Andrea is highly knowledgeable and very customer oriented and focused on making sure she does everything that she tells you in the initial phone call. I called on a Friday and explained to her that I could only do it on a Saturday to keep from missing work. She sent me a text with the address and continuously followed up keeping me well informed of my appointment times..
