I felt welcome the moment that I stepped in the door. Lauren did my hydra facial and it is by far The best one that I have had in Atlanta. The extractions are a bit painful but she gets everything out. She wants the best for your skin and really knows what she is talking about when it comes to skin care! I’m a professional model in my face was breaking out like crazy ever since I went vegan six months ago. She was able to clear up my skin in three weeks with the right products!!She is extremely kind and 100% honest with any advice and information. If you live a bit far from here, it is worth the drive. I drive 45 minutes just to get here and it is worth every second.

I have been coming to Ellemes for the past few years now for the SkinPen microneedling treatments. I found them one day when I had another practice recommend a Halo treatment. I ended up calling 8 different practices that offered the Halo to get thorough feedback and information. Ellemes was the ONLY one that asked in-depth, fact finding questions to see if I actually needed Halo treatments. Halo is pretty intense and is on the more expensive side, so you want to be sure you actually need it before blasting your dermis(and wallet). They asked me to come in for a consult. Lauren went through my whole skincare routine products and concluded just 3 SkinPen treatments, 4-6 weeks apart, in the fall/winter every year would be plenty for now. She will always be honest and adjust if needed before each treatment starts. Cannot say enough good things about the entire team!

Website is very misleading mentioning services they do not offer. No ability to schedule an appointment and has services listed that she does not do. She emailed me back saying lets start with a deep cleansing facial and consultation which had nothing to do with the service I requested. Then, when I reiterated what service I needed, her whole email tone changed saying I need to contact a dermatologist when her site mentioned she did the service I requested. This type of interaction and website reminds me of those foreign scam artists weve all experienced before.

I recently reached out to Lauren Siso because I was having the hardest time with dry spots on my skin. Unfortunately, my pregnancy has caused some skin issues for me. I tried so many different products and nothing worked. I described my problem to Lauren and showed her my skin. She suggested a cleanser and a moisturizer. I can’t say this enough, I absolutely love Ellemes Medical Spa. Not only is it conveniently located in Atlanta near my work, it is also home to one of the most passionate estheticians I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. I get regular hydrafacials from Lauren and also dermaplaning. My skin after leaving an appointment is seriously glowing and I always look forward to my next visit. I have also had microneedling and IPL treatments from lauren in the past and wow what a transformation. If you live in Atlanta, you have to go to this med spa hands down.
