took time to ask me questions before starting. She gave me exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be coming here from now on. Highly recommend this salon!

This was an amazing salon! Lana cut and styled my hair and listened to exactly what I wanted. She took her time to make sure I liked it and checked in along the way! Would definitely recommend and will be going back for sure!

My spouse Priscilla and I both went it for haircuts. They were able to get us in right away, which was AMAZING since I called later in the day. I had T she was SPECTACULAR! This hands down is one of the best haircuts I have ever had. She explained to me what she was doing each step. From framing my face to texturizing my hair. I love my hair! Great friendly place and staff!

Not sure why so many reviews are 1 stars all in such a short time! It doesnt make any sense because Paisley Salon and Spa is a wonderful place, I wonder if all these reviews are truthful and from people who actually have been here. I have been a customer since they opened this beautiful salon. Nahid is very sweet and professional. I get Brazilian Blow Outs here with her and she ALWAYS does an amazing job! I have a lot of hair, but she is very efficient. My hair is silky smooth after the treatment and my husband loves it. She also did my hair and makeup for my wedding and I still get so many compliments on my photos. Every time I go in to get a haircut, everyone is nice and I am seen promptly. Their prices are fair and the customer service is top notch, you can tell that they care about the happiness of their clients. I am so happy with everything and all the services they provide.

This is the second time I have been here and each time I have walked out loving my hair. I didn’t have an appointment and they got me in right away. Nahid cut my hair and did a fantastic job with my long layers and framing my face. I am always nervous my hair is going to be too short and she took that into consideration when cutting. I couldn’t be more pleased with the customer service and my hair. I think I found my new salon. Plus if you want your nails done or waxing it’s a one stop shop!

I have been a client at Paisley Salon and Spa since they opened four years ago. I have always been treated with respect and dignity from all of the professional Paisley staff. I love the warm environment and especially the freshly brewed coffee. This is a chic, high end salon with reasonable prices. I always receive excellent service and my wife loves my hair cut every time. Now my wife and two daughters have become permanent clients at Paisley. I recommend Paisley to everyone!
