Traci Morris I s incredible! Shes an artist that can find the right undertones for your skin color and is super affordable! She has completely updated my look and I will never go anywhere else. Salon West might have a 3.9 rating but Traci is a 10 out of 5.

Rosalee is the absolute BEST! She takes her time and ensures I look fabulous every time I leave her chair!

Stylist ruined my hair. Not stating names. Pick your stylist carefully. If they have alot of openings there is a reason.

I went to implicit salon with Heather and she is the best! I have always been over protective of who I let do/cut my hair and I have finally found someone that I will definitely go back to. I have been going to Salon West for many,many,many years! Its very clean and cheery and offers many services from hair to nails to massages and facials! All the people that work in there are very friendly and make you feel at home! Bonnie has done my hair for over 20 years and does a great job! I cant say enough about how fabulous this place is and would highly recomend it to anyone!!

On 4/5/18 Heather of Implicit Salon gave me beaded weft extensions. Not even 5 days later the entire right side had to be re-done. It is now 4/16 and what was left of the extensions are gone. I had beads to close together putting tension on each other, weft hair in beads on other wefts, and even pieces of real hair in two different beads, and it was all falling out. It was painful and embarrassing. Any who knows hair knows that this is wrong. I had the extensions taken out (two wefts left) by a separate stylist who said there is no doubt heather damaged my hair, and called the instal “sloppy and unprofessional at best.” She said it looked like someone had watched a YouTube video. When I contacted Heather she claimed it was the humidity. We live in one of the driest climates in the country. Nice try.

I have come here 3 times now to see Heather twice for color and once for a cut and every time she does an amazing job! She is awesome to talk with and she knows what she is doing! Everyone else in the salon in extreamly nice and I will always come here for my salon needs!

Absolutely horrible! I wish I could give -5 stars. The greatest hairstylist (sarcasm) that works their is extremely unprofessional and will likely change her prices while youre in the chair. This place is an absolutel rip-off which was apparent since there was not a single customer in the place. Rumor has it that Heather is the person you want to stay away from. It appears her professionalism reaches only to her friends and is not welcoming to new clients. Take your money elsewhere!

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. What a sad excuse for a business. I had purchased a Groupon where it said color melt Heather said that she told Groupon to take it off and since they didnt that I was out of luck. She would have to charge me more and was so rude to me. She would also have to charge another $45 for toner and because my hair is past my shoulders - come on. Its really quite a joke. She obviously is not getting any business since it was like crickets in there- I can see right through her and what a rude person she is. Apparently everyone else on here can too. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

What an awful experience! I went in to see Heather to get a balayage highlight done now that I had 100% virgin hair again. Im not sure what her definition of balayage is, but thats not what I paid $250 for. The color isnt close to what I requested and its completely uneven in the front. It looks like half my head got highlighted. When I followed up with her about it, she told me (after all was said and done) that she couldnt do what I had requested from my reference photos and felt it was one of the best ones she had ever done. She was slightly snarky on the phone, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. She agreed to see me again for a consultation. WOW! I went in with my husband and she just mocked and berated us. She was so petty when I told her I had gotten a second opinion from the owner of a cosmetology school downtown, this is also a dear fiend of mine and some I trust greatly, and multiple friends of mine who have gotten it done in ONE sitting. I have never felt so belittled or taken advantage of. She was so unprofessional, nasty and rude. She refused to give me a refund, and when my husband threatened small claims court SHE RECORDED US so she could prove she was willing to redo it and I refused. Of course I refused! It was botched the first time, she has horrendous reviews and shes a been a nightmare to interact with. She doesnt take pride in her work, or have any sort of customer service. DONT GO!!

Great service and location, every person there is an independent business owner, but they all work great as a team. Marina, who is a licensed massage therapist and esthetician, is very knowledgeable and eager to answer questions. I had an amazing massage and then came back to get my teeth whitened, instant results and I could not be happier. Had my haircut there as well, the staff is truly great.

Heather at Implicit is amazing! I found her with a Groupon 6 months ago and I wont go to anyone else! She really knows her way around some frizz and and curls.

Heather was extremely rude and unprofessional towards me and a customer who came in after me. She told me that my hair was disgusting and said she would only do it for the money. When I decided to go with a different stylist she confronted me rudely and then convinced her co worker not to do my hair. And then proceeded to offend her coworkers ability. This was completely unprofessional and i would not ever reccomend someone to go there.

My hair looks fab but when a customer asks for something that could potentially be more money then what they are expecting it should be made known right away so a decision can be made at that time whether or not the extra money is approved, not at the very end of the service and then you are expected to pay. Had I known I would have declined, to me that is just shady business which is the reason for my rating.

I called and left Christina a message 3 different times over a month time frame to schedule a shellac manicure, NEVER received a call back! I bought a Groupon, they even contacted her, they relayed she would call me within 3 days, NEVER received a call back. No customerservice! Extremely disrespectful for running a business!I refunded the Groupon.

I called and had ask to make appt for my 17yo daughter to get hair cut.. She requested for Chris Brown to get it done, but he took my number, but didnt have no intention of calling me back. I called back and had ask for Heather, spoken with her. And said that she cant do my daughters hair.? I had ask her why?? Heather stated, Im sorry but we cant deal with Her anymore?? (I had a long pause and thought to myself) did they get my daughter mistake for another person? I took my daughter there about 5 months ago for the first time... But for Heather to reject services for my daughter was very appalling !! She blatantly insist that she wasnt going to have my daughter there and no one was going to deal with her.... WTH !!! What kind of business would say that to anyone, we have dealt with this salon just once, and my daughter had like what Heather did last time and wanted to return... She recommended Chris for her hair type... But Im as heart broken to hear that from this place... I wouldnt recommend this place for anyone to experience such Rude and Appalling remarks... I will need to report them to the Better Business BureauSHAME ON YOU, HEATHERKarma!!!! Will get you someday....
