Very nice staff and professional nursing care. Its discouraging and wrong to hand a booklet describing a medical condition! People go to doctors to better understand a medical condition and hoping a medical professional will provide a detailed medical breakdown of what most people already have researched on our own! Also expected more support and was advised the social worker would be a part of family and patient care and support! Instead was given reading material, an Alzheimers support number and see you in 3 months! Needs more support, less material and more explanation of what is medically going on verbally! Seems the majority of people are getting material with links and numbers that offer nothing but a recording, or try your best shot at a few other numbers or no-organization help today! Simply put less paperwork, more support, real answers and explain medical condition so people can understand !!!

Poor customer service. made an appointment for MRI to be done in first week of July. My insurance requires 14 days for preauthorization which the representative had no clue about. felt uneasy so kept calling to make sure insurance was in place for appointment. just one day before my appointment i was told they had me as self paid and my insurance number was entered INCORRECT in the system so preauthorization couldnt be done. they needed 14 more days for preauthorization and start the process over and now the appointments are only available for end of August. almost 2 month delay in exam means at least 2 month delay in treatment but the representatives do not understand the pain patients are in. Worst Worst experience i have had at a medical facility. Called supervisors multiple times but no response from them either.

Registration was easy, Dr Faught and his resident were amazing, they spent lots of time with us and seemed to truly care about us.

Doc was great, but follow up with “call center” horrible. Kawana would never transfer me to the clinic or even her supervisor. Just left me on hold for 30min to try and get rid of me. Really bad follow up process Emory health care is just a mess.

Very upset and felt discriminated against to. I got there at 10:55 my appt. was at 11:00 am. I signed in at 11:10 because I spent almost 15 minutes finding a parking space. As I was waiting to see my doctor I was approach by the front office gentleman who told that I couldnt be seen until aftet 1:00 pm because the doctor was running late and I got there late. The grace period is 15 minutes, therefore I was not late. The times I came to this practice before I always have to wait for about an hour and this time I was punished for being 10 minutes late. Well, they just lost a patient because I am taking my business somewhere also.

Loved the follow up very nice staff, everyone was very friendly and helpful and welcoming.
