If i could give this place a 0 stars I literally would. I am not one to write reviews but what I experienced tonight was just too much. Long story short, there was a miscommunication between whether they accepted insurance or not and towards the end of my appointment when I went to ask once more of how I would be billed for my appointment they told me that I had to pay then and there in full. So I told them that there had to be a miscommunication somewhere and as I was going to pay, the manager Moon comes in and asks me what insurance do you have? Then she proceeds to ask me if “I was poor or something” because I have insurance. Like what? Guys, if you plan on coming here for a visit please consider my review. I have never experienced such a situation and this has left me devastated. I was honestly expecting a better experience here.

I just had my appointment at this place today and the manager Moon was just bluntly rude. She made me feel as if I was poor just for having insurance and then continued to look down upon me. I was also giving blood which took them poking me 3 times just to get it right. I never felt so nauseous after giving blood after today. Customer service and respect really does go a lonnggggg way and the manager who is there needs to learn that. Being rude to anyone and looking down upon them doesn’t make you a better human being. If any one decides to go here for an appointment please please please think about your dignity first, because they really did strip that away from me tonight.

International Medical Clinics is a wonderful clinic that is open to meet the needs of those who either have no insurance or their out of pocket is very high. They have flat fees and dont take insurance, so dont get upset if they wont bill your insurance. And dont confuse them with the International Medical Center up the street! They are two different places. I commend International Medical Clinics and their team for the excellent care they provide to their patients. And many of their providers are bilingual so they welcome all cultures. Thanks for all you do for the community!

This clinic is Absolutely the best. Went to this clinic since my other clinic did a very bad job in my blood work. Went to this clinic and got my results that same day and told me what I had. I highly recommend this clinic. The Dr and recepcionists are very nice and professional.

Went there on a Saturday afternoon because I have a terrible cough, and they were the closest urgent care open that is near my work. Upon going I found out they do not accept insurance, which was fine because the visit charge was only $75.00. The office staff was very nice. I thought it was strange that one of the doctors was sitting in the waiting room talking very loudly regarding investment opportunities. The doctor I saw was very nice, and the wait was short. The issue I had was that they wrote me a prescription for a cough medicine which I took to my normal pharmacy and the doctor forgot to write the strength of the cough syrup on the script. So I had to drive all the way back to the urgent care facility where they swapped out the prescription without the strength and dosage I fo for a correct one. By this time my normal pharmacist was closed so I went to 3 different pharmacies until I found a 24 hour one where they let me know that they do not carry that kind of cough syrup that it used to be common but is rarely used anymore. They also noted that the doctor had mistakenly not written the date on the prescription. All of this was very frustrating as I have a terrible cough and was exhausted from staying up all night coughing. The pharmacist at the 24 cvs was very helpful and tried calling them several times to see if they would be willing to call in a prescription for a more common cough medicine just so I could have some relief but they never answered. I spoke to the nurse at the urgent care and they told me I could either come back in a 3rd time for what is hopefully a valid prescription or take some mucinex. So overall a complete and total waste of time and money. I would have been better off waiting until Monday, (today) and going to my regular doctor. There was so many different shady things that happened I just told the nurse that i wouldn’t be going back.

I had satisfactory experience until they decided to do some very strange billing techniques. I went to the clinic between 2001- 2003. Whenever we went we had our Medical Insurance checked and they let us know what we owed. I have Tricare through the USAF. You would think service to the country would mean something, however I was not given a call or a statement to say there was any additional monies owed. Since then we moved to another town in Georgia and went to other Providers that always informed us of our balance due even after any initial payments. Now I have moved out of the state of Georgia in 2014 and our family relocated to Washington state. Now, it is 2016 and the most disturbing thing happens, I receive a collection notice of $36.55 from 2003 from the International Medical Center (Huynh M Tong, MD). There was no billing statements, calls or any form of contact before this point. I was totally mystified, horrified, upset to know that you would get placed into collections without being contacted in any way. It makes me wonder if it is true. I contact the collection agency (Stoneleigh Recovery Associates, LLC), they were amazing at getting me information from something so old and disturbing. They had many calls similar, which leads me to believe that something very wrong is happening. I tried reaching out to the facility, but the receptionist stated I would have to speak with their manager Ms Moon who will not be in before 2:00pm today. I dont feel hopeful that I would get a call back, but that is not the way to do business. I too, work in the healthcare industry, we review things very carefully before impacting peoples lives in a adversely negative way. For future do not treat your patients as if they are just random negative numbers.LadyO
