The absolute worst customer service and experience I have ever had at a spa. I made reservations in advance for two float sessions, two foot massages, and two full body massages. First off the day of they canceled our float sessions since they allowed others to use the float tanks and they werent cleaned for us. I made these reservations a week prior so for them to give our float tank sessions to walk in clients was unacceptable. When walking in we signed some paperwork and then we were told to go to the room to the left. In that room was a bunch of dividers. Behind the dividers were people getting their massages or foot massages. It was near the front door and so the noise was not relaxing. When talking with my friend (while getting our foot massages) they told us to be quiet since others on the other side of the dividers were getting massages. We couldnt say anything. They started the foot massages by soaking our feet in hot water for 10 minutes and then massaged our feet for maybe 15 minutes (we paid for 30 minutes of a massage). The foot massages were so bad absolute no pressure or anything just lotion rubbing we ended up canceling our body massages and leaving. I absolutely do NOT recommend this place!

I was in Atlanta for my sister’s bachelorette weekend and we did a spa day. I’ve had many massages and this was the absolute BEST massage I’ve ever had!! They got every single trouble spot. Will absolutely come back whenever I’m back in the area!

The atmosphere is great. The service is excellent. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I just didnt feel like the massage was personalized to my needs. It was just a very general overall massage. I wish they wouldve focused more time on where I actually needed it and not just followed what seemed to be a routine theyve learned.

I had a 90 min deep tissue massage with Henry. It was wonderful! Just when I knew he had to be done; he had me turn over. Its not too often they hit the right spots and stay awhile. After the oil massage he uses hot towels to remove it. Did I say it was wonderful? It was wonderful. Thank you. Ill be back.

I was recommended to this place by a dear friend who has been a longtime customer. Maybe I went on a bad day, but the service fell short.Overall I just felt like it was a massage processing line and I was a product on the belt to be moved along. I didnt feel the passion or interest in massage here, it was just timer, massage, times up and done.I get that theres a worker shortage and pandemic, but they need to take some measures to preserve the overall vibe and customer experience.Some specifics:1. I got this young guy and while his massage was OK, like he did put effort into it, I noticed there was about 10min lost to him getting up to retrieve things and coming in and out. I mentioned this to the front desk, and they said all that is included in the 30min. I paid $50 for an hour, 30min would be $25, and 10min out of that would be ~$8. Its not the workers fault but management should reconsider this and factor in 5-10min so the customer is getting a full 30min.2. I made a request at a certain point to change the approach, and the young guy complained loudly in Chinese to the front desk and sulked. That was a bit unprofessional, Ill give him a pass since hes so much younger and likely learning his way in the workforce...but that made me uncomfortable as a customer and I considered asking for another massage therapist. Thankfully it went OK, as in nothing bad. But that put me in a weird, stressful mindframe when I came here for an hour of relaxation.Will I return, I wish I could, but I think I might seek out a place or individual with more of an individualized space and interest to massage. It felt too much like the workers here just learned a certain way to do the massage and implemented it for the set amount of time. $50/hr is too much to gamble again.

My daughter & I come every week..This place is great.. from the time you walk in you start to feel relaxed. They are kind & always professional & they have great communication. They go above & beyond to make sure we have a great experience. Harmony is always clean & safety protocols are in place. We will continue to be long time customers. Please remember to always tip good..they provide excellent service & should be tipped accordingly.

I would normally give this place 5 stars, as I FREQUENTLY visit this place, and have for the last three years. However, the last six months you can’t even get an appointment, like at all. I have been calling for three weeks trying to set an appointment for an hour foot massage and have yet to get in, whereas I used to be able to walk in at any given time and receive services. They’ve also increased the price of services TWICE in the last year or so.. which is unfortunate considering you can never even get an appointment.

We’ve been to this location numerous times, and received consistent excellent service.However, we have not been able to receive service due to various excuses provided by the establishment. We’ve contacted the business on three separate occasions and were turned down all three times because they do not take walk-ins nor appointments. This makes no sense whatsoever. Not sure if it’s a change in ownership/management, but this is terrible in comparison to our past experiences. AVOID!!

I asked what type of massage they offer. Massager said china. After massage was done they show you a small sign that tells you how much the tip HAS to be rather you enjoyed the service or Not.

I go to Harmony when I need to unwind. The facility is clean and the ambiance is relaxing. I have enjoyed my massages and also love the flotation pods. Looking forward to my next visit.

Enjoyed the experience of my 30-minute massage. The Price is Right and everybody at the place was very nice. The establishment was clean and orderly .I will go back. I gave a $5 cash tip and nobody hassled me.

We cam in for a couples massage. Our appointment was at 7pm. We came in at 6:58pm. It took them 12 to 15 minutes to get us in the room. 2 minutes to undress. The massage was terrible. Very untrained and unprofessional. The two laughed and talked with each other occasionally but enough to become annoying. They left the room for hot stones and towels for 13 minutes. A loud alarm went off at 8pm and the massage was done. I brought it to the front desk receptionists attention that the massage lasted 30 minutes at best. Terrible experience. Would not recommend. A complete rip off.

One way highway to heaven and happiness. I had experience head to toe chair massage along with bed message. Totally, it will take 1h to 1:30 to finish the whole process. Whenever I get super stressed out, this is my first resort to release it.

I don’t know if my masseur was sick, or if he’s just lazy. At some point the massage was as light as a touch on my skin, though I did ask him to put in some more force. They raised the price too.

Had a very good first experience. Brought my parents and we were all very satisfied. I find the prices to be very fitting and ontop of that hot stones are a very nice touch at the end of each massage. The receptionist was very sweet and accommodating even helping explain to the masseuse about my mothers trouble area to be extra careful. My boyfriend and I used to go to H Massage but we will be using Harmony from now on because the service and professionalism is unmatched. Also I love the clean interior design. This place is the best! I’ve gotten many massages (foot and regular) at a variety of different establishments, and this place is by far my favorite. Jerry is the man! I just got back from a combo foot/table massage with him, and I haven’t felt this relaxed or physically good in a long time. I’ll definitely ask for him next time, but i’ve had great experiences with the other masseuses too. Serene environment and the new Covid-19 protocols make me feel very safe. To top it all off, the prices can’t be beat (and considering that, be sure to tip your awesome masseuse at least the standard 20%!).

Had a 1 hr foot massage. The place is very clean. Staff is knowledgeable and courteous although language can be a bit of a problem. Suggest you bring up your questions and requests when you are the check in desk to make sure all you want with your massage is clear to the staff.Will go again and recommend.

I go here all the time for my massage. I usually get the full body massage. My last massage felt very rushed and wasn’t head to toe. I understand we are in a pandemic by I come here to relax and to ease my pain in my body. Then after the massage (that was rushed) they asked that I leave a tip like it was a must.(I tip each and every time) I don’t think I will return anytime soon.

The massage here is always very professional and relaxing. The owner Mark is really polite and runs a tight ship. The place is very clean and the masseuses are well trained. They also have a frequent visitor card that gives you a discount. The only improvement I would recommend is that they stick to the 1-hour schedule. I feel like every time the massage is only about 50 minutes.

I treated my boyfriend for his birthday to a couples 30 minute foot massage, 60 minute body massage, and a 60 minute float. The floatation tank experience was 5-stars, the foot massage around 3-stars, but the body massage experience was awful and I would give it less than zero stars, hence the 2-star review.The entire experience felt very rushed: we moved through 3 rooms during our visit and felt the relaxation jolted away as they rushed us from space to space. We made appointments over 2 weeks in advance and they werent overly busy. We also had to correct the therapists during the session multiple times as their technique did not justify the pressure. (I love pressure, but deep massage without skill is dangerous) I gave feedback to the manager whose unapologetic response left me feeling like they didnt care.Upon checking in we were asked if we wanted relaxation or therapeutic massage for the body massage, plus what areas to focus on. My BF wanted focus on his neck, shoulders & back. I wanted a full body massage with even focus across all regions.They started with the feet soak in chairs in a room with a TV muted with music on. After the soak, the ~20 minute foot massage was next. No communication, they just grabbed your feet and put the recliner back. My boyfriend commented that he watched my toes being worked on while his toes were never touched. Both therapists used fast & repetitive strokes, with a lot of pressure on the arch of the feet. I had to tell the therapist to move to a different part of my foot. Other areas of the feet were almost completely ignored while some were over-worked. The hot stone portion at the end was nice until he put the hotter side of the stone on the top of my foot which burned.Next up, body massage. Both therapists got onto the tables to increase their pressure. When the male therapist got on top of the table with his knees on either side of my ears straddling my head, I could feel his pants on the back of my head. In 20 years of receiving massages all over the US my head has NEVER been straddled.After some amount of time, my back felt over-worked. I said I wanted to turn over. He told me to hold on & left the room. I looked at the clock & 36 out of 60 minutes had passed. I decided to turn over before he came back. I asked for my legs & arms for the rest of session. He said head too? and I said ok - After some very fast and hard strokes to my forehead, he started to put my head into a neck stretch & I stopped him. At this point, I did not trust him to be able to safely stretch my next and I told him to please focus on my arms & hands. He worked on 7 out of 10 fingers, which is a sign that he was NOT focused on what he was doing. He finished putting pressure on my thighs, but the buzzer rang & he stopped before finishing.My partner said his therapist did not do the focus on the neck & shoulders as he asked for, spending most of the time on his back, with some work on the legs, head, and neck. He was not warmed about the host stones and he said the experience was jarring as they were very hot and unexpected. For him: 45 minutes face down & 15 minutes face up. For me 36 minute on back & 24 minutes on head, shoulders, arms, which would have been the same as my partner if I had not requested a change. I asked for full body & got mostly a back massage.We will definitely go back for the floatation tanks. We plan to give the massages one more try, doing longer feet massages and asking for relaxation instead of therapeutic for a shorter time period, emphasizing not to spend 2/3-3/4 of the time on the back.Full disclosure: I am a 10-year licensed massage therapist who uses hot stones in my practice. I have thousands of hours of training and special training for hot stones to secure liability insurance. I am concerned this staff does not have the adequate training and skill to be using deep pressure or hot stones. Straddling a clients head on the table is also a questionable practice.

First time floating. Was a pretty good experience. Our sessions were 1.5 hours which for our first float was a bit much. Wish we could have done it for half an hour but it was still a great experience. I would give it a 5 star but the tank kind of smelled a little musty and sweaty. So I was concerned about when the last time the tank had a nice deep clean and wash.

I enjoyed my full body massage with Amy. The room was clean and a comfortable temperature. The staff was nice. The music was soothing and at a comfortable volume. I like that the excess oil was wiped off and the hot stones were a nice touch. My only two cons were noisy hallway with chatty staff and my feet were not touched.

Visited once. Everything was just as expected. Got a male therapist. Small language barrier but not a big issue. He used a timer. The massage was exactly that.

Recently, tried this spot for a 1 hour full body massage. It was excellent. The massage was given by SUSAN. Susan, was very professional and knowledgeable about the body. I was stressed and tight throughout my upper back and neck but, Susan worked those areas and, I walked out feeling like a new person. Oh, it was also clean. Harmony Massage is definitely a spot to check out for a professional massage and the prices are reasonable. Money well spent. Thank you Susan. I will return and I do recommend. Ive always been just a walk-in and theyve always accommodated me. And as far as the massage, just whats needed!

Have been a customer for a many years, even before this location expansion of the business! Mark (owner) is always friendly, professional, and accomodates requests and last minute scheduling. When you make an appointment explain the type of pressure you prefer and they do their best to match you to a therapist. Great value in the 1 hour foot and 1 hour body combo! But a 1 hour foot is great a few times a month! Definately recommend.

The place is absolutely gorgeous and very peaceful. The facilities are wonderfully designed. Staff is very accommodating of customer needs and desires and very friendly. The infrared sauna was very relaxing. Good massage. Quite deep and at times I found myself wishing it was over. It felt like the therapist was going through a menu rather than always responding to what my body was doing, but if I said something he would change his pressure. There is this weird kind of neck massage which is more like pinching that I did not like. Overall, a good experience at the spa. Next time I would be more explicit-- before I went into the massage --about what I wanted.I have two suggestions for the spa. 1, have some lockers where customers can keep their purse and clothing so they dont have to haul them around from one treatment room to the other. 2, and this is most important, think about all the plastic that is ruining our oceans and littering our planet. Please find a way to limit the amount of plastic cups you use. I was handed three different plastic cups even though I was still carrying the first one.

Called an hour before hand on Valentines day. The customer service was amazing, I could tell he was really trying to help us out and fit us in last minute. He got us something set with no problems. Very clean and friendly environment. But the massage was the best part. Definitely the best massage Ive ever had. And the price. $100 for a hour long couples massage on Valentines day... Where else is that going to happen. Thank you guys at harmony so much. We will be back forsure!

Great value. Great people. The only reason why I didnt give five stars is because the face rest on the tables is somewhat uncomfortable. I feel like they are being cheap about the face rest. I have gone to private massage places and their face rests were extremely comfortable. If they fix the face rest problem, they will be five stars hands down.

Was a walk-in, greeted promptly, and led to a nice plush chair. I was provided water in a tub for the feet soaking. Then shortly after my chair was reclined for the foot rub. I opted for the 1/2 hour foot rub and 1/2 hour body massage. So did the Mister. I hated my massage had to come to an end. Unbeatable/affordable rates top the icing on the cake. We can see ourselves being regulars here...definitely looking forward to next time! Amazing services, sweet prices. There was nothing I didnt like.

Interesting place. I had a cramp in my shoulder/neck area that just wouldnt go away and thought maybe I needed a massage in that area to work it out. I got exactly what I paid for. I wanted a chair massage for 30 minutes, with a concentration in that area. The only negative Ill say is that it was done in a group room with about three other people. It was dimly lit, but it could have been a wee bit more private, with a curtain to allow us at least the vision of privacy. The other people in the room talking and what not was not ideal, but for the price and convenience, it was worth the money I paid.

No nonesense, great massage. Sometimes massages can be painful, this one was not, it was just right. Wouldnt necessarily recommend it for pregnant people. My wifes prenatal massage was fine, but had a better experience at a prenatal massage specialist place.

I drive 30 miles to visit this facility. If you enjoy an intense massage and can stand the feel good type of pain, Paul is your man! He has a very firm touch, but he can be gentle as well. My only complaint is I wish he would concentrate more on your feet.

I have been a customer of this spa for more than 5 years, not totally consistently but I used to go at least once a month or maybe even more when they were located on Buford Hwy. I have always had nothing but positive things to say about them. I used to go with my boyfriend, I brought my son & brother in before for services and today I brought my best friend in for a birthday treat. Everything went fine with the services until I got to the register. The older gentleman, who has always been very nice & pleasant, was totally rude today. His employees mixed up my ticket & I was trying to explain to him what should have been on the ticket but he would not listen, got smart with me, and was just overall rude. I honestly was very shocked because I have NEVER experienced this sort of behavior or service from him. I was really embarrassed by his treatment because I had raved to my best friend so much about this spot. I dont know what was going on today but I left there VERY upset with the feeling that I would never return. I really hate to feel that way too because as I said, Ive been going there for over 5 years & have never had a bad experience but I refuse to spend money with people that treat me badly. Its so sad that businesses start to grow & their customer service begins to decline.

I love this massage spa. Not only are the prices very affordable you get treated like roytaly. Its well worth your money and time. They really care about their customers. Not to many places like that. Most of the time people just care about money. They make you feel welcome and you leave felling like a whole new person. Its amazing how relaxed you feel after the massage. This is the only place I go to. I always walk in and never have to wait. The service is excellent. Im going to start making weekly visits.

I have been coming here for quite a long time. I like the service. I got what i was paying for. But today they lost my business. Reminding clients to tip on full charges, when using discount coupon....reasonable! We often forget that tipping should be based of suggested prices. Good call...But trying to convince you to tip 20%, regardless of service....and all this while masseuse is present,NOT ACCEPTABLE!This company must be makings hundreds of dollars an hour. Telling me that they are concerned that masseuses do not make enough money and that we (clients) need to pick up the tab, preposterous! Come on, increase their minimum wages or train them on therapeutic massaging but do not make clients believe that is their responsibility to pay the masseuse salary. We would be better served by hiring masseuse directly, and pay them the total 75.00 rather than the 15.00 tip.Tips are are a matter of social custom. In day spas, 15-20% is typical, but we know this is not a spa. We even forfeit being able to communicate fully in English with the masseuse for the benefit of a low cost rub down. I hope they are not underpaying their employees.

We had a 9pm appointment for a full body and leg massage. Me and my husband were 10 mins late so they offered us a 45 min massage for $45.We were given a rush and unprofessional massage.First thing I noticed were the top linen on my table was dirty. The two ladies that massaged us talked the entire massage. Also they didn’t use enough oil on my husband and also his foot was scratched so severely his skin peeled off. They scrap with their finger nail. The massage was given to roughly; so much so my husband says “ouch” during the massage!!! Also hearing noise outside our room wasn’t to relaxing either. My husband has been here three times and he says this is his worst experience and won’t be back.

Went in yesterday did not have a good experience at all. The same pain I went in with, I left out with. When I walk out I want my body to feel like a limp noodle. Not a brick wall like I went in. I had Andy he had to be new. I asked for more pressure he act like he was scared to apply it. On top of that his phone was ringing while I was getting my massage. The very first time I went I has Leo who was great beyond great. They have lost a customer very disappointed. Now I have to find another place and hope they are better. I shouldnt be this tight still after a 1 1/2 massage.

My wife purchased me a 1.5 hour couples message and a 1.5 float therapy for my birthday. First off, Judy gave me an amazing message, i was totally relaxed and felt great. After the message, she got me into a bath robe and slippers and escorted me to the float room. There the owner gave me an orientation of how it works and what to do. This was my first float and was amazing. My mind and body was so relaxed. I fell asleep throughout the process. My thoughts took me to a happy place in my mind and afterwards i told my wife that it felt like i was in space floating or maybe how it may have felt being in my mothers womb, but of course none of us could remember that, or have been in space, but that was my thought process and experience. I highly recommend everyone to try this experience. I plan on making this a normal routine.

This place used to be good. The massages are good. But first of all they raise the prices. Second when you are about to pay they ask you if you have already tip the staff. Than they show you the receipts from previous customers and show you how much they’ve tip so that you can tip the same amount. So on top of the $45 you pay for the service they demand you to tip $15. The level of customer service received from the owner is definitely unacceptable.

I go to Harmony about once or twice a month. I recently went in for a foot massage and lower back massage. I believe my techs name was Patrick. I hope thats right. Great hands. Very clean and comfortable atmosphere!

I got the $50 hour massage and it was glorious my masseuse didnt force a conversation and she asked about pressure at the right times. And was did amazing!! I walked out feeling so much better lyla was amazing. I didnt have a reservation and basically got a last hour appointment. They were very accommodating with it. I will be back!!

By far the worst massage my husband and I ever had! This place was highly recommend & we were very disappointed. My massage person & I say massage person NOT a therapist for good reason was very inexperienced. He massaged me with his forearm and elbow for the majority of my massage. A 90 minute massage was purchased for each of us, he barely touched my feet and when I turned over he never massaged my legs or feet. My husband’s massage was so light hardly any pressure he asked her to go deeper and she never did. Now it was at 7 PM on a Sunday but that doesn’t mean we should not have the type of massage that we paid for. We will not be going back.
