When I sent you a text about a question I had, you answered right away and soothed my nerves.The front desk people where always courteous, and helpful, your nurses where calming and knowledgeable, and the billing department was helpful as well.Your office was comfortable and easy to get to.You definitely made my scary situation much more manageable.It has been only 2 months since my Mohs Surgery on my nose and you can hardly tell that I had anything done. I am so glad that my Dermatologist recommended Baucom & Mina for my facial cancer surgery! Dr. Mark Baucom is an amazing and gifted surgeon and I really dont feel that anyone could have done a better job and the staff is also amazing as well. I will have a slight scar but you would have to look very hard to find it. I would recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Mina and her staff are competent, professional and knowledgeable. I had to go back for 4 days to get clear margins, and each time, they explained the process thoroughly. Dr. Mina’s approach was conservative; she minimized the tissue loss so she could maximize available tissue for reconstruction. If you could have seen what was left of my nose, you wouldn’t believe she was able to give me such a great cosmetic outcome. I’ll never go anywhere else for this type treatment....but hope I won’t need to anytime soon! I give them my highest rating and recommendation.

Dr. Bacon has surgically removed two cancerous growths on me. In 2014 I had a basal cell growth close to my eye. The cancer was deep but the good news is that Dr. Baucoms surgery was successful with that one visit. I healed beautifully. I appreciate Dr. Baucoms professional skills, his honesty and his kindness. His office staff is highly professional and makes every effort to ensure that the patients needs are addressed and that they are comfortable.

My third time experiencing a MOHs treatment, as good as it could be done. The front office and back office are great. But, the thing that really stands out to me, after having MOHs done by a different surgeon, everytime I have had work done by Dr Baucom, I have literally no post op pain, and the recovery is like nothing. I am not having this work done by anyone else.

My visits to Dr. Mina were the most pleasant experience of any doctors visit in my life. She was very patient in addressing my questions and the wait times were less than 5 minutes from check in. Everyone at the office was very professional .( phone is answered when you call the office, no endless hold time)) The office was extremely clean, everyone very friendly. Dr. Baucom was good, painless, very nice and I recommend him highly. He called me at night after I had surgery in the morning, very caring!!

Dr Mina removed an abnormal mole I had which required wide excision. She and her staff are top-quality professionals. Dr Mina called following my procedure and then again later to give me the pathology report in an extremely timely manner. Dr Mina and her office are outstanding.

After 70 years of spending as much time in the sun as possible (ocean life guard, surfer, sailboat racing, wind surfing, etc.) and using baby oil and Iodine as lotion, skin cancer finally caught up with me. My dermatologist referred me to Dr. Baucom for, more aggressive treatment than he, the dermatologist could do. The more aggressive treatment is called Mohs surgery after the physician who perfected it.The entire patient experience at this practice was about as perfect as one could wish for. From the phone scheduling, to the greeting by the front office team, to the actual surgery, this is the way every physicians practice should operate.The women in the front office, Scotia, Beverly and Melanie, were very attentive, were helpful and were exceptionally calming. This procedure is no big deal yet this team treated me (and the other patients) like family.Lets not forget the physician, Dr. Baucom. He has a great calming presence and did an incredible job with the surgery. I would strongly recommend him to anyone in need of this type of procedure.There is a (just barely) visible scar on my right cheek which my wife thinks is sexy. Dr. Baucom is indeed a great artist as well as a physician.So, use sun block when you can, but if you are an old beach bum like me and it catches up with you, Dr. Baucom and his fine office team will be there for you.

Really frustrating experience with the front desk staff, yesterday. After a few questions/concerns, I was feeling as though she was patronizing and belittling me-I sat in the lobby chair for a moment and thought, I’m really wanting a strong team of people to look after me re: MOHS surgery, and the gal I had been interacting with and would need to see again, at least 2 more times, was not the person I wanted re: any form of care I received. I got up and left. The doctors could be great, but I refuse to tolerate front desk staff who cannot be kind and helpful.

I have had several appointments and would highly recommend them. The staff is wonderful! I would give 10 stars if I could

I was anxious about having 2 biopsies removed, one from my lower lip and one from my face, despite knowing that Dr. Mina is a highly trained and qualified surgeon. Dr. Mina allayed all my worries with her caring and gentle manner in performing these 2 surgeries. She called me that evening to check on how I was doing post-op. The next week she personally called me with the biopsy report. I would only go to Dr. Mina for any Mohs surgery. She is wonderful! In addition, her office staff were most helpful in providing me with a timely appointment, and her medical staff were very professional as well.

I could not recommend more highly Dr. Mina and the staff at Baucom and Mina. Everything about my experience was thoughtful, pleasant, caring and compassionate. All physicians offices should strive to create such a great environment for their patients. Even the coffee was outstanding!

Dr. Mina is wonderful, best dermatologist in Atlanta! She is incredibly good at what she does, and is a very understanding, and sympathetic doctor. I love coming to see her.
