I have vocal cord paralysis and a hard time swallowing/controlling fluids in my mouth. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and worked around my limitations. I had been dreading even attempting to go to the dentist and it was a great experience.

I was looking for a new dentist and was referred this place and I can say I’ll 100% be a recurring patient. The care from filling out paperwork prior to my visit all the way to the end of my cleaning was amazing. This dentist office is truly here to cater to you and work with you on what you want to see out of your smile. Molly took very good care of me and informed me on everything every step of the way. She’s super thorough with her work. The ortho doctor they have there was so informative to me in a way that my previous dentist hadn’t been. They made me feel welcome, safe, and taken care of. I highly recommend this place if you’re shopping for a new dentist!

My first visit at HOV Dentistry was like visiting with old friends who just happened to be knowledgeable, efficient and friendly! My Hygienist, Molly, was so patient, thorough and professional. My Dentist, Dr. Patel, was so courteous and professional with a very warm bedside manner. Additionally, the reception staff, were so welcoming, especially Ms. Robin who checked me out. Prior to my visit, Tiffany drew me in by phone with her warm demeanor. My exam, xrays and consultation were so high tech and thorough- their gadgetry are state of the art! HOV Dentistry is a team of caring individuals! They communicate about any changes in treatment plan and what to expect for your visit. The doctors and staff are knowledgeable and personable, and I’ve always felt like I’ve been in good hands while I’m there. I had fillings done recently, and the entire experience (except for getting the local anesthetic but that’s expected and minor) was pain-free and comfortable! It’s really easy to check in before or when you arrive for appointments, too. You do so via an app on your phone, which to me significantly simplifies matters. Great location, too! The views from the office are beautiful, overlooking the wooded community of Vinings. Highly recommend.

The facility is amazing and the view out the window overlooks Atlanta and is stunning. The staff is amazing and friendly and made me feel very welcomed.My only concern are the prices, even with my insurance, it seems higher than I was expecting. It could be that my insurance is great (MetDental) or that my teeth are super jacked up (not that bad, I hope, lol)! Just naming that I got sticker shock.All in all, I am very please with the care and services and happy I choose them. Would recommend without hesitation.

Got my cleaning done by Carol, she was amazing and very pleasant. Crystal had done my cleaning for the past 4 years or so, but she retired. She was also very kind. Dr. Patel has been my dentist for years and I have seen his practice grow. Usually that can be scary, but the quality continues to exceed my expectation, from paperless forms, to upfront clear pricing for patient responsibility payments, its really an amazing practice. Also a big shout out to the front desk staff who are always kind and greet you with a smile.

No one loves going to the dentist. It makes it easier when the facility is so upscale with the latest technology. The technicians are very nice and the doctors are patient and very knowledgeable. The approach here is overall health and they educate you on how your mouth fits into overall well being.

My first visit was way above expectations. Dr. Patel was so kind, took his time to make sure i was comfortable with my denture fix. His assistant, I am so bad with remembering names, but she kept working with me till my denture was feeling perfect..so patient, so considerate, she even got a wheel chair to ride me out to my car..i just brought my cane..did not realize how long the walk was to car from office. I’ve been a patient here for a few years now and I have always been pleased with the customer service and how kind and knowledgeable my hygienist and dentist are. Due to COVID I haven’t been in quite a bit of time but finally decided it was time to get back on track with my dental health. My hygienist, Carol, was super sweet and gave me all sorts of pointers on how to improve. She also didn’t shame me and simply explained how to take steps to improve and what treatment I would need to come back for.Once my visit was over, I spoke with Eunice in the front office about my treatment plan and she helped me understand the cost of the visit. She got me all scheduled for my next visits and was just so friendly. Overall a great experience and they are doing everything the can to keep everyone safe with various COVID protocols. The only less than stellar piece of my experience was the waiting…almost 30 minutes before I was called back but the front office staff and the hygienist apologized which I appreciated.

The process was a breeze and I was in and out. I cannot recommend them enough- I even had a beautiful room with a view and a comfort menu to help me relax. (Lavender towels are my favorite part) 10 stars!

The staff is great but I am still waiting for my permanent crown. I have been waiting for over 40 days for a process which should take 10 days! I cant use them if they need an extra month for each job.

Dr. Patel and the staff at Heart of Vinings Dentistry are the best! Although having a tooth extraction isn’t among my favorite things to do, they went above and beyond to make the experience as pleasant and pain-free as possible. So thankful for their professionalism and expertise!

I went in a bit intimidated by the number of fillings and root tip extractions that I was in need of, and walked out relieved. Dr. Mercke and her assistant were very kind, efficient and attentive. She informed me of what she was doing along the way and eliminated any feeling of uneasiness. I left my previous dentist due to the lack of warmth and comfort in that office. He was not personable at all and did not make me feel welcomed. I’m glad that I made the move to Heart of Vinings.

This place seemed nice at first and that is how they lure you in. But they are nothing but dishonest. I was told they would not charge me for X-rays as I had them done 6 months prior (which I received a bill for and no response from the office when I questioned this, not to mention they also did not bill everything through my insurance). They also attempted to take me for 7 fillings. 7! After I had seen a dentist 6 months before. I called my previous dentist and they were floored and could not believe anyone would try to do that.So save your teeth and your wallet and go somewhere else.

Dr. Persaud!! Cannot say enough good things about him and this practice in general. The entire staff is very pleasant and accommodating, the office space is warm and inviting. Dr. Persaud refilled a tooth that another dentist in town had poorly filled and I’ve had no problems since. It also felt like he really cared to have a conversation with his patients instead of the in and out I’m use to at previous dental offices. I recently moved away from Georgia and I’m so sad that I can’t just pick these guys up and take them with me! Really great group.

First let me tell you, Hearts of Vinings Dentistry was recommended. I went there and got two extractions because of that recommendation. I am giving them five stars for two reasons. The first reason is, even though I changed my treatment plan several times, the staff - Brittany, Daysha, Tiffany, Molly, Dr. Mercke and Dr. Patel were patient with me. The second reason is, Daysha and Dr. Patel are true and honest, caring dental professionals. One of my extractions required some strategic brainstorming on their part but, they worked together, comforted me, reassured me and got that darn tooth out of my mouth. Oh, yeah! Hearts of Vinings Dentistry deserves a five star rating. I will recommended them to anyone.

I had great hope for this place, but unfortunately, they are very good in selling you the invisilign, but after you pay (is only 1 payment) they forget about customer service.... one attachment fell off, called 4 times!! To make an appointment, they keep apologizing and promise me to call back which never happens, every time I called keep asking me the same questions like nobody is taking notes, is very sad that they don’t have a better service because is a very nice practice.

Well it was a tooth extraction so it went as well as can be expected but they were super professional and made sure that I was comfortable at all times. They have an awesome dental staff which make it a spa like experience. I had the same dentist for 20 years and just switched when he retired, and hands-down they are one of the best!

It was a great experience as soon as I opened the lobby door. Everyone was extremely pleasant from the front desk, assistants to the Doctors. I felt like the genuinely cares about me and wanted the best for me and even though I was scheduled to get worked done they squeezed me in and got me out in great time. I have finally found my dental home. The only thing missing was my hot cup of coffee and my fireplace that’s how they made me feel, right at home.

Dr. Ronak Patel and his staff have been my primary dental doctor for many years now. Words cannot express how pleased I am with his office and staff. The moment I always walk into the door I am always greeted with kind words and a warm welcoming. For his part, Dr. Patel is patient with his customers and has always gone above and beyond for any of my needs whether it has been crown work, removing teeth, or any fillings needed. His office has surpassed any office I have been to in Atlanta and is most reasonable when it comes to pricing. Anyone who visits Dr Patels office will be very satisfied and pleased with their visit.

I was actually referred to this practice by a friend who has had to have extensive dental work. I’ve been going to this dental practice for the past 2-years and I cannot recommend them enough. The staff is so professional, kind, well trained and they all work well together. I appreciate being well informed at all times of what my treatment plan entails and what insurance will/will not cover. There are never any surprises. My last dental visit was a root canal and it went so well—no pain and they routinely checked in on me throughout the procedure. It was a very positive experience—even going through something like that. Again—highly recommend this wonderful group of dentists and their staff.

The Dr and his assistant did an amazing job. Im so bad w/ names. My pain during and after my surgery (I had my molar tooth extracted which previously had a root canal and was severely infected, and a bone graph done) was minimal. They were both very experienced which is so important for someone like me who experiences some anxiety when it comes to any type of surgery. I was so nervous but during the procedure I became so relaxed to the point I was dozing off a little. It was a quick procedure and I feel pretty good. I am thankful for the doctor being so observant and making sure the procedure went well. His assistant was very knowledgeable and she made me feel relaxed from start to finish.

I have been going to this dental practice since 2014 and they are by far the best in the business. Not only are they professional but they are warm and friendly as well. They make your visit very personable. Everyone from the front staff to the hygienist. And obviously, my hygienist is the BEST! She remembers everything about my life and we pick up conversations from the last 6 months.

At first, I had a very good feeling about the Heart of Vinings Dentistry. The people I interacted with over the phone were all very helpful and nice. The dental assistant was also great, and I thought the Dentist was very nice and pleasant as well. They were actually filming me throughout the process for some form of quality assurance, I believe.After doing an X-ray, the Dentist informed me I had to get 5 fillings. He said that it was a little early in the process, but that I needed to get the fillings done or it could get a lot worse soon. Granted, it had been a year and a half since I had been to a Dentist, so I thought this could be the truth.To be sure, I visited a long-time friend who is a Dentist and recently moved back to Atlanta. Heart of Vinings sent me the X-rays, to their credit, which I then sent to my friend for a second opinion. He reviewed them and checked my mouth, and told me that in fact no fillings were necessary. Some of the so called ‘cavities’, my friend told me, did not even appear to be cavities at all to him but irregularities in the X-ray. He said he is also usually pro-active in doing fillings, but that I did not need anything done.It seems to me that Heart of Vinings may be another one of those dental practices who direct you to get procedures that are unnecessary or prematurely for their own profit. Unfortunately there are many dental practices like this out there that don’t care about doing the right thing and giving you good information. Instead they hurry you along to do procedures for their own financial gain.

I was hesitant to keep my appointment due to the pandemic but this office takes every precaution. It was a safe experience. Thorough and professional. Excellent care.

This was my first visit ... the service was very mediocre. Their address on Google is incorrect so the building was difficult to find until I called. I was given a treatment plan that was over $4000 after I received my cleaning. After reading numerous other reviews about billing issues, I am hesitant to revisit Heart of Vinings. Additionally, the lady at the front desk weirdly said to me, “If you need assistance, we have payment plans.” I did not mention anything about the cost or possibly needing a payment plan. I felt that comment and the way in which she said it was very tacky and unprofessional, especially given the context of the situation.

Carol and Dr. Jafari are excellent in their fields. The office is extremely clean and careful with Covid prevention. I recommend the office and have total trust in their professionalism.

Heart of Vinings was a great decision for me. I had a family dentist up in Dunwoody since grade school, but the distance became a burden. So we switched to a closer dentist. I was about skeptical at first, but I just love this practice! Everybody is kind and honestly wonderful. They just redesigned the space and expanded which reconfirmed that lots of patients trust them as much as I do. Just great people.
