Be prepared to wait at least an hour to see this doctor. I waited an hour and a half and STILL never got to see her. After the 1.5 hours, I walked out.Saw her once in the past, and she was very nice. If this review was just about her, Id give her a 4 or 5 star review. But - again - thats IF you ever get to see her. In other words, if you have an appointment, expect it to take all day.

Best doctor in the world. Most children friendly and kind. She takes all the time in the world to make the child comfortable and make the visit a fun for kids. I will not compare any doctor in the face of the earth with Dr. Shaw. She is simply the BEST of the best doctors in the world.

I only been here once due to the high demand for Dr. Shaw who is awesome!! But my review is for Monica. Ive recently been suffering from vertigo and just been miserable and sick. When I tell you Monica has done everything in her power to get me the earliest appointment. She cares which means the world when your sick and not feeling your best. I’ve been seeing Dr Shaw since 2009 for chronic sinus infections. With her caring manner she has resolved my complaints and just recently performed sinus surgery on me to help with a more permanent cure. She is knowledgeable, caring and explains things so you can understand them. I highly recommend her.

I’ve waited for her to open her own practice and to hire the quality of professional staff which will only add to the experience of visiting her office. I loved Dr. SHAW. She spent quality time with me and made me feel confident that she was taking good care of me and would continue to help me as much as possible. She made me feel well cared for and safe.

I find Dr Shaw and Ms. Callum both- to be attentive, communicative, responsive, knowlegeable, experienced, determined- and focused.

Dr. Shaw was very inappropriate in regards to focusing on my apperance rather than the pain I had been for last year and a half. She insisted that I ha e lip injections when I dont and was very offended when she put her hands my mouth before I could even finish speaking to check if they had filler in them. Then it took her 4 weeks to get back to me with results, i even had a ct scan before arriving to her office so that i wouldnt have to wait for results giving the amount of pain i was in, i also called her office once a week to remind them that I was still waiting.... And she still dropped the ball. I ended up having to see another doc bc I didnt get any answers from Dr. Shaw.

Dr Shaw seriously cares for her patients, therefore utilizes all possible methods and techniques to remedy their illnesses. I had a nose problem but as the result of her visionary approach to my issue, not only my nose problem was resolved but two other serious unrelated illnesses that were bothering me for long time was remedied.
