I live in Canada on the west coast and in August 2019 I realized that I needed to get my right knee fixed. I was 75 and any walking was hard and painful. I have almost died after 2 operations so was not into a knee operation. I looked at Stem Cell and found that Canada did not allow it. Called several places in the states and then I called Southern Stem Cell in Atlanta, a division of RegenCare. I got a call back right away from Dr. Richard Ambrozic. He was friendly and very willing to discuss all issues that I had. I decided to go to Atlanta and get Stem Cell Therapy on my knee. My experience was great and after I returned home Dr. Ambrozic was awesome. If I had a question I would call his cell and he would call back within a couple of hours , even on a Sunday evening. A YEAR AND A HALF LATER I WALK 2+ MILES 3 TIMES A WEEK AND HAVE NO KNEE PAIN.

After a family friend pointed me in the direction of regen care I can honestly say that I will be back. I was welcomed by the front staff with open arms. Understanding the concept of their work I read everything through and was told everything up front, there was no grey areas left unspoken. The medics and staff were amazing and made me feel at home. I will be back for some of the extra care products in the near future! Extremely happy with the whole staff!

I was extremely nervous before starting my treatment. I came in several times but hesitated on making the final decision for months. I was so concerned with the possibility of discoloration or irritation or just my face falling off in general. Im on my 4th treatment now and Kitt is phenomenal. She listened to my concerns, she has been extremely honest about the process and in our last session I was blown away by the progress when she showed me the pictures. Im referring her to my friends for sure. This process can be really intimate and slightly intimidating, Im grateful for Kitts professionalism, compassion and her expertise. Every time I come for treatment she shares more knowledge about the process and how its impacting my skin. Highly recommend working with Kitt and I cant wait to start on other spots of my body!

Dr. Ambrozic gave me nerve damage in my face from lip filler I had on June 25th, 2020. I called for a refund, never received a call back. It was excruciatingly painful and I have since been to a plastic surgeon to check them, and an ophthalmologist because it has been affecting me eyes since then as well. I am still in pain and having side effects from them and now on two prescription medicines for it (a nerve pill and a steroid). Stay away from this place. I dont know if my lips will go back to normal and it has obviously affected my intimate life and I am unable to drink alcohol and caffeine as well now because it increases sensitivity and pain. BIGGEST MISTAKE IN MY LIFE.Edited to add my response to owner response:I did a walk in on June 30th to take a picture of my file and batch number of the Restalyne. I was told by the other doctor I have been seeing that Defyne was a poor choice and a harder filler. I spoke with the male nurse who was in the room when you did my injections. I told him what was going on and had him look at them. I didn’t make an appointment. I would never have anyone there come near me with needles again. I’m traumatized. I was not numbed enough to do the procedure either. My face has been tingling on and off since I received them and nerve pain radiates to other parts of my body as well. I have no clue if this will ever go away. When I called for a refund and to tell my problems about 2-3 weeks after injections I was hung up on and not called back. I have no interest in having my problem corrected there and that’s why I didn’t come in to have them fixed which would cause further trauma to the area. The new surgeon won’t even dissolve them yet because of the damage and put me on steroids. It has now been two months and I am still having pain and unwanted changes to my life.

I would give Regencare less than 1 star if possible. Theyre using the Covid crisis to boost their profits testing for antibodies with a 15 minute turnaround time. They basically show you a disclaimer that your results could be inaccurate and then test away and collect $100. Then on the same disclaimer, they try and sell you B12 injections and immune boosting for $99 and other vitamins. What a joke.And a response that basically says, well charge you $100 for a false negative and then come back again and well retest you, charge you again , to actually give you more accurate results. This is why insurance wont cover the test...because its a scam. Remember folks, this is a tattoo removal establishment capitalizing on Covid.

I’ve used this place for tattoo removal and not only are they affordably priced, the treatments work! I’ve gone to other places that used the same machines, but they were very expensive and yielded little to no results. Not here! I am very happy with my choice and will try other services with them in the future!

Dr. Rick and his staff are wonderful! Came in today for some IV fluids before heading out of town and I felt hydrated almost instantly! Chris was so knowledgeable and gentle, I barely even felt the stick :) will definitely be back!

I got stem cell injections in my thumbs’ metacarpal joints in both hands Nov 22, 2019. As of today, March 10, 2020, my pain is less. The deep ache is not there now. They still ache when weather systems come through Atlanta, but I am only 3 1/2 months out now and hope to see further improvements. The staff at SSCI are very professional and kind. The adjunct therapies have helped and I hope to see further improvement thanks to Dr. Ambrozic and his staff and care in quality of stem cells! Hoping!!!

I have very thick dark coarse hair and I am on my fifth treatment with southern vein and laser center. I went from shaving twice a day to now maybe once a week. I have done my under arms, legs, and bikini. I am very pleased with my results and my experience. The staff is very friendly and the lasers are the best in Atlanta. Dr. A is the anti aging expert and has the best source of stem cell technology. Recently had a stem cell treatment and can already feel the benefits. His staff is courteous and professional. I recently continued my tattoo removal and decided to choose SVL to do so. They provide me with the most comforting experience and I would not want to go anywhere else! I recommend them for any laser treatment you are looking for!

Was there recently and had to wait a while before we got seen. Front desk lady was a bit lousy and abrupt but the female doctor was really informative and made us feel assured about everything. Overall good experience but just a bit of an initial shock.

Southern Vein and laser has the most advanced lasers with the quickest results. I have done laser hair removal on my legs, underarms, and bikini area and have NO hair after only a few treatments. I have also done the piko treatment for acne scars which Gives really quick results and the spider vein treatments to close off the veins in my legs. I Have always wanted laser hair removal and vein treatment but was skeptical on where to go because there are so many to choose from so I wanted to write a review to help others who may be skeptical. I have very thick, dark, coarse hair so to be hair free after a few months is a miracle! So happy with the professionalism of the staff and how I was treated at southern vein and laser.

Im using Dr Ricks picosure laser for tattoo removal. Hes doing a great job making sure Im as comfortable as possible and the laser is amazing!! Quicker than others and a clean erasure. The whole office and staff are amazing. I couldnt be happier with everything!

My first treatment was great, I liked the technician she was very knowledgeable. Unfortunately there is only one laser hair removal person to handle all of their living social/groupon users. This is such a disappointment and an inconvenient experience. The hours of operation for working adults are not a priority. There is only one late day that they take 5pm appointments (Thursday). Needless to say they fill up very quickly and with them advertising on living social there should be more time and technicians to accommodate the clientele. No Saturdays and closed the Friday before Labor day? They called me to reschedule and didnt even place me on the schedule in the same week as my original appointment. When asked about this, they said that the person scheduled me for almost two weeks later. Unacceptable, if THEY called me to cancel more provisions should have been made to accommodate my needs. I purchased this service from living social and I will not be returning, customer needs are not a priority and I have just lost money purchasing this deal.

I had stem cell therapy on January 31, 2019 for severe chronic nerve pain in my back for the last 9 years. I went to Dr. Ambrozics stem cell seminar with a friend and was able to talk to him afterwards. I made my appt to go in for my consult and had three injections before I left. I was scheduled to come back every other week to get in the hyperbaric chamber by a front office girl for three months. At three months she said I would see the doctor. I went in the office today for what I thought was my hyperbaric chamber appointment. The girl up front, Carolyn, said I was scheduled for a red light pad and oxygen. I told her I never schedule them because I live so close and call in before I come. This was approved by the office manager Andrea. Carolyn told me they had no other hyperbaric chamber appointments. It was the very same thing they told me last time. I asked if they could put me on the cancellation list and they said yes. I called every few days and no cancellations. I then asked to speak to the office manager and she suddenly came up with one the next morning. The girls up front had just said they had nothing. I told them I would have the Red light and oxygen done. Afterwards I asked to see Andrea the office manager and she does facials. Carolyn up front told me she was gone. I asked if she was gone for an hour, a day a week. Carolyn said she didnt know which was a lie. I left and got in my car and Andrea called screaming at me. I was so upset I had to.pull over. She accused me of yelling at Carolyn, pinning her in the corner, I would never pin down anyone let alone get that close to a stranger. She screamed at me because I wanted to see Dr. Ambrozic at my three month appt. I was told up front I would see him. I had no relief and had questions. I never thought I wasnt going to see the doctor again. They said I had to be scheduled with him and I told them I was. I was shocked again that I was being screamed at for wanting to see who I was scheduled to see. I was in management for ten years and we always solved patients problems. We knew they were very sick, neurology patients, and needed solutions. If they couldnt get in we put them on cancellation lists. If they needed the practice manager we got her. We didnt sit there without offering anything. We were compassionate to our patients. If any employee called one of our patients while they were driving home and screamed and chewed them out We would have been fired immediately. Andrea told me she and the other girls would decide if I could come back. She said I didnt need any of the things Dr. Ambrozic offered there. I guess she was referring to stem cell therapy, a special diet, tons of vitamins, hyperbaric chamber, electromagnetic pad which causes me.more nerve pain, IV Vitamins, Red light pad and oxygen. Based on her screaming that over the phone I would like to have a full refund sent to my home. A letter of apology from Andrea. She was so mad she basically screamed that I didnt need stem cell. When you read every day its a scam I guess she confirmed it. I do like Dr. Ambrozic very much and his wonderful nurse. Its unfortunate that Andrea ruined my only chance at getting well after 9 years of chronic nerve pain. I hope she never goes through this hell.

Upon arriving, the facilities were clean and receptionist so so sweet. I went back for my consultation and was very pleased with the knowledge of my esthetician, Brook Franklin. After the consultation she was willing to quickly go ahead and do the first treatment so that I wouldnt have to schedule one and come back. Alaina, Amy, Andrea, Lupe and other staff have been extremely friendly and accommodating. I had stem cell therapy for my knees about 7 months ago. While my knees do feel better, I am certainly not running a 5k as of yet but perhaps I need to be realistic about my expectations - it takes time to heal. Alaina really wants me to get better which is nice that she cares. They offer hyperbaric oxygen therapy as part of the healing process and 1st time I was so claustrophobic that I couldnt do it, but now I am addicted and look forward to my time in the chamber! I know there has been a lot of controversy lately around stem cell therapies but it is comforting to know that the company that they get the stem cells from has been FDA approved. I have also had IPL treatments (the results were amazing) and vivace micro needling (think I need a few more treatments to see a difference). Overall highly recommend as mentioned the staff has been great!

Dr. Ambrosic and Janna are unbelievable! I came in to see why I had some sores and spots on my legs and to my amazement, it was my veins. After 4 procedures I look and feel so much better. I used to have leg pain and was embarrassed by my legs, now I am ready for the beach and summer. They have been so friendly and helpful to me, I cant thank them enough!

Awful experience and would recommend AVOIDING here! Came in for an IPL photofacial. At no time was I told they recommend needing multiple treatments. I have permanent dark spots on my face that are 20XXX darker than they were before I visited SVLC. Now they tell me I need to spend another $600 for a 2nd treatment and they cant guarantee my skin will be better. Their customer service is AWFUL. Stay away from here!

All I can say is that I love seeing Dawn, I literally schedule my visits to Southern Vein and Laser Center around being able to see her. Dawn is amazing! Shes been a wonderful aesthetician. Before coming to SCVL, I priced other locations and compared equipment that Dr. Ambrosic & Dawn use in the office and SCVL beat the other quotes. Their equipment is the most up-to-date that you can find. Im having a successful tattoo removal of 2 very large place (a full chest piece & across from shoulder to shoulder back piece) and I use Latisse. Including all my visits to SCVL, Dawn was the best aesthetician I came across so now I ONLY will book with Dawn! I encourage anyone thinking about any type of treatment to seek out Dawn for the best experience...

Recently I visited the Southern Vein & Laser Center. They were chosen based on the number of positive reviews on the Internet. I was having a problem with a vein in my leg that had become painful as well as unsightly.Everyone there was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The staff was incredible in taking care of me, which is no easy task as I am a cynical and grouchy old senior citizen. But they made me feel welcomed and treated me like I was their favorite patient. Which in this day and time is uncommon treatment because most people don’t want to work, they just want a paycheck on Friday.When Dr. Ambrozic examined my leg he began talking about another problem I was not aware of. At first I thought, Great, this guy is trying to get some additional billing out of me. However, the more he talked and the more I listened - something I’ve never been accused of doing - the more sense he made. For all the questions I asked he gave understandable answers - something doctors have never been accused of doing - and I felt comfortable with the VNUS Closure Procedure after hearing his explanations.We talked for some time and he made me feel like I was the most important patient of the day. He seemed more interested in making sure I understood the procedure than he did about rushing out the door to the next patient. The more Dr. Ambrozic talked the more impressed I became, soon I realized he was not trying to increase the billing, he was genuinely concerned about my health and made me feel comfortable discussing the procedure. He is a good man who is very likable and, as it turns out, a darned good doctor.A few days later, when the VNUS Closure Procedure was performed, I became more impressed with Dr. Ambrozic. His nurse, who is wonderful and was incredibly helpful, had everything prepared when he came in the room and right away they made me feel at ease. Note: Dr. Ambrozic apparently has a knack for hiring nice people who are great at their job.There is an old saying, nothing looks easier than someone doing their job well. Dr. Ambrozic went right to work and made it look easy. In fact, it was over before I was sure he had started and he did both legs.But here is what I’m most thankful for: I’m a disabled vet and have had trouble with my feet hurting for about ten years. I had resolved myself to the idea I would be in a wheel chair in a few more years as the pain in my feet increased. Just walking my dog around the block, about 1/2 mile, causes so much pain that I would stay off my feet the rest of the day.The day of the procedure, I told Dr. Ambrozic about my fear of the wheel chair. He told me the VNUS Closure Procedure would help my foot pain, but couldn’t guarantee exactly how much. I told him any relief would be a blessing.Well, after the procedure, I was up and walking that day with very little pain. In fact, I’m now walking my dog every day and do not stay off my feet the rest of the day. I’m more active and feel so much better. And because I’m walking more, without pain, I’ve lost weight without really trying, and now my pants don’t fit anymore.Dr. Ambrozic has corrected the foot problems Ive had for ten years and I don’t have to worry about being in a wheel chair the rest of my life…am I happy…Yes, I am !!!So, If you are having pain or heaviness in your legs or feet, you don’t have to suffer anymore, go see Dr. Ambrozic. He gave me my life back and I am eternally grateful. Thanks Dr. Ambrozic !!!
