Lashful is a wonderful place with a great staff, especially Rin. If it’s your first time, I recommend seeing Rin. She has tons of experience and makes you feel at ease the entire time. She listens to your requests and then makes it happen one lash at a time. She is amazing and down to earth. She will make sure they look and feel like your own.

The bathroom is kitted out with all the supplies a girl needs in preparation for lash beautification. The workspace is intimate. The sound of hushed laughter mingles with a lush soundtrack playing softly in the background. She works quickly, and has a meticulous eye for placement. When you go for your initial appointment, she works with you to customize your look. There are options to consider: the length of lashes you desire, the amount of curl, even the color. Do you want shorter, thick/fringy lashes or longer, showgirl style lashes that will skim your sunglasses each time you blink? Do you want subtly colored lashes that will reflect your eye color when the light hits them just so? The choice is yours and Rin is there to make your wishes come true.Did I mention that she is also one of the most joyful, gregarious and funniest people I have ever met? Like a human mood ring, she seems to have an innate ability to read her clients and to adjust the tone of her sessions accordingly. Over time we have laughed together about funny work mishaps, bitched about our relationships and talked about any number of topics, all while she delivered an amazing service. Having that kind of rapport with another person adds a dimension to the customer service experience which cannot be quantified.Once I visited Lashful and Rin was not available. I worked with another lash technician named Stacy who was a truly lovely person. She had a very gentle manner and a soothing voice. She filled in my lashes about a month before I took a trip to Europe. As the trip approached, I had no time to return for my next fill-in. I flew to Paris just as the terrorist attacks were filling the city with a sense of panic and dread. It was a chaotic time. When all was said and done, it was a bustling trip, full of activity and involving every mode of transportation known to man. I spent a lot of time fluttering my lashes along the streets of Paris and gently brushing them against my Parisian pillow as a slept at night. When I returned home from that crazy trip, I was astounded to notice that my lashes had completely held up against the elements. The lashes that Stacy applied were more resilient than even the Parisian spirit! I was floored.I am a life-long fan of Lashful.
