Always there for you!! I brought my glasses in they were a little loose, they replaced the frames at no cost!! I love these guys! Or girls! Or whatever! They are the best!

In the course of 10 minutes, they fixed my glasses and made my day better. Just by asking for my old glasses. They said they liked how I repaired it. Just wrap a wire around a sturdy point and done.

Needed a pair of glasses quick because of vacation and they got it taken care of in no time flat also they were super friendly and understood the situation easily

I was in a terrible situation I just sat on my glasses around 1 today and I looked it numerous places you still help then I found Site for Sore Eyes and the doctor was wonderful the service was wonderful and they were Lifesavers for me cuz I drive for Lyft and I wanted to make sure that I drive safely and the timing was perfect I was able to come in for a 4 p.m. appointment get my glasses like my six p.m. so everything was so perfect after I found this business

Absolutely amazing, I cannot say that enough. Dr. Lary is the best doctor Ive ever been treated by, in any medical discipline. Hes informative, honest and educational and actually a really nice guy. The staff are also wonderful and very willing to help in any way they can. I was really blown away by their customer service. They also have a great selection of glasses and sunglasses. Seriously, if you need an eye doctor, go here.

I’ve had the pleasure of visiting this office for two years now and I couldn’t be more impressed. All of the staff are incredibly knowledgable and, more importantly, have always looked out for my best interests: with both with vision and my budget. Dr. McPhaill is a strait shooter and has always presented me with the newest contact lens options...I can’t believe how much better the new stuff is. Highly recommend this office.

Have no idea why the other 2 folks had problems. // I had a great doc giving a great eye exam, then plenty of info to make good decisions from the other personnel. // Used some older frames for dark glasses and they came back in record time looking and feeling great. // All promises kept and top-notch customer service. The he** with Target or Walmart.

The service at this place is just simply awesome. They rescued me from a major disaster. I stayed in Auburn on an overnight trip and woke up in the morning to find one of my contact lenses missing from the case. I had a long day ahead of me which entailed a lot of driving...and there was no way if I only had vision from one eye. I called Site For Sore Eyes and explained my problem and they came to my rescue. I had to have my optometrist fax over a copy of the prescription (I didnt have a copy on hand) and it was ready for me when I arrived at the store. Not only did they have lenses stocked at the store, they gave it to be for free! How nice is that?!! Thank you Site For Sore Eyes --Auburn!

Dr is amazing but the ladies in the office are very unprofessional and rude.

Would never recommend this place in a million years, terrible service. Horrible experience across the board. Your better off going to Walmart!
