An orthodontist should not be on vacation for a week straight, let alone without allowing anyone to leave a voice message. My retainer has been lost since the beginning of the week, and we cant even leave a message to let them know. thankfully my teeth dont move that quickly and it wont be that big of a deal, but imagine if someones band, or wire broke on monday... theyd be in severe pain for a week or more. Please, dont ever do this again.

I was in braces for five years and they are not straight. Some of the people are nice but over all just a waste of time

I absolutely love this place. I am a single mom with 3 kids who all have braces. The office is always accomodating, kind, caring and personable. They are thorough and are especially sensitive to my busy and hectic schedule. They have taken amazing care of all 3 of them and especially the 2 that have had difficult oral surgeries. I am so grateful for how they treat us and especially how great they are to my kids!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I had Dr. Glad for 6 years as a teenager for my orthodontic work and didnt see any issues; staff are friendly and not patronizing when explaining something. HOWEVER, that is no longer the case in one incident I have just experienced. I get it, dentists and orthodontists are not considered essential unless it is an emergency. I called to report a broken wire which was not immediately causing harm though was quite irritating. I was told by the person triaging calls unless it is bleeding or has a sever sore she would not be seen. My reply was So we have to wait until its a problem before treating it? seems to me an honest question. However, the person must have had a rough start to her day because what ensued was a patronizing and attitude filled response for over an entire 60 seconds from how they cant open the office, she is calling from home, an extraordinary description of severe issues warranting a visit, how the state can pull their license to practice and how everyone else breaks things and cannot be seen. Id had enough, I am an essential worker as a social worker and do not feel the need to be spoken to in this way since I am on the front line assisting my clients to research, locate, problem solve and brain storm ways to obtain resources and get their needs met. So I interjected to suggest I did not need a lecture, have a good day, buh bye. Moral of the story? Just because you are offended by a questions doesnt mean you have to respond in an offensive manner.

There is no on call service for emergency situations. My son has braces and had an appointment this past week and the new wire they put in his mouth just came un hinged from his mouth. Tried to get a hold of the doctor and there was no answer machine or a emergency service line set up. Never heard of such a thing, damn well believe I will be letting it known on Monday how I feel about this.

Highly recommend! Great staff that truly do care about patients!

Were able to get an appointment way faster than at any other orthodontist that accepts our insurance. Easy to navigate to. And small in size which helps with childs anxiety

Back in 1991- 1997 this Horrible doctor, Glad ruin my teeth for the rest of my life. He stripped my enamel off and now my teeth are falling out because he wouldnt take them off either. We were on Mainecare! I hope he gets sued for malpractice

He is very caring and doesnt waste a lot of time. He listened to your problems and works to correct them. All the assistants are very friendly and happy. I enjoy their services and committment. Very thorough and especially warm environment.

Extremely rude and and lack of intelligence is strong with this one. His methods for braces is significantly different than most (extremely old fashioned) and he doesnt keep up with advances in the medical industry, as it appears today.

Seemed to just waste a lot of time doing nothing to improve my teeth. Got them off early at 18 months because nothing was changing - and now they look worse than they did before treatment.

Is the office opened back up? Or is it still closed due to the virus?

I dont agree with their policies at all. I missed an appointment due to unforseen circumstances and because I missed it they refused to reschedule the appointment at all because it was an initial appt. I could see if it was a repeated offense that happened often but not the first appointment. So much for customer service.

Business nobody pick up the phone

They are very rough and you never have the same person, its always someone different. They took mine off before they were straight and you can even see it on my retainers. Very poor service.
