The staff is very rude and have no compassion I am a nurse and I would never treat my patients the way they do. The doctor is great but he needs to fire his front desk and assistant. They see your number call and won’t answer the phone. I will be reporting them on very site. I wish I could give zero stars.

Not sure why I am asked to give my insurance info before my appointment if youre not going to VERIFY it before I drive over an hour to be told you dont take my insurance.I can only assume Doc Seiden is a good doc but I will never find out.

Im currently 17 days post-TBI and saw Dr. Seiden on day 12. He was empathetic, caring, supportive, communicative, open, and interrogative (in the best way). He strikes me as a true diagnostician. He involved both me and my husband into the decision of how to proceed with care. Definitely not a hand of God-type doctor.I look forward to continuing to heal under Dr. Seidens care.

Terrible experience! I suffered a broken back injury and was told to go see a Neurosurgeon, unfortunately when the doctor (at the hospital) told me that they had me on morphine. I accidentally scheduled myself to see Dr. Seiden at Peachtree Neuro. He walked in, I told him of my situation and he said You are at the wrong place, you should go see a Neurosurgeon. I was in his office about 4 minutes. I had already paid my $30 co-pay and thought that would be the last I would hear from them. Then I got a bill for $243.17. I called and spoke to their accounting department and eventually to the Dr. himself. I explained I went to him on mistake and that he had realized it within the first minute. He said that he diagnosed me as needing a Neurosurgeon and therefore the $243.17 bill stands. I think an intelligent monkey could have done the same thing. This doctor/clinic took advantage of me when I was in pain and not fully aware of what was going on. I highly advise that you stay away from him!
