The first time I visited Dr.MKs lovely clinic was two years ago. I was so impressed then by the amiable and warm atmosphere created by her and all the staff. It has always been a comfortable and enjoyable experience every time I visit her Augusta office during the entire Invisalign treatment. Today I have finished my journey with the braces, and I am very satisfied and happy with the results. I think MK is not only an excellent orthodontist but also a tasteful artist. She knows the tricks how to make people look more beautiful.😁 So, I highly recommend MK to everyone who is looking for a professional orthodontist and a caring supporting team. I started going to MK when I was 10, I had been traumatized by the other place I had been to and they gave me spacers that hurt a lot and they forced them into my mouth I tried two other places before MK, just to see what they were like but I don’t feel safe, like I could trust the people that were working with my teeth or that I would want to see them almost 3 times a month. The first time I went to MK they already told me everything they would be doing in the next 3-5 years and what would happen and I felt safe and like I could trust these people. 4 years after going to MK i now have a beautiful smile and I am very happy with what my teeth turned out looking like, so if anyone of looking for a orthodontist I suggest MK Orthodontics they gave me the amazing smile I have today and I am sorry thank for everything they did for me!!💕

Went to the orthodontist when I was little at a different location and hated that experience as a whole. This place is a complete different experience. Wonderful wonderful caring staff. I highly recommend MK Orthodontics! Dr. MK and the staff are wonderful and so much fun to visit. You start out as a patient and leave as a friend.

Great office, quick and efficient staff. HOWEVER no ability to leave a message after hours either on a machine at the office or a message with an answering service. Not great when you have an unexpected complication and can’t make an appointment and you need to cancel and trying to avoid a cancellation fee.

MK and staff appear friendly but it is superficial. In reality they are self-centered and unaccommodating. They made a serious scheduling mistake regarding needed follow-up - claimed to have called once but we did not receive a message and in any event they never followed up with a second call or text to either number on file (at least they eventually admitted that) - and then months later they got in touch again and my son has had to go through surgery and a series of follow-up appointments, which all could have been much less serious, painful, and expensive if they cared and did their job well. They compounded the error by refusing to acknowledge the mistake, offer an apology, help by making any of our requested schedule adjustments to help us get the problem taken care of in way that helped my son meet his commitments, and simply stated if we did not like it we could find another orthodontist. I would never treat one of my clients this way. MK and staff all smile and act nice so long as things are going their way, but in reality it is all about them. MK and her staff need to learn a little humility and customer service. I’d look elsewhere.

Excellent experience for our son. He was so very nervous and Brittany and Dr. MK were patient and compassionate. I already knew how great the staff was because of my husbands treatment; however; getting to experience Dr. MK and her staff was fantastic. Thank you all for treating Nathaniel, Jason and myself as if we were family.

MK Orthodontics is fabulous! They are always pleasant and friendly. They always take the time to listen to my concerns or comments and take plenty of time to discuss treatment and answer any questions I may have. My kids love going! (Thats right, love going. The waiting area is furnished with fun tablets to play with, and the staff make every visit enjoyable).

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time with MK, the staff is always friendly and ready to help with everything I need. The office is beautiful, there is entertainment in case of a wait and I always got to finish my visit with a gooey cookie.
