I had a 7:30 AM appointment, which isnt bad because I am a morning person but I was really struck by how friendly and comfortable the staff made me -- they were very considerate and personable. I really appreciated everyone and recommend Cooks Orthodontist for anyone, including adults. Dr. Cook was especially good with ensuring I got the care I was looking for and Ariana explained the processes I needed to know about my care very clearly. It was easy and an actually very pleasant experience.

The moment I walked through the door, greeted by Kathleen, I was comforted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Everyone was kind and light hearted, professional and knowledgeable, and this made me feel at ease. Through every step of the process, I was guided and informed by Ariana, Laurie, and Dr. C. I have a better understanding of why I need orthodontic care, what to expect moving forward, and best of all, they helped me determine that my insurance covers the costs! I highly recommend Cook Orthodontics!

We are so thankful that we chose Cook Orthodontics when it was time for our daughter to get braces. It was such a positive experience. Everyone there is so nice. Whenever she had a wire that needed a trim they got her right in. Even when Covid19 hit last year and businesses had to temporarily shutdown, she was able to be seen for an emergency visit. When she got her braces off everyone there was so happy for her. They really do care for their patients.

Cook’s Orthodontics is a great family oriented practice. The minute you walk thru the door you are treated as part of their family. The atmosphere is great and they have decorated for the next holiday. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. We started with this practice before COVID-19 pandemic and were able to experience their pre-COVID procedures and then during. Yesterday I completed 3.5 years of orthodontia, and I couldnt be more pleased with the results. While I initially hoped to minimize a space after I lost a tooth, through great care at Cook Orthodontics, my teeth were aligned for a better bite, spacing for all teeth was improved, and I again have a dazzling smile. My mature teeth were slow to move, but the team was patient, creative, and diligent in the course of my treatment. Awesome people. Everyone was helpful if I had questions, and knew the best time to take them off (just prior to a vacation to Switzerland). Never had an issue that was emergent. Always friendly staff that explains everything. Both Dr Cooks are great with kids and parents. Convenient payment arrangements. Only draw back is they arent open Fridays, but you find a way to make it work. Would (and have) highly recommended them!

Im so happy I went to Cook Orthodontics to get my braces! I was nervous going because Im in my 30s but I cant even explain how absolutely amazing the whole staff is. They make you laugh and feel comfortable every step of the way. They cheered and clapped for me the day I got my braces off and gave me a goodie bag of candy and such that I couldnt eat while I had my braces on and a balloon. I saw Dr. Cook for my second round of Invisalign after my regular dentist couldn’t get my teeth quite right (don’t make the mistake I did- come here first!!) My experience was as pleasant as it could’ve possibly been. The staff at Cook Orthodontics made sure that I understood the full process and that all of my questions were answered before I committed to the grueling process I was about to undergo. I had to have double jaw surgery and The orthodontist made sure that I was in the very best position to have it done, with as little time as possible remaining to be in braces. Even after the surgery they did everything possible to make sure my comfort was a priority. They even went as far as bringing blankets in from their car to keep me warm while I was feverish, contact the surgeon when my medication wasn’t working properly, or even rubbing my arm for comfort when a procedure was uncomfortable.
