Dr. Padolsky should retire. He’s educated but his organization and time management skills are subpar. He overbooks appointments and can’t give his patients his undivided attention from jumping around room to room so much, he’s lost important documents, he fails to call people back on time, and he yells and curses loudly at his staff. I’ve found blood on the equipment, floors dirty, and tools going unchanged between patients. And this was all during COVID! Every time I’ve come in, it’s different staff, likely bc of the verbal abuse they receive. He has staff listed on his website that hasn’t worked there, as far as I know, in at least a year. Avoid this place at all costs. It’s not cheap and will cause you more stress than it’s worth.(Name on my patient file is not the same as listed here, before this business tries to tell me I wasn’t a patient here, like they did to someone else below)

I came in for an emergency procedure and was blown away by how nice the staff was. Not only that but the dentist did my root canal and I felt little to no pain throughout the procedure. He did a phenomenal job! I highly recommend this dental office to anyone who is uneasy about seeing a dentist. He explains everything that’s going on thoroughly and is incredibly patient and kind

I broke my veneer over the weekend went to the dentist this morning. Worst experience at a dentist office I have ever had! The dentist was so rude, horrible bed side manner. Not sure if the dentist was having a bad morning, or just doesnt like black people. Regardless, he was demeaning and rude. As bad as I needed my veneer fixed I just got up and left the office. No dentist is going in my month with an attitude. Definitely would not recommend this Dentist office. I would give it zero starts if I could.

The absolute best experience I’ve had in a dentist office. Everybody was nice. Zero wait time in the lobby. My tooth was properly extracted in around 20 minutes. As close to pain free as you can get. And I was an emergency patient. I’m grateful.

They’ve had their ups and downs in service and billing throughout the years, but today’s visit was fantastic.The hygienist was quick, painless, and explained a concept to me that I asked about.And, the dentist was able to take care of a concern that I had on the spot, and suggested a treatment plan for an issue I’d had for a while!Additionally, they had solid COVID signage with clearly stated policies.Overall, I’d highly recommend this practice.

This is definitely a scam company!Today I recieved an email from the Atlanta Dental Group for $129.45. The dentist I frequent is located in south Atlanta. I am NOT paying this company $130 when Ive been visiting my south Atlanta dentist for YEARS!!!

They saw me last minute for an emergency tooth extraction that was causing me a lot of pain. Everyone was super kind and professional and my dentist made it an educational and interesting experience. They were also super transparent about wait times which was crucial for my situation. I highly recommend them.

Came here based off of the reviews. I called Saturday and spoke to a dentist who told me Monday after noon would be best as they’re topically Busy on Mondays. Monday morning I called to see what the wait time was and the receptionist told me to come in as it was slow. I got there and an hour later she couldn’t figure out the insurance info and paperwork. I left and went to the tooth mechanix in Buford and had my copay info ready in 20 minutes. X-rays were done immediately after I agreed to the out of pocket costs. I was then told a treatment plan, numbed and tooth was removed all within the hour. Here, I felt like she just threw answers my way because I was asking questions but she was clearly lost on procedure.

When I came to the dental office I had little hope, after my exam I was very happy with my options.

They were very nice and proactive with my daughter. It was easy and they assessed and fixed the problem rapidly. They were able to see us quickly and it was easy to get the insurance information.

I went for my first visit/consult today, I have never been to a specialist before and it was long overdue. They immediately took full mouth radiographs and then the doctor came in and explained them in full detail and did a quick exam. He was so informational, answered all of our questions, and they even cast my teeth today so I could have my first appliance by my next appointment! I love the doctor’s approach, he wants to stay away from medications and surgery as much as possible and do everything else he can first to help fix things long term. I am so excited to get started on my treatment plan and feel better!

Make sure you schedule your emergency 9-5 M-F or they’ll want $300 outta ur pocket. The Staff and Dentist are extraordinary professionals at this office. This was just one of the very few times that I felt more at ease at a dentist. My visit was for an Emergency visit on a Saturday. I have Known Dr.Padosky for 21 years.He makes sure that his protégées know they make sure they everything is kept clean.At least they make sure I had the gas of sleep, so that I would not use my special gifts of justice.They even had a new nasal gas mask in lime green.When I felt it, I was so sleepy.At least I had a great check up.

Took my grandma in this morning to get a tooth pulled & she has 6 different credit cards to pay for what she needed done & the female receptionist told her it was $600 which was an outrageous price for someone her age. Dont take your elders here if they need dental help because if youre from the urban area you will be refused professional services if they think that youre broke. She is an retired bank card manager who is very well taken cared of & this is how shes treated after all of the years of service in Lennox for business owners like this establishment. Just terrible!

Went to them for an excruciating pain in one of molars. They started the root canal and it was quick! I like Dr. P. I am DEFINITELY letting then do the extractions I need for my wisdom teeth. I return later for it to be finished. The work it GREAT! And I hate the dentist.

I will not return because I am not comfortable getting medical treatment from an office where the technician doesnt know that a mask should go over your mouth AND your nose. There is also no mask requirement for patients waiting in the lobby. The pandemic has been going on for a year and I expect a medical establishment to do better. I went to this dentist in horrible pain and without an actual appointment. From the first phone call to the moment i left the entire staff was attentive, friendly, and very professional. They took great care of me and really helped me out with treating my pain and dental issues. I called a 888 number Friday evening because my mouth was hurting me. I had a appt July 26 with a endodontist to complete my root canal that my dentist couldnt do bc he said 1 of my canals was constricted. He put medicine in there & this was last Wednesday June 9 so come early Friday morning I felt this pain & omg it was terrible. I called my dentist ofc & got my dentist house number for a emergency & yes he did call me back but he basically couldnt do anything for the pain. Apparently there was a canal that he couldnt really get medicine in there like he wanted & thats what time was feeling. So I went on a hunt trying to find a dentist that was open on a Friday & someone who could dona root canal!! Needless to say NO LUCK so I decided to see if there was any dentists in.Atlanta that offered emergency services on a Saturday. The same dentist that I did come across online is the same dentist i got hooked up with when i called number to help me find a dentist. I didnt care how far I had to travel I jist knew that I needed a root canal!! My appt was the very next day at 11 so me & my hubby drove the almost hours to get to Atlanta the same nite. We had a hard time finding a room but we got lucky & eventually one. I was originally supposed to go back Monday June 14 at 11 so Dr. Could finish my root canal but low & behold they went ahead & did it So i wouldnt have to come back!! Everyone was so nice & Im so happy that my mouth is pain free🙂🙃 Thank you to everyone who was a part of my painful journey. I highly recommend this place to everyone!! If I have another emergency & I cant get the help I need here in my hometown I would happily drive to Atlanta again😊

I was referred here due to needing emergency dental services. They were polite, positive and professional. They made me feel at ease about what needed to happen and in the end helped me save a tooth!

I went and I was not told that I was paying $265 just for an ex ray then I was told $400 for an extraction. He was very unprofessional and I tried to talk to him he walked pass as if I wasn’t talking to him. I would not recommend this dentist at all.

Dr P is a character, sometimes the waits are long but he has made me so much more comfortable! The pain is subsiding in my neck and shoulders and face. I haven’t had treatment done my TMJ in years and when I tried before with someone else they told me to put hot compresses on my face and neck to feel better!!! ADG took full scans of my head, showed me in detail what the problem was and how it could be fixed. And the treatment plan is working. I recommend themHighly!

However, after calling several other dentist offices, I finally received an appointment for the very next day at Atlanta Dental group with Dr. Padolsky. I highly recommend this dentist office because the staff were very friendly, welcoming, thoughtful, optimistic, and pleasant. The dentist, Mark Padolsky was very skillful, knowledgeable, attentive, and caring! He was able to numb and extract my tooth without any pain. He may be an amazing and skilled dentist but my experience at the dental office was a nightmare. If Covid19 precautions mean everything to you I would suggest to not visit the office.During my visit in an obviously dirty office in an older building, I have observed that not once the electronic devices have been wiped down after each use as they are handed to you to fill new patient info. One office assistant was not wearing a mask and another had it under her chin as she was eating food while assisting me at the end of visit. Even the dental hygienist was walking around there without a mask initially. I have observed that one of the assistants did not change his gloves once throughout my entire visit there as he used the keyboard, the mouse, operated the x-ray machine for me, handed me the apron and set up the instruments. He did so as I called him out on it. The gloves were obviously only designed to protect his hands but were no use for sanitation purposes. I watched him cross contaminating from the minute I arrived. Not once have I seen any of the chairs/armrests being wiped down after or before the use. At that point I was in a panic mode and tempted to leave but I have been in pain for the previous 2 sleepless nights and had obviously an infection. I ended up on a antibiotic drip in the past and was terrified this could happen again.I have been extremely cautious during the entire pandemic from the beginning. I have sheltered at home, follow social distance guidelines and wear a mask at all times when out. Needless to say I was devastated at that point. As a stylist I create a clean environment in the salon that is only second to an OR room.THIS is a dentist office, a medical facility where people are the most vulnerable without a mask and in close contact .I will not mention the other unpleasant details in this message,in order to stay focused on the safety of us patients only.We are having a pandemic and they will have to step it up quiet a bit. I had a tooth abscess on a Saturday, thinking I would have to make it to Monday to see a dentist. I found Atlanta Dental Group was open and could see me that day!They are close to downtown Atlanta and I am in Kennesaw, about 30 miles away. Well worth the drive, pleasant staff, clean office and got started treating my problem. Again, well worth the drive!

Great first time experience. Was able to get a quick appointment on Thursday for Saturday. Very thorough exam, explanation, and cleaning. Couldnt have been happier with service!

I booked an emergency appointment and they were able to get me seen immediately which was great. They did labs and found that I needed to get a nerve removed and a new crown I had just got from a previous dentist. Dr. Pedoski is personable but when it was time to discuss business and payment, that was handled by his staff. The Total cost of my services would’ve been close to 5000usd in that I don’t have health coverage. The doctor gave me an antibiotic to clear the infection and I was okay. Less than 30 days later the infection is back In in so much pain I could scream. I called the office back to see is they would refill my prescription and they declined and said I needed to get the procedure done. He then went on to lecture me about their inability to keep refilling prescriptions. He was rude and unkind yams I do not and cannot refer this place to anyone I care anything about. Overall, poor experience and poor customer service.

Do not recommend! I went in for mouth pain and received x-rays and the dentist tried to charge me $2000 without even opening my mouth to look inside. I went to another dentist and he fixed the problem for under $100. Staff was very friendly, office was not clean and not very professional.

I scheduled and paid 25 dollars for my 10am appointment. I arrived early to try and fill out any needed paperwork to speed up the process. I was told that it was on a first come first serve bases. What was the point in me setting an appointment then? Then you have the nerves to send me a appointment reminder to not even honor the appointment.

I had an emergency issue because I broke one of my back teeth. I drove an hour and forty minutes to get to Atlanta Dental Group and it was worth it! DONT GO HERE MY EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE!! I Called the day before to get an emergency extraction They told me it’s fine and scheduled me for the next day. I come in and waited a hour in excruciating pain just for them to verify my insurance. The place was very dirty. I just wanted an extraction and they tried to force me to get a root canal. It was clear they just wanted the more expensive procedure. After I declined they told me I can only do a root canal today and have to schedule an extraction for a later day even though they told me it takes the same amount of time. So I tried to schedule for the next day and they said I have to pay now so that they make sure I come back. So I just found somewhere else to go. DONT GO HERE!!

I had a filling need replacement during the decade known as “March 2020”.They cleaned meticulously, used a considerable amount of protective gear/protocols. They spoke clearly about concerns related to future care. On top of that, they had excellent Pokémon game recs for the kids.I really do appreciate the extra time and effort they took to greatly lessen the need for a follow up.

I was having horrible pain in cavity at side of my wisdom teeth. I called emergency and they gave me an appointment with Atlanta dental group . I paid $25 on phone for emergency booking. Next day , i went to dental office. Dr.Juliana did a good job and removed my two wisdom tooth which were supposed to be extracted. I was not feeling hygienic while taking xray to be honest. my bill was approx $500 after insurance( i am 100% sure later i would be ending paying extra, Lol ! +Cigna insurance is bad). Doctor explained everything to me before surgery. Even after 4 days of surgery i have pain and i was feeling feverish too (98-100F), this morning i went to doctor and she confirmed all good its normal. I am having a little fever because of bacterial infection on upper molar that need RCT and crown. But overall fee is approx $2000 from my pocket after insurance so I am not sure yet what to do.

He is very professional and knows his job really well. I didnt feel anything when he was pulling my teeth. I thank every last one of you inside The Office who assist me in my care!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Went in for a routine cleaning they found a cavity then filled it. Returned several times due to pain. They kept saying it was just a bad bite or sensitivity. Decided to get another opinion months later. Turned out to be a horrible infection that could have been prevented. Now I have to have a root canal or an extraction.

Very professional and knowledgeable group of people. The atmosphere was very nice. I will definitely recommend anyone and I will be going back.

The wait time was ridiculous...I waited 3 hours to be seen just to be given a 5 minute consultation.

I trust 4 star reviews most just cause perfect scores should be rare outside of a haircut. That said, these are good people and are professionals. If you want Atmosphere it is next door in the form of a French restaurant. I dont go to a dentist for chics sake.

The cleaning I got was slightly uncomfortable, but they are thorough and professional.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY Terrible, shotty work and rude staff. I went for a temporary filling that was already crumbling out on the drive home from the office. It was out completely after 2 days even though it was supposed to last for 3-4 weeks. Dr. Cobb was a total jerk and barely said 2 words to me while I was there. Id give them no stars if I could.

Everyone was very polite and professional. The dentist was very knowledgeable and really answered all of the questions I had been asking for many years in one consultation.

Absolutely love this dentist! Needed an emergency root canal and it went fantastic! So glad I saw all of the great reviews. I have been in customer service and the medical field long enough to know when bad reviews are not necessarily typical experiences. So relieved that I now have an excellent dentist! The team works so well together, my dentist was definitely not too cocky to take technique suggestions from others during the treatment, which is really hard to find! They worked so well together! I wish I had read these reviews before going in. Front desk staff were very nice, especially the check in woman. I came in for a tooth extraction but the doctor told me I should just do a root canal after checking my X-ray. That may have been the only good thing that happened in my visit. The place was dirty, the doc and staff were unprofessional, and the money gouging was very apparent. I was charged $265 for the initial consult then $1457 to do the initial cleaning out of the root canal. I was told I’d have to come back for a second visit and another $390 to get the rest of the root canal done. I couldn’t get a clear answer of why this was the case and why the entire procedure couldn’t all be done in one day. I ended up canceling my appointment and plan to go to my regular dentist. Even if it’s an emergency I would suggest staying away from these guys. Sorry doc!
