Thea is incredible - only nail tech I go to for my nails. She is so kind and literally a wizard when it comes to nail designs. I can walk in with any idea or picture of what I want without being scared my nails will look busted when I leave. Plus, prices are super reasonable for Midtown

While the facility and ambience is presented with spa like qualities, unfortunately my first time receiving a pedicure I asked the gentleman working on me to be more gentle. This gentlemen ended up cutting into my skin and I started to lightly bleed. While another gentleman was placed to finish the pedicure and manicure, there was no apology or explanation as to the level of service delivered by the first gentleman.

They’re pricey but I feel like it’s worth it. I’ll say my experience was top notch from the communication, service and quality. I didn’t like the previous shape of my nails from a different salon and it wasn’t exactly the design I asked for but this nail tech listened to my concerns and i love my nails now! My pedicure felt amazing too. I like that it wasn’t rushed and my problem areas weren’t neglected. It’s hard to find places that are good at both, it’s usually one or the other.

Thea.and Sam at Bellagio are the best at acrylics and design. They are artists! The owners at Bellagio are a kind, hardworking husband and wife team and they only employ experienced, friendly nail techs. Whether you’re new to Midtown or looking for a new salon to call home I highly recommend giving Bellagio Nails a try!

Great nail salon! I have very dry callused feet and they did such a good job. Gel nails lasted the full 2 to 3 weeks. They are well staffed, we had one person doing hands at the same time someone else was doing the feet so got out quicker. Very nice on the inside.

Went for a simple gel mani and pedi. This turned out to be the worst experience. The nail tech rush through my pedi so fast I got no hot towel she massaged and rub only one leg polish all over the skin of my toes and no top coat. I was still charged. My mani was so bad I told him to just stop. He started to polish my nails without my cleaning my nails and cuticles where worst than they were when I showed up. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN.

My husband and I booked pedicure appointments for 3:30 on 10/9. We walked in at 3:30 and the young man acknowledged us. We advised we had 330 appointments for pedicures. He told me to pick a color & I advised I wanted gel. The man responded ok. Thereafter we waited an additional 15 mins with no additional communication. Finally we left and even then no one acknowledged us further or apologized. Absolutely unacceptable, do not recommend, and will not be back.

If you think making an appointment will ensure no wait, you’re wrong. every time i make an appointment i always have to wait usually a half hour. don’t go here. they’ve also cut my skin and put acrylic glue on it to stop the bleeding. horrible.

Alway when I go to the nail salon, I ask how much and I make my self clear what type a nails I want, so they sat me very nice people by the way, so I was waiting for a long long time, so I was observing around if someone coming ,after 30 minutes finally someone she was like in a rush. Finally time to pay , well they up charge me for the oil and something else , which I didn’t even ask for .

Rude and unprofessional is an understatement. My sister and I each had back-to-back appointments. When my sister first walked into the salon, someone yells at her from across the room, demanding if she had an appointment, and then without acknowledging her response, proceeded to yell at everyone at the door that anyone without an appointment needed to leave. My sister waited to be served because she had an appointment, and no one ever checked with her. By the time I walked in, we were being ignored. I mean starting-me-right-in-the-face-ignored. When I tried to speak to the lady who originally yelled at my sister, she was so dismissive. Then she began serving walk-ins that cant in after us. Long story short we left after gifting our second appointment slots to a walk in. The worst service experience in my life. We won’t be back.

Beware! I usually don’t write reviews but this was my first time visiting this establishment and although the staff was kind the quality of service was absolutely disappointing. I came in for a fill in and simple French nail design. I was cut twice with the nail drill, to the point where blood was drawn. Also, the gel French was rushed and 2 fingers were smeared. I mentioned this before leaving the nail salon and only $10 was deducted from my total when more than anything I wanted it fixed. I highly doubt I would ever return.

I came in from out of town on a business trip and didn’t get to do my nails, pedi or lashes and at beellagios they took care of me so well! Gave me the best pedi ever! (VIP) they did my nails while I was getting my pedi and my lashes look beautiful even though I chose to do the cluster ones!They are super friendly & kind

First off I went in right when they were about to close they still offered me service even though I wanted a pedicure and a full set! Even though I was the only one there after closing they didn’t rush they took their time and did an amazing job! Sam did my nails(I recommend you ask for him if you want the experience I had!) he was very personable and polite and probably the best nail tech I’ve been to in a long time if I’m ever in Atlanta again I will definitely stop here to get my nails done!

Exceptional customer service and quality. I was booked for another salon and I left because it wasn’t up to my standards. Here they accommodated me on NYE and I never felt one second of rushed or any level of anything but incredible service. I absolutely loved my dip shellac nails and my artist who did them made sure they were perfect. If I lived in Atlanta this would be my absolutely go to. Please tell them if you read this I said hi! 10 stars!Also my pedicure was perfect too! I am extremely picky and every service was top notch!

I am from a small town in Alabama where no one knows how to actually do nails. I showed Zack exactly what I wanted and he made it happen no questions asked. This place is amazing!!! They take their time and are extremely thorough. No acrylic left under my nails, perfect coffin shape, beautiful ombre. Little did I know it was a good thing I got these beautiful nails done because later that night I got ENGAGED. If youre looking for a beautiful manicure, lavish pedicure, and great service look no further than Beellagio.

Bad performance quality and horrible service!!!Went in Sunday afternoon for SNS and when I got home I realized most of my nails are weirdly shaped, not the same length and going in different directions.Went in Monday morning (the day after) to ask if I can come back in a few days to fix them (was on my way to work so didn’t have time right then and there and didn’t want to abuse my nails one day after the other - let’s face it, all of these materials are not the best for our nails).The guy at the front said they will only be willing to fix it now and that if I come back in a few days I will have to pay full price. When I asked for the manager he said she’s not there and when I asked him to write her name so I could call in a few days he said his English wasn’t good so he can’t and just walked away. When his colleague took his place she gave a different day when the manager would come in and said that if I’ll come back on Friday I will have to pay half the price.When they continued repeating the same sentences I realized we were going nowhere and stepped out.

I came from Massachusetts for the week. I looked up nail salons in the area & the photos with encapsulated nails stood out to me. I loved my nails the only thing is I wanted a specific lime color but they only had it in glow-in-the-dark.

Although the staff is extremely nice, the quality is awful. I got a mani there and my nails look terrible. The polish wasnt brought all the way to the end of the nail so the paint job looks old (like I had my nails done a week ago). When the top coat was being applied, the polish was old and was leaving bubbles. I mentioned this and they pretended they couldnt see the bubbles...They replaced the top coat but when applied it also wasnt brought to the end of the nail and the top coat/ polish are uneven.

Loved it, Jackie did an amazing job....took my best friend out and Mike worked on her feet as well....they have made me a new consistent customer....the serve us wine and the lady at the front was great....They have won me over!!!!!!!!!!

I am so disappointed with my nails and the quality of service received. The nail technician took off an old set and we discovered that two of my natural nails underneath were infected and broken. I asked if I should wait to put a new set of acrylic on but he told me it would be fine and heal as long as I went to CVS and bought a liquid gel to drip underneath the tip.I should have been more firm, listened to my gut, and refused to go forward with the set but he kept reassuring me it would be fine so I trusted his judgment. Well lo and behold I paid $55 for nails that dont even look good and was told by the pharmacist at CVS that theres zero chance my nail would heal with the acrylic on and that they need to be taken off ASAP.I feel taken advantage of for a quick sale and I can say that even once my nails heal I will definitely not be coming back.

At first I thought my nails looked great and that the quality seemed to be good, but after two weeks my nails look terrible. I had to purchase nail glue to keep them on- after less than a week I had two pop off and this is supposedly pink and white gel powder. The quality of the nail I am experiencing is acrylic and poor preparation and quality of products used. So I paid $115 before tip for a fill in and spa pedicure. Highly over priced and there is no parking available, you have to park on the street and pay- no parking validation either. So when all was said and done I paid $155 for one week Nails and the top of the line pedicure that the stones were so hot they burned my ankle and the leg/foot massage was non-existent, it was as if a 6 year old was attempting to rub my legs and feet. I have been getting my nails done for 16 years and the experience I had was one of the worst I have ever had after leaving. The gel is peeling off in sheets, nails are two different colors- left hand is a brighter white and the right hand is a cream white, they aren’t staying on, and I paid $155 in total to be completely un satisfied. Good luck!

The pedicure I received was fine, average. However, the gel manicure was a waste of money since I could’ve done a better job myself.The girl was rushing and really sloppy with every step. She got polish on my skin a lot, didn’t paint close to the cuticle, barely cleaned up my cuticles, got nail dust all over my pants (while doing my nails during my pedicure), didn’t even dust off all the powder on my hands, lazily painted only two coats despite how sheer the polish looked, etc. My nails looked awful until I asked her to repaint, clean my cuticles again, and clean my hands.When she was done, she just got up and left without saying anything which left a bad taste. Overall, really bad manicure and decent pedicure. Could be more friendly.

I came in on a trip to get a full set/coffin nails. I ended up paying $45 and the nails looked great. However 2 days later, I started losing nails. By the end Of week one, 3 of my nails were broken. After trying to get them fixed, I was told that my nails were done with OLD ACRYLIC. Going here was a total WASTE OF MONEY!!

Wanted to call out my new favorite salon! This is my second time going in and both times I’ve had a great experience. The first was for a gel manicure and this time was for sns. Ask for Sam! The people are very responsive, respectful, and nice which is a breath of fresh air from the normal sassiness of other salons. Their quality was great both times and the wait time was non existent. I recommend this salon for anyone who wants great sns and gel polish.

I figured this would be a great place since it was nice and convenient to my home. Unfortunately, the pedicure I received was probably the worst. I usually have it done monthly, but this was the worst. The guy seemed like this was his first time I order one thing and received another. Nice people but bad service. Sidenote when getting a pedicure after they wrap your feet with the hot towel usually the foot is covered with the towel, not just your leg. 🤨🤨🤨

Very unhappy with my recent experience here .Two of my nails already have cracks in them and one of them chipped!!!!! I did not get the color that I asked for and the lady who did them seemed very inexperienced and rushed with my nails. most of my nails are very curved and they are very lifted as well , they definitely do not look natural.I’m very unsatisfied

This is my favorite place to get my nails done hands down. I can walk to a salon in Atlantic Station but I choose to get in my car and drive to Beellagio. It is calming, FANTASTIC service, they are never too busy for you, and extremely nice and respectful humans. I cannot express how refreshing this place is for my anxiety and my nails stay on for over a month. Thank you thank you thank you!

Totally stumbled upon this hidden GEM! My friend and I was greeted so kindly by the host and both ladies were nothing short of enthusiastic and kind. We quickly picked our colors then services. I was seated with tommy for a full set and Kathy on my pedicure. Generally, I hate doing both at the same time but today the experience as a whole was exceptional. Tommy is a nail artist! I got a full ombré set with glitter and gel on my toes! Not too mention, complimentary wine! The shaping and precision was what captured my attention and the reason I will be back!!! After I finished my nails, I decided to get my brows done by Navy, she was diligent and precise! The entire ambiance and experience at this nail bar was something that I’ve found nowhere else in Atlanta! The customer service, cleanliness and vip service deserves more than a yelp review! I would recommend that anyone needing pampering visit this location and tell everyone about it!!!

Great Service Tommy did my gel manicure and he was sooo friendly. I picked the color Chillin it came out great. Then Janey Did my Signature deluxe pedicure it was everything they scrub your feet as well as a foot clay mask with hot towel treatment for your feet. All this while free drinks were flowing and my back was being massaged by the chair pure Heaven to say the least.

Got my gel nails removed and a regular manicure. The staff was helpful and friendly but my nails started to peel after a week because the gel was incorrectly removed.

So if you want to relax and have your nails worked on, this is by far the best place to go. Ive been getting my nails done for years and nowhere has ever then as good as this place. Time they take and attention to detail is amazing!!!! The message with my nails and feet were amazing! Plus side they do serve liquor. Please do your self a favor, if youre in the area get you next manicure or pedicure here!!!

This is my my absolutely favorite nail salon. I come every two weeks to get a new color of gelPolish and my nails always look amazing. She is the technician I usually see but everyone there is amazing. When I come for my visit its like hanging out with friends. Always good conversation, everything is always clean and I look forward to my nail appointment.

If you’re considering getting a Brazilian here, DON’T. I left that salon with cuts all over. During the wax, she would wax strip the same part MULTIPLE times. Whole time I thought she was being thorough, turns out she just didn’t know what she was doing. Only at the end of the wax, she took out a razor, to get rid of some spare hairs, or so I thought. She used the razor for about 2 mins, when I looked down, I saw redness on my skin and some cotton balls with blood on it. I was so shocked and asked her if that was blood, she said no it’s my skin & alcohol??? If I could give this place a zero stars, I would. Absolutely the worst wax experience I’ve ever had.

OMG! LOVE THIS PLACE! I’ve been coming here for about 6 months and have not one complaint. During this pandemic, Bellagio has been on top of temperature checks and require a mask, so I feel secure when I’m here. Complimentary bottles of water and service is amazing! Helen can shape some nails! They offer one free hour of parking in the garage. Oh, and then jelly pedicure is luscious. Idk how I stumbled amongst this jewel, but I’m never leaving unless they do! It’s also now where my sister comes to get her pedi and mani! Thank you guys for being so great during such strange times...!!

I had never been here before, but they’re open on Sundays so I decided to try them out. I came in for a manicure. I was greeted, seated, and then ignored for 20 minutes while 3 or 4 technicians walked around the salon, seemingly not actually doing anything. I was just a little annoyed, but it went up to 11 when two more customers walked in, separately, and were seated and assigned manicurists immediately. Mind you, I am a black man, and both of the customers after me were white women. And I’m ignored while they were attended to right away. An honest mistake I’m sure but exceptionally tone deaf.With that said, the technician who finally helped me was nice. My manicure was up to par. But due to the poor first impression, I won’t be back.

This place used to be really great. It’s hit or miss now at best. I went in for a simple gel polish manicure and they first tried to charge me $92....I mean come on. Once I said something they dropped it to $87 telling me that there was a $25 up charge just for gel polish on top of the manicure fee. This was after I sat through the process twice because the tech didn’t use a light to cure the polish. Isn’t that nail school 101? They were rude and unprofessional. I hate leaving negative reviews, but I wish I would have known before going in.

I come here every two weeks faithfully, and do not plan on going anywhere else anytime soon. The ambiance is amazing and everyone is so talented unlike most places where only 1 or 2 or them can do designs. Very clean and they decorate for the holidays. They are very well staffed so I have literally never waited to get my nails done even when they are packed. Great place

This is the only salon I trust with my nails. I’ve been coming here for 6 months and I leave happy each time. Tommy is amazing! He is truly a genius with nails. He makes them look so natural. It’s a bit pricey but worth it; you get what you pay for. Highly recommend this salon!

Review update:My sister bought me a gift card for my birthday and they did not active it correctly and when tried to use it, they said it had zero balance!!! I am pretty furious. They would not honor it - We even brought in a bank statement! We have been coming here for YEARS and recommending this place to so many people however will not be back until this is rectified. I am extremely upset they did this!There was no nasty chemical smell either, VERY high quality ventilation system because I have sensitive smelling and I didnt smell much at all. I loved my pink grapefruit pedicure! Nice employees too!

This is my new go-to-place for nails now. This is the first time Ive had my SNS nails last past 3 weeks and still look great. They are extremely talented with artistic abilities. I love it when they do 3D nail art on my nails too.

Asked if I wanted anything to drink and if the water temp was all right. You must visit here because you WILL be pampered like I was!! Just wish I could take them back home with me!! Unfortunately, I can not recommend Beellagio. It was my first time opportunity to experience Beellagio. They paired me with an entry level nail tech with no supervision. She was extremely nervous and did not have proper training. You would think being a new customer. They would select an experienced nail tech. I will not come back.

I had a great time and I didnt get any nail work done just supporting my sister. But the staff are extremely polite and respectful. They aim to please by creating an atmosphere of peace and tranquility. A must if you are in need of a relaxation day.

This was an awesome experience! We went for a Bachelorette party and I had called earlier in the week to make sure they could accommodate all of us and that we could have champagne while we waited. Not only were they ready for us to get there and provided us cups etc. for the drinks, they were so flexible and laid back the entire time. All 8 of us were done with manicures/pedicures in less than an hour and a half!! It was great and they were happy to accommodate a loud, excited group of us! I will definitely go back on my own now.

Lee did an amazing job at refilling my gel acrylic nails. He was teaching a new employee how to do a great manicure using me as the model. He did a great job at reinforcing to her the importance of customer satisfaction as well as professional techniques.I surely walked away satisfied! My nailslook amazing. Not the cheapest prices in Atlanta but well worth the experience.

Wow!!I been to a few nail salons and this proved it was a nail spa. Everything about my visit was absolutely wonderful. The location is far larger than one would expect. The staff and techs were knowledgeable, friendly and very highly skilled.With large massaging chairs and a relaxed atmosphere, it was very easy to relax and enjoy some long overdue pampering.Hours after my visit my hands and nails are still baby soft and immaculate. My only regret was that I did not have the time to do more. The prices were beyond reasonable.Im definitely going back and my sister is already putting together a spa day for my birthday!

Always come here for the beautiful atmosphere, excellent color selection and specialty nails as well as service! I got a matte pastel yellow and after a week other stuff was sticking to the color making it really dirty and I couldn’t get it off! I came back and they took off all of the color and filed it off and repainted with a new coat and shiny overlay. A day later the nail popped off (probably because I’m rough with my hands) and I came back and they fixed it again for free. I also get my lashes done here at a reasonable price! I’ve had them on for 2 weeks and they’ve been lasting so well. Overall, great service! Thank you!

The quality is above average and the atmosphere is nice. But each time I go (I’ve been twice), they quote one price yet charge another. I asked how much for a pedicure with callus remover, but when I got to the register, they charged a few dollars extra. I didn’t mind at first, but during my second visit, I asked how much for an acrylic takeoff, and again, was charged above what I was quoted. The money wasn’t the issue, it’s the principle. They do a good job though... if your willing to deal with the film flam pricing.

This is my go-to nail salon & theyre absolutely phenomenal. The prices are a little high compared to my home state, but they seem right on par with other places here in Atlanta, & the quality & service you get definitely makes it worth it. If you get a manicure & pedicure, they have two people working on you at once while you sit in the massage pedicure chairs (one working on your pedicure, one working on your manicure, both at the same time!) They have multiple levels of manicures & pedicures with differing services & prices, & you can always ask for a menu to compare them. They also serve drinks including wine if youre looking to drink a bit while youre being worked on! Ive gotten gel & S&S done here & it always comes out great. Ive had almost all of the employees at one point or another, & they all do a fantastic job, but my two favorites are definitely Tommy (for S&S) & Navi (for gel or regular). I absolutely recommend them!

Excellent! Had to get nails done in Atlanta while staying in the area over an extended period of time. I searched Yelp to find a reputable place in downtown Atlanta. I found Beellagio Nail Bar, and they did a wonderful job! I got a new set of nails (pink and white fill) and an amazing pedi and foot massage. I will be back! Thank you for a relaxing afternoon.

I definitely recommend this place!! I love the way my nails came out. I showed the girl who did my nails a picture of how I wanted them and she did the exact the same thing or even better in my opinion. The staff was friendly and outgoing.🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷

I don’t normally write reviews but I have to I paid $137 for holographic nails she said it was $15 for gel and $17 for hologram which I have never heard of and felt they were getting over. On top of that the nails are hideous and bulky looking like they were rushed only reason I kept them on are because I was going out of town u would NEVER waste my time or money here again. If I knew how to upload pictures I would gladly show you all the quality of their work!

From the pictures it looks nice but when you ask about certain services they say they dont know and they dont have all the colors you want. Me and my sister were there last week and majority of her nails have already broken and they are thin almost like a sheet of paper i didnt notice it until she told me they kept breaking off with the slightest movements.. waste of my money that i could have saved. I gave it 5 stars because of how beautiful the nails were. Also when both of us were getting our nails done literally the same 5 people kept coming over and standing behind the guys that did our nails and i guarantee if i call they will claim that my sister broke her own nails. I dont wanna deal with it. I thought places downtown would be legit but i guess not
