Both visits with Dr Rupley have been quick and seamless. I never felt rushed, but I didn’t have to wait either. Did my annual skin check appointment in 21 minutes! :O

I brought my daughter for acne treatment appointment. We liked the doctor who was very nice and attentive. The doctor recommended a number of products and proscription medications. Overall a good plan which we are still following and hoping for good results. I took the starts off only for their wait time in the office. We were in the lobby waiting for our appointment for 50 minutes. The front desk staff was a bit rude too. I am hoping for better experience next time.

Dr. rupley is kind, personable and thorough. she answered all of my questions and was very respectful. as a healthcare provider myself, i know that great bedside manner is hard to come by. i highly recommend her!

Dr. Rupley is amazing! My husband and I went for a skin screening for the first time, and we highly recommend! She was attentive, thorough, and kind the whole visit. We were in and out in less than an hour. The staff was very friendly as well.

Definitely arrive early as it can take a few minutes to make your way up to the building. Have to pay for parking by the hour which is a minus but the staff is very friendly and make up for it. Dr. Rupley is kind and very thorough and caught a melanoma.They seem to be taking appropriate precautions during covid. Because the office is larger, recieving returning phone calls or getting through can sometimes take time, but that is expected.

Lovely, great eye contact, gentle but thorough. I really valued the added info she provided about how skin heals and why it takes so long. Makes me understand why it’s going to heal rather than just hearing “it will be better by next week”. I’d never know about scab interference issues in healing. Makes sense. I’ll keep them moist from now on.

Dr. Katherine Rupley made the experience extremely comfortable and easy. I had something removed and thought the process would be long and take a few sessions but I was in and out within 20 minutes. She explained the entire process to me, it was pain free, and she was very compassionate. I walked out of the office so HAPPY to have seen a doctor who made a scary procedure easy peasy!

Best experience I’ve had at a Derm! Super friendly. Will be back!

I have been seeing Dr. Burns for many years, but she was not available for a follow-up call so I agreed to see Dr. Rupley. Keep in mind, I drive almost 4 hours each way for my dermatology visits to Forefront Dermatology (formerly Perimeter Dermatology) . . . Dr. Rupley was great; prompt, professional, and decisive, I was in and out in less than 40 minutes total time, including parking my truck. And her recommendations for treatment were consistent with those Dr. Burns had previously shared. I wont hesitate to see Dr. Rupley again on follow-up treatments.

I drove over an hour and a half for an appointment with Dr. Rupley, whom I’ve seen twice this spring, and when I arrived at the office I was told they don’t accept my insurance anymore. Things like this don’t usually happen mid year and I pointed out that I had already seen her recently. The office manager said they made a mistake at the beginning of the year, and they would no longer be accepting my insurance, but I could pay for my visit cash. I drove an hour and a half for an appointment that I couldn’t even utilize, had to go home with a very painful skin condition and no one to treat me, and to top it off had to pay eight dollars for parking which they refuse to even validate for me. This is unacceptable customer service and patient care.

Dr. Rupley is really easy to talk to. She is a good listener and seems genuinely interested in my health and comfort.

Dr. Ruppel was incredible—she helped me think through what really made sense to do.......and then helped me get through the process. The sensations associated with getting under eye filler triggered a vasovagal reaction...and she helped me get through it. Luckily, the second eye was much easier—but I wouldn’t have gotten there with out her support (getting me juice, letting me rest, helping me breath through it, etc).
