Completely Unprofessional!!! I went for my physical 3 weeks back and have been trying to contact them from 2 weeks and have left atleast 5 voicemails. No one has cared to return the call and provide me an update. Being medical professionals they should understand the importance of community patient results on right time.

Ok, so Im not her patient but Im her daughter and she is the best. She is so talented Im so proud of her.

I was able to make an appointment by calling in and the process was simple. Had my physical on a Tuesday and they saw me promptly. Dr. Doan was professional and addressed all my concerns. I got my flu shot and updated my vaccines. My tests came back and a nurse called with the results as well as filled them in on their patient portal - which was easy to sign up for and use. I got a couple of referrals for an allergist. All in all I had no issues and was happy with the service I got. I was a little worried about the previous reviews but I’ve noticed that doctors offices tend to have angry people leave reviews a lot and since My husband also came here and had a good experience, I gave it a shot and as not disappointed!

I have been seeing the doctors here for about 25 years. Dr. Banks is a great doctor. She truly cares about her patients. Make appointments well in advance because you will have to wait, but not too long.

I have been seeing Dr. Banks for about 5 -6 years now and she has been an exceptional physician. I was going through a lot of weird stuff, gaining weight uncontrollably, etc. She found the problem and started treatment. I have NEVER felt rushed, unheard, or crazy when I see her. She truly listens and does everything she can to find the perfect treatment plan for you.For the people complaining about not being bseen/heard/ attended at the front desk. That has never been a problem for me. They give each individual their attention and finish sending them through and advising the appropriate physician they are there before attending the next. And if you sign in on the wrong clip board its because you didnt read the names on the top of it. Simple.I have also been seen as a walk-in by Dr. Doan, she has a great bedside personality.I saw Dr. Weeks when Dr. Banks was out one day and he also has a great bedside manner. He listened to what I had to say, explained a few reasons why I could be feeling that way, and then did some tests to put me at ease.To put it simply, these are physicians who TRULY care about your well-being.I will always recommend my loved ones to them.

Dr. Banks has taken care of my family for the past 18 years. She is an excellent and compassionate physician who takes the time to understand our complex medical history. Where other doctors have brushed us aside, she has taken the time to research and do the extra leg work necessary to get us the best care possible. I wouldnt hesitate to send any friend or family to her.

I have been a patient of Dr. Banks for more then ten years and feel so fortunate to have found a doctor who takes a holisitc approach to patient care. In addition, the staff is very professional and most of them have been at the office for the entire time Ive been a patient. If you cant get Dr. Banks, I also really like Dr. Smith.

Refused to see me as a patient. Is this illegal to do so without reason? Good insurance and ability to pay obviously.I was not aware that a doctor could pick and choose their patients outside of extenuating circumstances. I hope she practices professionalism with her chosen clientele.

Anyone I love gets referred to Dr Banks because she is a brilliant Physician. We have seen her for over 10 years now. My dad was terminally ill and she gave him quality of life when no one else was able to. In fact, he lived a year longer than expected thanks to Dr Banks. If you dont like being told the real reasons why youre sick then Dr Banks isnt for you. Have a sore throat and smoke cigarettes? She will tell you, Heres your sign. Diabetic and binge on Little Debbies? She will tell you, Heres your sign... You get the idea. Shes good, shes brilliant and she cares.

Dr Sandra Banks has been our doctor for about 9 years. She is the best diagnostician I know. She also prescribes medications very carefully and makes sure they do not clash , a very important fact in my husband’s case who takes medications for a few issues.Thank you Sandra.

They say there “goal is to provide outstanding care for adults in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.” However, I arrived at 9:39 for my appointment 10:15. The front desk completely ignored us when we walked in (I said hello and no response just dirty looks from Pamela and the other lady’s next to her at the desk) and waited until after we had already signed in to tell us that we need to sign in on a different clipboard when they have four of them spread out across the counter. I had to wait an hour before I was seen for my appointment when there were people that had gone in ahead of me that just arrived. They wanna unprofessional, rude and completely incompetent. This was my first visit to their office. The only reason I’ll come back is because of the doctor. But once my visits are done I plane to look for a different office for my medical visits.

I have been patient of Dr. Banks for over twelve years. She is a wonderful doctor! When my husband died, she was so caring as I was in bad shape. She does not rush through the exam when she is with you and she is very thorough. I now live in Canton and I will still go to Dr. Banks even though it will be a long drive. She is the best!

I have been a patient of this practice for over 2 years. All my experiences have been VERY disappointing basically because the staff is unprofessional and careless and the doctors I saw didnt do any follow up on concerning symptoms. It feels like patients could die in front of them and they would just walk over them and take the next patient in line. Always on a rush. Not good listeners, not very experimented. When I wanted to try another doctor with better reviews they put only obstacles. My suggestion: Search for another PCP practice.

How come this holds 3 start review :). The Worst Customer/front-desk Service.I have tried multiple times on but hardly they pick up the call. You will listen all there auto played dialogues and promises to provide you the best service but no one will reply. The phone is ringing then someone cuts the call and it happened many times. Will never refer anyone for this provider.They are in medical service and not in any store, people may need something very urgent which they should understand. Cant give less than 1 star, they dont deserve 1 also. Pissed off.

Very long waiting period . It doesn’t look I come to visit for Doctor Appointment. Feels like a waiting for a roller coaster ride in Universal studios. More than 1hr wait just in waiting room. They need to know difference in walk-in and scheduled appointments .Writing review sitting in waiting room only.

I was really disappointed in there office staff. This Dr was referred to me by a good friend. I made the appointment 3 months in advance, when the appointment was soon approaching, no one contacted me, no letter no emails no text msg. I have a very busy schedule so sometimes I do need a friendly reminder. well the day of the appoiment I received a text msg stating that I missed my Appointment with Dr Banks. I work as a nurse for a Dr office as well so I know how frustrating no shows can be. I called office seeing if I could reschedule and explained to staff that I did not receive a reminder. They young lady said that she could not reschedule me cause I no showed and I was a new pt , and made it seemed like I was lying to her when I told her I never received any msg she said YOU GOT A MSG we all know TXt msg dont all ways go through. I understand that all offices have there rules. But you should never make a patient feel as though they are a liar there was absolutely no reason for me to tell this office I didnt receive a msg when I did. There are thousands of Good Drs in Atlanta. Maybe these young ladies should take more customer service classes :-(

Dr. Banks is the best and makes going for our yearly physicals enjoyable.The only thing I dislike is the “lack of parking” parking garage that only accepts cash.

I used to like Primary Care Physicians, but the last several times the doctor has had the worst bedside manner. It was obvious he really didnt care even though Id been seeing that same doctor for a dozen plus years. Looking for someone else now.
