I have been to this office 3-5 times with no issues. Now with the virus and living a little further away I wanted to call in a topical prescription that my sister had that has been working wonders for my skin. (Topical)I called in and they will not call in the prescription even thought I am an established patient as they want to charge me for a visit. If this was a pill or some sort of oral medicine I would understand but I think this is absurd given the current situation in the world and the fact this is a topical cream. I have only been going back due to being an established patient as it is not near my work nor home any longer. With that being said, customer service is not up to par and will be taking my business else where. Thank you.

My experience with Dr. Jay was AMAZING!!! He was compassionate, he took his time to explain everything to me. I felt comfortable. The staff was friendly with a nice clean atmosphere. Very warming and welcoming. I highly recommend him and his team. Most of all, me being an African American woman, Dr. Jay was very educated about my culture and the nature of my condition. This is something I have never experienced with a doctor before. He over exceeded my expectations and I never expected this type of care from dermatology.

Dr. Levin, is hilarious. He is an all around good personal guy who is also a straight shooter (always a great thing to have!), who cares about his patience and his practice. He has a pretty solid staff behind him and they effectively work together. In my opinion, the only thing they could do to improve is validate parking.

Everything was seamless from check-in to check-out. They were on time and did not keep me waiting which is a rarity in the medical profession. Lindsay (Nurse) and Chelsie (Physicians Assistant) were wonderful. I felt that they truly cared and that I was receiving high quality, professional and attentive service. I definitely recommend them!

This was my first visit and I was very satisfied. First, the front office staff is great and they helped me to know what my insurance would cover. I was seen by Chelsie Rogers PA-C for a skin/mole check. She gave me excellent advice on my skin and samples to try! She was very patient and listened to all my concerns. I’d definitely recommend this office and I will be back for future appointments.

Terrible patient service and communication. I have tricare and I am an active duty person. After being dragged along for weeks trying to get scheduled, I was told that they decided not to see me or accept me as a patient (even though they do take tricare) because it was not profitable for them due to my insurance.

The laser treatment I received has helped tremendously with my rosacea and redness on my face and neck. Dr. Levin is a wonderful doctor who is very competent and has made me feel at ease. His PC Taylor had administered my laser treatments and guided me through the treatments which have shown great results. I am very satisfied with my experience at Peachtree Dunwoody Dermatology.

Dr. Levin has taken care of our familys dermatological needs for many years and we have always been extremely pleased with the outcomes, including the extensive surgery required on my 85-year-old mother-in-laws nose to remove a cancerous growth and the subsequent restorative surgeries. There is NO evidence of the excision and she could not be more happy with her looks! I see Dr. Levin regularly for checkups and he has performed a couple of minor excisions for malignancies always with great results. Dr. Levin is the consummate professional and all of his staff are equally professional, courteous and always helpful. Dr. Levin is as thorough in his work as he is pleasant in his manner.

I always have great experiences visiting Dr. Levins office. He greets with a big smile and gives me his time and attention, unlike my previous experiences with other doctors where they cant get me out of the office fast enough. I am getting IPL laser treatments done for my facial acne scars with him and before we started he told me that his number one concern is that I am happy with the result and reassured me that he will work with me until we achieve that. He always makes sure I am comfortable and informed. I have also been in for other dermatological issues and Dr. Levin is very attentive and comes up with a plan to address all issues. He is an extremely personable, passionate and experienced doctor. I would recommend him to anyone!

The P.A., Chelsie Rogers, was phenomenal in not only assisting me with my issues but also in explaining current and future steps that would need to be made. Friendly and nice atmosphere overall!

The office manager was the rudest most condescending person I think I have ever spoken with in my life. I will never return to this practice.

The first Dermatologist Ive seen who actually provided solutions and tips for my condition.

Have growths on my head. Marietta Dermatology treated them for five months with no improvement. In nine days, I have drastic improvement from Dr. Levin.

I couldnt get past scheduling my appointment. The receptionist was very cold and robotic. I can only imagine what the office staff is like if the first contact with the business was cold and unwelcoming. I told her I would pass and hung up immediately.

They should validate parking if youre there for medical reasons. The medication is ultra expensive. I had to make multiple trips and $5 add up. Just senseless!
