The whole staff here is phenomenal they are very efficient, and very kind. They do their absolute best to take great care of their clients. I was in and out in record time. I couldnt be happier with Kosnoski Eye care and the entire staff. Highly recommend them.

It took over 90 minutes to do an eye exam. Doctor was nice, but their process had lots of waiting. Receptionist was very condescending when I had to leave. Also rude when my spouse tried to pick up my contacts and refused service and made her wait outside for 20 minutes.

Everything is great!! Except Front desk could have better costumer service. I got sense of we don’t want you to be here with children, the clinic should look into that if that’s the case. I have been bringing my older two boys to Kosnoski for over 7 years and front desk had always been very courteous. Always had felt welcome!! Except for this last time and one other instance and I only saw that gal there that one time in 2018.

Dr flaherty was great. front desk gal that was younger was rude and i recieved nothing but resistance. not coming back, can find something closer to my home. tipping point.

My eye exam was excellent. and very complete. I was given the status of my vision, my options as well as the doctors opinion on how to proceed. It was exactly the kind of evaluation I was hoping for.

I’ve tried to give these people many chances but they are just terrible. From disinterested to down right rude, they really need to over haul their staff. They don’t help with glasses fittings, they will barely look at you or speak to you- and I’ve been coming here for years and it gets worse each time! Beware- their hours are not accurate. Even if they tell you that you can come for a glasses pick up in the morning, the building could be all closed. I even called they they said “oh we are just running late..” an hour late? Please don’t tell me I can come in if you won’t be there, so unprofessional. Find a different place, these people are not worth the time or money.

Loved my exam! Front desk could be a little more friendly. When you have to wear a mask tone is everything!

AWESOME experience!! The office is very clean and they are taking every precaution making sure everything is extra clean during COVID; cleaning every surface, pair of glasses, etc., after being touched by anyone. The staff is amazing! My first encounter was with Jami. She met me at the door and took my temperature before I entered the office. She checked me in for the appointment...she’s very professional and nice! Next, on to the Tech, Casey! Also very professional and good at her job! She did all the testing on my eyes like a pro! On to Dr. Kosnoski! Very knowledgeable with a great sense of humor!! He helped me decide what lenses would work best for my lifestyle and what I was looking to get out of them. The staff helped me find the right frames and placed my order and I was out the door in a timely manner! I highly recommend, Kosnoski Eye Care in Auburn!

With an extremely difficult prescription, they worked really hard to get me great glasses. I will keep them as my regular place.

Kosnoski Eye makes you feel completely safe and eases any concerns with the spread of COVID-19 happening. I was nervous because of the current pandemic, but the staff is amazing. They take your temperature before you even enter the building and have hand sanitizer available everywhere. Everything is sanitized between patients and of course, theres social distancing and required mask wearing. I felt so taken care of and enjoyed my visit immensely. Thank you!

Absolutely terrible. Nothing short of just a terrible business. No information they give you, they never call you, you have to guess whats going on. The staff that work there give you an attitude when you ask a question.

Abosolutly the worst place to buy glasses. They completely botched every aspect of my daughter’s glasses, and offered nothing but a poor apology as compensation. The staff here is has no idea about customer service and are only out to get your money.

I recently had a vision emergency at work. I called very late in the day and the staff still scheduled me to come in without a fuss. I was taken care promptly. I received a thorough exam. The staff were friendly and efficient from start to finish.

I have only started wearing glasses since I hit my 40’s. I recently became a patient of Kosnoski Eye Care, using both the Auburn and Federal Way offices, as convenient to my location at the time. I started with single vision (I relied on “cheaters” previously), however, I was encouraged to prepare myself for progressive lenses. I waited a year before finally deciding it could no longer be delayed. The teams in both offices were absolutely fantastic in supporting my high maintenance questions and reassurance. Their patience and support have secured my future business and all referrals. Although it was tough to get used to the frames/lenses, they were right. It took a couple of weeks. So grateful to have my vision back!Well done, Kosnoski Eye Care!

It was a great experience. The front desk was professional and courteous. The tech was very at explaining what to do for each test and Dr Thakker was very thorough. She had the tech perform an extra test and requested my chart notes from an eye specialist I had seen in Seattle.

Front desk is super rude competely made me change my mind about making an appointment. The man literally has no customer service skills whatsoever expected more from a professional office.

I absolutely love the staff here! From checkin all the way to picking my glasses. They ladies were fast and prompt. The technician Casey was very patient and took her time explaining every step of the way.

Everyone was friendly at this facility from the front desk to the doctor. They even double checked my insurances to make sure I was getting the best coverage.The doctor explained to me everything about my daughters eyes and now I have a better understanding of her eye health.I would definitely recommend this office to anyone needing eye care.

I love Kosnoski Eye Care. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They are always willing to review your insurance to get you the best deal and savings. I would highly recommend them! I have been beyond pleased with them.

Update: Two years later and Im still blown away by the unfriendliness of the staff. If it werent for Dr. K being funny, kind, and competent, I would have left long ago.My review from 2019:Ive been coming here for years. Dr. K is consistently great. The opticians are consistently great. But the front desk staff ALWAYS acts annoyed and condescending with me and every other patient, both on the phone and in person. I always try to be extra cheery and kind but it doesnt work. To those reviewers on state aid who have also experienced this, and have thought it was discrimination against them - I dont think thats the case, as I have private insurance and they treat me condescendingly too. They just dont seem to like anyone. 🙂

They dont share your PD measurements with you so that youre forced to return and see them again instead of saving money and buying glasses online. Theyre fine aside from being greedy.

Smooth check-in and flow throughout the appointment and kind and professional people. Procedures in place for infection prevention too, didn’t affect my experience at the appointment.

Scheduling has problems. After a month waiting find out that I didn’t have an appointment. Time is money,.

Went here with an eye emergency, and was able to get an appointment the day of, which was fantastic. However I found myself being greeted by this seemingly indifferent staff, both doctors and receptionists. When I was told I couldnt wear contacts for a while, and mentioned to the doctor I didnt have an active prescription for glasses, the doctor just commented that it would have been good to have a set, and seemed uninterested in aiding any further. I actually had to go visit another eye doctor after this one for an eye exam and a new prescription. The office was clean, no one was rude, but It just wasnt good.

I have been a patient for over 3 years and have always found the staff to be friendly, courteous, and professional. The eye tests are performed competently (I didnt even feel the measurement of my cornea!). The office is clean and UTD. Dr Kosnoski is very knowledgeable, explains the test results, and answers questions. Would definitely recommend this office!

I have been a patient here for 4 years and used to love the staff. The last 2 times I’ve scheduled an appointment the woman seemed inconvenienced by my phone call. Thinking of switching providers due to the unwelcoming nature of the front desk alone...

I took my 3 year old in for an eye exam today and they were fantastic!!! He is wild at times but they were all extremely patient with him! We look forward to many more visits!

Ive been taking two children here for a few years. The clinic is in a convenient location on East Main Street and the office inside is clean and orderly.The medical services are offered competently and professionally.Some of the front office staff, however, are unusually abrasive and loud. I dont enjoy my visits here. Rude, condescending check-in person seemingly treats patients differently depending on who their insurer is.

People here was friendly.But paperwork took 30 minuts !!!! So many pages and questions ! Would be better to email it to me before appointment ? My employer do not pay my absents.

I called this clinic my doctor suggested it and the customer service was horrible! I called to make an appt and after asking a bunch of questions she said our system is down we will call you when we can schedule you. Excuse me? You didn’t know your system was down at the beginning of the phone call? Needless to say I never got a call back. I called again and was given the same horrible customer service no thanks there are plenty of other eye doctors out there.

Whenever youll be considering to get a new pair of glasses from Kosnoski Eye Care beware, on top of the regular optometric services (which is usually covered by your vision insurance) they may consider charging you for the Comprehensive Exam, Medical, which will be coordinated to your primary medical insurance and likely cost you some extra money. Remember, you have already gave your consent for that (and who knows which else) extra service when you signed their service agreement. Bad practice by Kosnoski Eye Care!

I scheduled an eye exam with one of the receptionists working there. I called off work to attend this appointment. Needless to say, I arrived on time and was told that they had never received a call from me to schedule an appointment. The receptionist (blonde) was extremely rude, and told me to schedule for another time. I refused and left with a complete utter disappointment from this so called “professional” place. I am never coming back.

Shoppers beware, HONTZ, JESSICA E is NOT worth your time, she is only interested in your money. As a doctor, she does not explain anything, she is a poor listener; she spends as minimum time with a patient as possible. After she got what she wants (a reason to bill you for more money), she will avoid seeing you. I will tell everyone I know and every neighbor in my area not to see her. Go visit them on the Better Business bureaus website, there are similar complaints that have already been filed.As of today (3/30/2016) 45 days after my eye exam; I still have NOT receive a new glasses prescription; the things I got from her are frustrations and the unexpected medical bill.I was in for a routine eye exam but was billed for a lot more….. One of the items is the Fundus Photos, if it was not part of the routine eye exam. Why did not HONTZ, JESSICA E advice the patient and ask for permission before she takes the photo? I did not request it nor have the budget for it, and obviously I did not benefit from this service.Its a given that when human age, sooner or later we all will develop cataracts, I dont need to pay $120 to discover it, if she had tell me she was performing something that was not a part of the routine exam, I definitely will say no. But she never asked me, or getting my permission.I totally understand that she was determined to find a “medically condition” on me so she can get more money, but if the routine eye exam cant find a medical condition, any further service she does she should get my permission first. I am requesting that the error be corrected, that any finance and other charges related to the disputed amount be credited as well, and that I receive an accurate statement.

Purchased glasses for my routine last year, and broke them accidently, so i called and when i showed up later that day, they had a new pair and quickly swapped out the lens and i was on my way in less than 7 minutes. OI call that great customer service.
